This is the final report on the nomenclature of pyroxenes by the Subcommittee on Pyroxenes established by the Commission on New Minerals and Mineral Names of the International Mineralogical Association. The recommendations of the Subcommittee as put forward in this report have been formally accepted by the Commission. Accepted and widely used names have been chemically defined, by combining new and conventional methods, to agree as far as possible with the consensus of present use. Twenty names are formally accepted, among which thirteen are used to represent the end members of definite chemical compositions. In common binary solid-solution series, species names are given to the two end members by the "50% rule." Adjectival modifiers for pyroxene mineral names are defined to indicate unusual amounts of chemical constituents. This report includes a list of 105 previously used pyroxene names that have been formally discarded by the Commission.

There are three major international agreements governing mutual recognition of engineering qualifications and professional competence of the International PEs; namely, Washington Accords, APEC engineer agreement and EMF agreement. International Organizations of APEC Engineer Coordinating Committer and Engineers Mobility Forum established international registries with the goal of improving international mobility. APEC and EMF membership requires minimum qualifications for licensure with the minimum standards including engineering education, Professional experience, compliance with home jurisdiction requirements, having verified record of responsible charge, and demonstrating a commitment to continuing education.

The purpose of this study was to review and analyze JEMM(The Journal of Economics, Marketing, and Management) of ICMA(The International Convergence Management Association) and all of published articles of 2013 to 2016 and to revise and update the existing publication strategies in order to improve the internationalization and reputation of JEMM. JEMM of ICMA is a new academic journal of Korea Distribution Science Association(KODISA). It is still in its early stage as it is founded in 2013 as an academic journal to increase an recognition through KCI Candidate application under National Research Foundation of Korea(NRF). It endeavors its efforts to be recognized as a reputable international journal. This study was conducted to confirm the current status of JEMM in the current standards and to establish a strategic process to complement the deficiencies and achieve the goals. JEMM of ICMA has three distinguished features of online submission and review system, only English-based papering, reviewing by anonymous refrees. JEMM of ICMA continuously revised and updated its publication standards and practices and adopted technological support systems to enable its journals to remain independent and open access in order to ultimately become one of the most international journals.

Recently, International commerce has continuously expanded with the development of logistics technology. However, the cost of international logistics is rising rapidly. The Korea International Trade Association (2021) proposes that the use of international commercial terms in Incoterms® could be an effective way against logistics costs. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect on the flexible operation of international commercial terms. For the detection of variables and data collection for empirical analysis based on previous studies and in-depth interviews. The questionnaires were distributed after pilot-study to a random sample of companies based on the list of members such as the Korea International Trade Association, the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, and the Global Small and Medium Business Association. A total of 800 questionnaires were distributed, and 166 were used for empirical analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, mutual cooperation and Flexibly using of international commercial terms has a positive (+) effect on logistics efficiency. This is in line with the study of Yang (2021) and Stojanović et al. (2021) that logistics by using international commercial terms will increase the efficiency of logistics. Second, use of international commercial terms based on mutual understanding mediates the relationship between the logistics environment of the other country and the logistics efficiency. As in the study of Vidrova (2020), it is important to operate on international commercial terms mutually.

This paper examined partnership and business performance of international joint venture. Based on the analysis of the sixty-three international joint venture cases, the following results were found. First, it was found that the partnership of commitment have a significant positive influences on the business performance of marketing and distribution sectors in international joint venture. Second, the partnership of complementarity have a significant positive influences on the business performance of marketing and distribution sectors in international joint venture. Third, the partnership of trust have a significant positive influences on the human resources efficiency of marketing sector in international joint venture.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the recognition of international marriage immigrants among college students. It is also aimed to provide a positive insight on international marriage immigrants of college students. This study was used as a descriptive research design. Participants of this study were 468 college students from South Jeollanam Province. Descriptive statistics by using SPSS program(version 12.0) were used for the analysis of the collected data. Important findings were as follows: The mean recognition of the international marriage immigrants was nearer to the moderate level. The recognition of the international marriage immigrants was significantly influenced by korean characteristics of homogeneous nation which shows the importance of blood relationship. Thus it was found out that when considering how to raise the recognition of international marriage immigrants positively, both the characteristics of homogeneous nation and blood relationship are important factors to consider.
