간호사가 인식하는 내부마케팅과 조직의사소통이 간호조직성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Hospital Internal Marketing and Organizational Communication Perceived by Nurses on Organizational Performance)

  • 본 연구는 일개 대학병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 내부마케팅, 조직의사소통 및 조직성과 정도를 확인하고 조직성과에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 239명의 간호사로부터 일반적 특성, 내부마케팅, 조직의사소통 및 조직성과를 파악하였다. 자료분석은 IBM SPSS 21.0프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, Indepented t-test, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 본 연구결과 내부마케팅 3.13±0.58점, 조직의사소통 3.23±0.48점, 조직성과 3.34±0.51점이었다. 조직성과는 내부마케팅, 조직의사소통과 양의 상관관계가 있었으며 내부마케팅과 조직의사소통이 조직성과를 61.0% 설명하였다. 따라서 간호사의 조직성과를 높이기 위해서 간호사 개인적 측면에서 동기부여할 수 있는 내부마케팅 전략이 필요하며 조직적 측면에서 다양한 의사소통 채널을 구축하는 융합적인 전략이 필요하다.

The Role of Brand Knowledge in Explaining Relationship between Brand-Centered Communications and Brand Commitment: Evidence from Public Banks Pakistan

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which internal brand communication (IBC) impacts on brand commitment (BC). Research design, data, and methodology - A structured questionnaire has been built and distributed on a total sample of 650 banking staff working in five public banks in Pakistan. Results - The findings of PLS-SEM revealed that besides the indirect effect of internal brand communication (IBC) on brand commitment via brand knowledge, the study also exposes a direct positive effect of IBC on brand commitment. This study also reveals that brand commitment is affected by brand knowledge and internal brand communication practices. The result of mediation reveals that brand knowledge partially mediated the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Practical implications- This study empirically validates that internal brand communication and brand knowledge are prerequisites for brand commitment. Therefore, managers, particularly in-service enterprises, should provide sufficient IBC practices and appropriate brand knowledge to enhance employees' brand commitment. Conclusions - The comprehensive analysis of the impact of brand knowledge on the proposed relationship. It further adds up to the branding literature, which is mostly qualitative and lacks empirical validation.

간호사가 지각하는 내부마케팅활동 정도가 간호사의 이직의도, 간호업무수행 및 간호업무생산성에 미치는 영향 (An Analysis of Nurse's Perception of Internal Marketing Activities Affecting on Nurse's Turnover Intention, Nursing Task Performance and Nursing Productivity)

  • Purpose: The purpose was to analyze the effects of internal marketing activity factors on nurse's turnover intention, nursing task performance and nursing productivity. Methods: The subjects were 355 nurses who were working at the 3 universities hospital over 1 year. The instruments were used of internal marketing activity factors(Lee, 2001), turnover intension(Lee, 1995), nursing task performance(Park, 1988) and nursing productivity(McNeese-Smith, 1996). Results: The mean score of internal marketing activity factors was 2.79, education and training 2.97, individualization 2.93, communication 2.87, promotion 2.76, work environment 2.63, reward system 2.62, and management vision for employee 2.61. The turnover intention was 3.12, nursing task performance 3.49, and nursing productivity 3.38. The internal marketing activity factors were negatively correlated with turnover intention(r=-0.37, p<0.0001), and positively correlated with nursing task performance(r=0.29, p<0.0001) and nursing productivity(r=0.30, p<0.0001). The key predictor of turnover intension was reward system, education and training, communication, and salary. They explained 35.0% of the total variance. In nursing task performance, communication, management vision for employee, salary and unit explained 26.0% of the total variance. In nursing productivity, communication, reward, education and training, salary, and position explained 24.0%. Conclusions: To increase nurse's nursing task performance and nursing productivity and to decrease turnover intention, it is necessary to concentrate on improving communication and reward system in the internal marketing activity factors. Through these activities, the effectiveness of internal marketing strategies will be enhanced and finally, nursing organizational outcome will be increased.

Dangerous twisted communications between external and internal iliac veins which might rupture during catheterization

  • In this report, four unusual communications between external and internal iliac veins of the left side have been presented. The lowest communication was the narrowest measuring about 2 mm in diameter, the second measured 6 mm, the third had a diameter of 7 mm and the last communication measured 5 mm in breadth. The upper three communications were twisted in a helical manner. The internal iliac vein had its normal tributaries except that the iliolumbar vein drained into the external iliac vein at the level of the third communication. The external iliac vein was slightly dilated just below the level of lowest communication.

  • A new communication system is suggested using a single-phase full-bridge inverter with high efficiency ferrite core for power line communication (PLC). The conventional system has a decreasing signal voltage problem due to internal resistance. The proposed system has almost zero internal impedance and replaces a linear amplifier.

