As the Internet is explosively growing and the market is rapidly globalized, many entrepreneurs have been given an impetus to take on the function of the intermediation between providers and customers. Organizations performing the mediating roles in the cyberspace are termed 'cybermediary' and often called 'Openmarket' as a kind of transactional cybermediary in Korea. Despite sustainable growth of Openmarket, customer complaints and damages are increasing because of absence of recovery standards after a service failure. Therefore, it is important that a service provider converts dissatisfied customers to advocates for the growth of the Openmarket. This study aims to examine the role of recovery of the service failures for the Openmarket by proposing a relationship between complaint handling and continuance based on the equity theory. From the empirical results, we found that interactional equity had significant effects on both overall service satisfaction and recovery satisfaction, while procedural equity significantly influenced only recovery satisfaction. Recovery satisfaction also had an impact on overall service satisfaction and each satisfaction factor was positively related to continuance intention.

The modernistic rationalism which thinks much of the mathematical rationality and economic efficiency is widely spread in Korea economic planning, urban planning, urban transportation planning, and the like. As a result the demands to humanity, amanity, and so on have been disregarded in the name of rationality in urban spatial organization, the typical examples, one of the pedestrian space. The pedestrian space which is passed over easily from the view point of the modernistic rationalism, is actually the space that should be reflected abundantly in urban space. The author emphasized a need of reconsideration on the position of pedestrian space in urban spatial planning process, and adopted the theoretical research on the functions and roles of pedestrian space. In consequence of this study the functions of pedestrian space are considered : the first, the function as a space for moving, the second, the function as a space for buffer. the third, the function as a space for intermediation. the fourth, the function as a space for urban daily life. the fifth, the function as new urban environment-making factor.

Although the microfinance sector in Bangladesh is mainly driven by Non-Governmental-Organizations (NGOs), there are other types of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) that also provide financial services to the poor. Despite the criticism of microfinance programs, the current poverty situation in Bangladesh still requires such programs for consistently battling poverty. Hence, the aim of this paper is to profile the microfinance sector based on their legal status and investigate any possible differences (if any) between them in various aspects. After a thorough investigation of the sector, it was found that around 33 million of the clients are being served by the mainstream MFIs (NGO and Grameen Bank) while another 10-15 million clients are served by other types of MFIs (financial cooperatives, credit unions, various ministries etc.), accounting for the one-third of the total population in Bangladesh. While the mainstream MFIs basically works with poor, other categories of MFIs are concerned with relatively wealthy clients. Looking into the financial performance and social intermediation of the MFIs, the NGO-MFIs performed better than other types of MFIs in the sector.

The trial business of e-trade service providers for supporting small enterprises to find their markets abroad is about to begin from the end of March, 2003. The department of Industrial Resources held the "Committee of e-trade service provider selection" with professors of e-trade field, and selected three companies: ECplaza, EC21 and Tpage Global. The e-trade service providers combine the various technologies of on-line trades and off-line trades to support small enterprises with lack of marketing skills by intermediation of overseas buyers and production, registration of e-catalogs and offers, administration of inquiries, trade negotiations, and contract settlement. Prospective small enterprises with exports under US$ 5 million will be selected by 2005. The selected companies will be supported fully by the government, and will be provided with the services by the e-trade service providers. e-Trade service will be the most potential and successful ones in the future, which helps traders and organizations preparing for globalization.

Under the internet age, the competition among recruiting intermediaries including online and offline players has been intensified for several years. Therefore, their business processes or business models have also been transformed to be able to earn the competitive advantages. For these reasons, the traditional players like offline-based recruiting companies have willingly or unwillingly experienced the competitive disadvantages on the recruit battle ground. The online recruiting intermediaries, who newly participated in this industry and based on the internet environment, however, seized on the competitive advantages with the richness and the reach traits of online media. Under this context, the offline traditional intermediaries, who have been threatened by new online entries, must make a replacement of traditional trading mechanisms with alternative trading mechanisms like IT-enabled intermediaries. In this study by exploratory approach, we investigate the phases of transformation of the traditional recruiting intermediaries, changes in business strategies of offline-based firms, and impacts of online media in e-recruiting industry.

This paper presents the business model and system functionalities of a B2B e-marketplace solution that not only can overcome some problems of the public e-marketplace, but also can be applicable to both public and private types of e-marketplaces. This solution is different from the most of the public e-marketplace solutions that their main sources of revenue are transaction commissions or transaction fees through the third-party intermediation. Instead, this solution provides an ASP (Application Service Provider) functionality for direct, disintermediated purchasing and sales-related transactions between suppliers and buyers. With this functionality, suppliers and buyers electronically commerce with each other without the disclosure of their transactions as well as transaction commissions.

