지역자활센터 종사자의 내부마케팅, 사회적 교환관계, 개인특성이 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 -조직몰입 매개효과- (The Effects on Internal Marketing, Social Exchange Relations and Personal Characteristic of Business Accomplishment in Self-Support Center Employee -Mediated Effects of Organizational Immersion-)

  • 본 연구는 근로능력 저소득층이 자활할 수 있도록 일자리 제공과 자활 능력 향상에 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있는 지역자활센터 종사자가 인식하고 있는 내부마케팅, 사회적 교환관계, 개인특성이 조직몰입을 매개로 하여 자활사업 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 광주 전남지역의 지역자활센터 종사자를 대상으로 총 156부의 설문지를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과를 도출하기 위해 SPSS 통계처리 기법을 사용하였는데, 각 변수에 대한 요인분석과 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였고, 가설검증을 위해 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 지역자활센터 종사자의 교육 훈련, 권한위임과 직무효능감이 감정적 몰입의 매개효과를 통해 사업성과가 극대화 된다고 나타났다. 이를 위해 종사자의 교육 훈련, 권한위임과 직무효능감을 향상시키는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the fashion industry in Korea with materials that could enhance its international competitiveness by suggesting marketing strategies for fast fashion brands after taking product, price, place, and promotion into consideration. The product strategy should focus on developing products that accurately reflect the general market trend and consumer demand, selecting optimal materials, and pursuing internal production. This, coupled with strategic cooperation with designers, will ensure reliable quality and enhance the brand image. The pricing strategy should place greater emphasis on reducing production costs. Diverse task outsourcing and design competition, for instance, can lower the cost of design development. The place strategy should be set according to the operation of a systematic and efficient distribution system based on SPA, an automatic delivery system, sales or return system, speed control system, and a value chain that consists of horizontal business alliances. The promotion strategy should be run under the central control of the headquarters using various unique VMDs. Furthermore, online marketing campaigns, spectacular fashion shows, design competitions, catalogue marketing campaigns, and other new sales promotion schemes could all be introduced.

Marketing Communication and Synergy of Pentahelix Strategy on Satisfaction and Sustainable Tourism

  • This study aims to present explicit findings from an internal perspective, namely the interaction patterns of marketing communication between pentahelix elements and testing the expectations of tourists towards tourism activities through a simulation model between variables. This study is divided into two methods of analysis, namely qualitative explorative, where the study aims to invest in communication patterns and patterns of interaction between pentahelix stakeholders in Sitiwinangun Tourism Village, West Java, Indonesia with involve 17 informants who came from pentahelix elements (Government, academics, community, business and media). Second, quantitative method to measure the extent of effectiveness rather than collaboration activities and the role of marketing communication to tourist satisfaction is done by an analytical approach involving 30 tourists through customer satisfaction surveys. The results of this study illustrate that the involvement of each pentahelix element has not been maximized. The pattern of interaction and communication between elements also shows the gap between interests, expectations, and reality. This study provides a real picture that to realize a tourism program that is profitable, holistic, and sustainable requires collaboration that is wrapped with transparent and interactive communication patterns. The marketing communication concept approach combined with collaboration theory between stakeholders can be useful for sustainable tourism.

네일 미용 서비스개념 체계와 네일 미용 서비스의 소비자 유형 (Nail-care service conceptual framework and consumer type)

  • Consumers' desire for beauty has become a driving force in the beauty service industry which was further developed through specialization and segmentation. Nail-care service, which is one of the beauty services, is showing rapid growth, and intense competition among salons has become apparent. Thus, service management method and marketing strategy are required for customer satisfaction. Therefore, in this study, we tried to classify the nail-care services on the basis of systematization and realization of its characteristics which are fundamental when developing management and marketing strategies. The subjects of this study were women in their 20s and above living in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon areas. As a result, the nail-care service factors are classified as "external environment" (interior, celebrity, newness), "internal environment" (equipment and products, cleanliness, and environment), "location" (location and transportation convenience), "reputation" (good reputation), "technician skill," "kindness," "relationship" (relationship, empathy, and affinity), and "price and discount." The consumer types of nail-care services were classified into three groups according to the degree of involvement of these concept systems. These results can be used as marketing basics and will be the basis for studying marketing strategies. However, the consideration of setting up a marketing strategy for each consumer type will be presented in a follow-up study.