  • 본 연구에서는 조직 내부커뮤니케이션이 협업성과와 조직효과성과에 미치는 관계 및 온라인협업도구의 조절효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 정보교환과 대인관계는 정보공유에, 정보교환, 의사소통, 대인관계는 협업문화 및 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 협업성과요인은 모두 직무만족에, 업무성과는 조직몰입에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 정보교환과 대인관계는 모든 협업성과 요인을 통해, 의사소통은 협업문화, 업무성과 요인을 통해 직무만족에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 정보교환, 의사소통, 대인관계는 협업문화와 업무성과를 통해 조직몰입에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 온라인협업도구는 대인관계와 정보공유, 상호협력과 협업문화, 정보교환과 업무성과, 업무성과와 직무만족 사이에서 조절효과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 조직내내부 커뮤니케이션 구성요인을 고려한 온라인 커뮤니케이션 협업도구를 구축 및 활용에 하나의 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

Research Trend on Internal Marketing of Medical Service Organization

  • In this research aimed to deduce internal marketing factors, purpose, and their practical application by analyzing preceding researches on internal marketing of Korean medical service organization and investigating the recent trend of its research. Subjects of research are ten preceding researches that have been published in KCI records for the last five years from 2011 to 2016. Summarize result of researches, first, internal factors that were most frequently used were internal communication, compensation system, and education and training, which were used by 8(.8). Second, occupations that had most interest in the internal marketing research appeared to be nursing(.9) and administration(.3). Third, the practical application of the internal marketing appeared to be job satisfaction(.8), followed by customer orientation(.6), and organizational commitment(.4). Suggestion do, necessary to develop subordinate factors regarding the realistic internal marketing, such as both-sided internal communication enhancement, education and training, compensation system differentiated by individuals and teams, fairness in performance rating, work environment improvement, delegation of authority, career development, shared organizational vision in order to maximize job satisfaction, job commitment, and organizational commitment of employees as internal customers, before establishing strategies to satisfy patients and guardians who are external customers.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the formation of parental beliefs. For this study, 154 unmarried university students were asked to fill in a packet of survey questionnaire about parental beliefs, the internal representation of childhood, and communication with their parents. Data collected were analyzed using correlation and multiple regression by SPSS PC program. It was reported that the internal representation of parenting formed in childhood influences the development of rational authoritative beliefs, distancing beliefs, and direct authoritative beliefs. Also, the open communication with parents affected the distancing beliefs and rational authoritative beliefs.

  • A Study on the strategic methods for internal marketing of Family Restaurant. We know that customer satisfaction in measuring the effect of marketing performance on employees in service industry. There are four strategies of internal marketing for service-employee, which are participation-promotion and manner-management of employee, classification to employee, communication strategy, motivation environment for employee. First, communication, sales and service technology of employee can be developed and improved through the education and training. Second, company can make better achievement by classifying life-style and individual desire. Third, communication strategy can improve service quality by development of team-work through the confidence and joint-responsibility. Fourth. the company make environment which employee can compete by offering incentive fairly and properly. In the conclusion, when employees serve customers in a depressed attitude, they neglect service process and bring about customer non-satisfaction. This have negative effect on external customer satisfaction in the short term. And so that customer-satisfaction can't exist without employee-satisfaction. that is job-satisfaction is the goal of company. therefore study about internal marketing action should be go on.

  • Purpose - Several domestic telecommunication companies have made a considerable effort to continuously grow and survive, and they have strived to thrive in the midst of mature market competition. To overcome this challenging situation and to grow continuously, while still meeting customer needs that are becoming more diverse and complicated with the passage of time, extensive support for internal marketing is essential. Without such internal support, companies face serious limitations and market roadblocks. The communication industry is a high-level service industry and a basic communications industry characteristic is its significant dependence on the employees delivering the services. Therefore, entrepreneurs in the information/communications industry, as well as existing competitors, should look to satisfy external customers through critical investment in internal customers (employees). Therefore, it is important for research to examine how internal factors influence technology innovation and service quality, which are the key drivers for companies that are seeking leading market positions. Research design, data, and methodology - The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of technology innovation and perceived service quality with the internal marketing factors in the communication industry and to offer suitable and effective internal marketing suggestions. The independent variables of this study are internal communication, education and training, the support of the executives, reward systems, and empowerment. The dependent variables are technology innovation and perceived service quality. Utilizing these, this paper studies the influence of internal marketing factors on technology innovation and perceived service quality. Results - The study results revealed the following. First, the identified internal marketing factors have a positive effect on technology innovation. Among the five internal marketing factors, three had a significant effect on product innovation, empowerment, the support of executives, and education and training, in this order. Second, the internal marketing factors also had a positive effect on the process innovation of technology innovation. The marketing factors, the support of executives, empowerment, internal communication, and education and training, in this order, significantly affect process innovation. Third, technology innovation had a positive effect on perceived service quality. All of the five service quality factors, namely, tangibles, reliability, assurance, responsibility, and empathy, in this order, significantly affect product innovation. Additionally, tangibles, reliability, responsibility, empathy, and assurance, in this order, significantly affect process innovation. Fourth, product and process innovation significantly affect tangibles and reliability in technology innovation. To enhance tangibles and reliability, process innovation should first be enhanced. Fifth, product and process innovation significantly affect responsibility and empathy in technology innovation. To enhance the responsibility and empathy, process innovation should first be enhanced. Sixth, product and process innovation significantly affect assurance in technology innovation. To enhance the assurance, product innovation should first be enhanced. Conclusions - According to the results, a company's internal marketing factors have a positive and significant effect on technology innovation and, further, product and process innovation have a positive and significant effect on the perceived serviced quality.