Effects of Embeddedness and Structural Holes on Innovation Performance: The Moderating Role of Environmental Uncertainty

  • Purpose: The ability of a firm to acquire resources through marketing networks is crucial for its competitiveness. Nonetheless, the influence of these networks on the performance of a firm's innovation is still uncertain, particularly in the face of environmental uncertainty. This research investigates the impact of marketing networks, specifically network embeddedness and structural holes, on the performance of innovation in situations characterized by environmental uncertainty. Research design, data and methodology: The empirical examination was carried out within the framework of internal network entities, specifically the manufacturer-supplier-sub supplier relationships, involving the primary suppliers of a Korean engineering firm. Construct measures utilized in this study were derived from existing measures and prior research. A questionnaire survey was conducted with a major first-tier supplier of a Korean engineering firm. Proposed hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling. Results: The survey findings suggest that only network embeddedness has an impact on the perception of major first-tier suppliers regarding the buyer's innovation performance. Conclusions: To strengthen the empirical evidence regarding the effects of marketing networks on innovation performance, future research should take into account cultural factors such as collectivism, which is indicative of the distinctive business-to-business marketing relationships observed in the Korean context.

내부마케팅 활동이 치과위생사의 동기부여에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Internal Marketing Activities on Motivating Dental Hygienists)

  • 본 연구는 치과위생사 185명을 대상으로 치과 의료기관의 내부마케팅 활동이 치과위생사의 동기부여에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 치과위생사의 생산성 향상을 위한 전략을 구축하는 데 도움이 되고자 실시하였다. 분석은 STATA 11.0을 이용하였으며, 결론은 다음과 같다. 일반적 특성에 따른 내부마케팅 수행도 중 교육훈련 요인에서 대졸 이상이 전문대졸보다 높았다($p{\leq}0.001$). 휴가제도는 근무기관의 형태에 따라 종합병원 치과에서 근무하는 경우가 치과의원에 비해 높았으며(p=0.011), 근무지역에 따라 충남, 인천/경기, 서울 순이었고($p{\leq}0.001$), 현 직장 근무경력 따라 근무연수가 많을수록 휴가의 인지 정도가 높았다(p=0.003). 복리후생은 근무기관의 형태(p=0.029)와 근무지역($p{\leq}0.001$)에 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 보상제도 또한 교육훈련, 휴가, 복리후생 요인의 인지수준과 유사한 결과를 보였다. 동기부여 요인은 동기요인이 능력발휘 기회, 독창적 업무발휘 기회, 적절한 교육여부, 상급자의 관리 감독 등 6문항, 위생요인이 치과의 주요 정책이나 방침, 근무하는 곳의 작업환경, 동료들과의 관계, 월간 근무시간, 직원에 대한 후생복지제도 등 10문항으로 구성되었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 동기요인과 위생요인의 인지정도는 동기요인이 연령에서 26~30세, 31~35세, 25세 이하, 36세 이상 순이었고(p=0.043). 위생요인은 근무지에 따라 인천/경기, 충남, 서울 순이었다(p=0.038). 동기부여에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아본 결과 동기요인에서 내부마케팅 수행도 중에는 휴가제도(p=0.038) 와 의사소통(p=0.001)이 있었으며, 위생요인에서 일반적인 특성 중 연령과 근무지역에 영향을 받았다(p=0.047, p=0.045). 이상의 결과 치과 의료기관은 조직구성원의 특성에 맞는 내부 마케팅 활동을 시행하고 특히 의사소통을 통해 치과위생사를 동기부여 함으로써 성공적인 치과경영을 유도할 수 있을 것이다.

간호사의 이직의도 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Hospital Nurses' Turnover Intention: A Cross-sectional Survey)

  • 본 연구는 내부마케팅, 간호 전문직관, 정서적 소진과 개인적 성취감을 이용하여 병원 간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고, 설명력을 확인하기 위해 수행한 횡단적 조사연구이다. 서울과 충북지역의 2개 대학병원 간호사 270명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 2013년 5월부터 6월까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 단계적 다중회귀분석(Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)을 이용하였다. 분석결과, 간호사 이직의도의 평균값은 $3.91{\pm}0.53$, 내부마케팅은 $2.58{\pm}0.48$, 간호전문직관은 $3.30{\pm}0.64$, 정서적 소진은 $3.23{\pm}0.64$, 개인적 성취감은 $3.24{\pm}0.41$이었다. 간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 주는 요인은 정서적 소진(${\beta}=.28$, p<.001), 내부마케팅(${\beta}=-.22$, p<.001), 간호 전문직관(${\beta}=.19$, p=.010), 근무부서-외래(${\beta}=.22$, p=.021), 직위-책임간호사(${\beta}=-.303$, p=.007), 학력-석사이상(${\beta}=.28$, p=.031)이었다. 이들은 이직의도를 25.1% 설명하였다. 결론적으로 간호사 이직의도에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인은 정서적 소진이므로 정서적 소진을 감소시키는 중재는 이직의도를 감소시키는데 중요한 전략이 될 것이다. 아울러 내부마케팅과 간호전문직관을 증가시키기 위한 활동 또한 이직의도를 감소시킬 것이다. 본 연구결과는 구체적인 이직의도 감소프로그램의 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으므로 맞춤형 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고 추후 그 효과를 분석할 것을 제언한다.

On the other hand, the existence of internal controls to increase efficiency, reduce head loss, assets and achieving a reasonable assurance of the reliability of financial statements and compliance with laws and regulations will be. Internal control, not an event, but a series of operations and activities on the basis of output. Internal controls help to achieve the goal of minimizing the problems of implementing appropriate internal controls. Internal control is an integral component of corporate governance that will provide reasonable assurance of achieving the organization's objectives. preventing, detecting errors and fraud goes to work. Responsibility for the prevention and detection of fraud and error in the public sector is the responsibility of managers. Managers of internal control and consistently applying appropriate accounting systems, this responsibility will play (Lin et al., 2011). Since the public sector organizations differ from each other, thus establishing internal controls cant be the same for all organizations and agencies of the public sector. Establish specific controls on each system to factors such as size, type of operation and organizational goals that the system is designed, it depends. On the other hand, rapid advances in information technology, the need to update internal control guidelines in relation to Create a new computer system so as to ensure that the activities of managers and effective control Should be updated if necessary.

Effect of 1-methylcyclopropene on quality of new mid-season Asian pear 'Changjo' during simulated marketing

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP), a known ethylene action inhibitor, on fruit quality and incidence of physiological disorders during a simulated marketing period in new mid-season Asian pear (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) 'Changjo'. Flesh firmness of untreated control fruits was maintained with a hardness of 20.2 N until day 14 of simulated marketing but decreased rapidly to 6.2 N at day 21 of simulated marketing; losing its commercial quality. However, the firmness of 1-MCP treated fruits remained high (> 20.7 N) during the same period. Quality indices such as soluble solids content and titratable acidity in 'Changjo' pear did not show any significant differences during simulated marketing period regardless of 1-MCP treatment. For the difference in skin color, redness ($a^*$) tended to increase as simulated marketing period became longer, and 1-MCP treatment delayed this change by 7 days compared to the untreated fruits. No decrease occurred in ethylene production level with 1-MCP treatment in 'Changjo' pear. Meanwhile, 1-MCP treated pears showed a significantly lower respiration rate compared to the untreated fruits. Also, 1-MCP treatment effectively reduced the incidence of physiological disorders including internal flesh browning and mealiness symptoms during simulated marketing periods of 21 and 14 days, respectively. Therefore, we conclude that the use of 1-MCP is recommended for quality maintenance and for prevention of physiological disorders during simulated marketing periods of ${\geq}7days$ for mid-season Asian pear 'Changjo'.

사회복지 근로사업장의 마케팅 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study of Marketing Strategy of Social Welfare Labor Business)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지 근로사업장의 후원사업 성과에 마케팅 요소가 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 조사대상 사업장의 마케팅활동에 대한 일반적 현황을 살펴보면 상품, 가격, 촉진, 기존후원자 관리활동은 평균 이상의 수준으로 나타났으나 사업장의 내적 모금환경과 유통 활동은 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 마케팅 활동에 따른 후원사업의 성과 비교는 상품, 가격, 촉진, 기존 후원자 관리 활동이 마케팅 활동 정도에 따라 전반적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 셋째, 후원성과에 영향을 미치는 마케팅 활동 요소는 후원자수에서는 촉진활동이, 후원금액과 세입대비 후원금액비율에서는 촉진, 가격활동이 영향을 미치는 요소로 나타났다. 이렇기 때문에 사회복지 근로사업장에서는 후원개발을 위한 마케팅 전략은 기관 전체가 몰입할 수 있는 다양한 촉진활동의 개발과 가격협상 능력을 높이고 전반적인 마케팅 활동 수준을 높일 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.