This paper presents the system of analyzing data in memory of TCMS. This system can show physical data in memory to text and graphic : format. To transfer data from TCMS to this system, a large number of system have used to memory IC card. the method of using memory IC card as a intermediation has many points at issue, that is a speed of transmitting data, life time of IC card and identity of train system each other. So this paper proposes that the method of wireless LAM be adopted by this system to improve the week point of previous method and other method to better the method of wireless LAN.

Since early times, paper has been the leading means of expression in human civilization. Because breaking the established notion helps to diversify the function of paper. We can see furniture made of paper come in useful to our ancestors in their daily life with the development of "Hanjiquot;. Each piece of paper furniture had its own function and beauty depending on processing method. Not only has been used for materials of basic modeling in the process of modern furniture designing, paper has also been used for the main material for the purpose of a new trial. If we try to find out the ways to take diverse characteristics of paper and develop them, while overcoming the defects of the material, paper has great potentiality for many kinds of use in furniture industry.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of company characteristics and individual characteristics perceived by employees of small businesses on job satisfaction and especially to seek activation of the organization by extending from previous studies to examine the intermediary role of company innovation and applying management measures focusing on the environment of changing global society where CEOs of small businesses cause job satisfaction of organizational members and present the direction for the improvement of management and institutional development. This study was carried out for about 2 months targeting employees of small businesses and the results of empirical analysis are as follows: First, company characteristics and individual characteristics perceived by employees of small businesses turned out to have a positive (+)effect on job satisfaction but the hypothesis that job stress affects job satisfaction was not significant. Second, of the effects of company characteristics and individual characteristics perceived by employees of small businesses on company innovation, organization flexibility and CEO's leadership, company communication and degree of cooperation between departments, individuals, challenge of individuals perceived individual characteristics were found to affect company innovation but the hypothesis that job stress affects it was not significant. Third, company innovation was found to have a positive (+)effect on job satisfaction and fourth, in the intermediary effect verification of company innovation between company characteristics and individual characteristics perceived by employees and job satisfaction, organization flexibility and communication, collaboration turned out to perform partial intermediation and CEO's leadership to perform full intermediation and individual challenge performance to perform full intermediation and the intermediary effect of job stress was not proven. These results are company characteristics and individual characteristics that is the perception of the independent variables in SME employees is not only a direct relationship with job satisfaction, suggesting that also has an indirect effect is mediated depending on the innovation of the company. Therefore, it can be seen that even for the innovation performance of enterprises is important to increase the job satisfaction of employees of SMEs. In particular, the conductivity of the leadership and individual parameters so completely over the innovativeness of the company is the result of job satisfaction itgetda can be said that the innovation efforts of the organization is effective at the same time be pursued.

Subject : The Association between Extraordinary Organs(奇恒之腑) and Eight Extra Meridians(奇經 八脈). Objectives : This study research some special aspects of Extraordinary Organs and Eight Extra Meridians which differentiated from ordinary Organs and Meridians, and the association between Extraordinary Organs and Eight Extra Meridians. Methods : First, researched classification standard and physiological characteristics of Extraordinary Organs through studying various chapters of HuangdiNeijing. Second, researched The Association between Extraordinary Organs and Eight Extra Meridians through studying on the origin of Eight Extra Meridians in HuangdiNeijing. Third, from accompanying researching the subject of Cheon-gye(天癸) and human body shape, draw synthetic hypothesis on the relationship among ordinary Meridians and Organs, muscles and skins of body shape, Extraordinary Organs and Eight Extra Meridians. Results & Conclusions : The following conclusions could be drawn. 1. Extraordinary Organs afford background for shaping human body. This is same as the properties of the earth which afford background for shaping all creations. The physiological characteristics of Extraordinary Organs is intermediation and regulation between Ki(氣) of Five Viscera & six Bowels and shape of muscles & skins in human body. 2. The origin of Eight Extra Meridians could be found in HuangdiNeijing. The collateral Meridians of the Uterus and Epiglottis Meridian are specifically formulated to supplying for the Uterus or Epiglottis. From this we can draw The Association between Extraordinary Organs and Eight Extra Meridians, that is Eight Extra Meridians are specifically formulated to supplying for Extraordinary Organs. 3. The Cheon-gye(天癸) is doing significant function in Eight Extra Meridians supplying for Extraordinary Organs. Cheon-gye concerned to growth, secondary sexual characters, generative function, aging process. Theses are all concerned with the changing of human body shape. Cheon-gye urge to change the body shape with following the human life cycle. 4. Human body has vertical symmetry because preserve its shape from the gravitational force. Eight Extra Meridians place at the middle or flank axis of human body, thus do physiological function that assistant human body have vertical symmetry shape. The purpose of shaping vertical symmetry is securing space what the inner Twelve Regular Meridians and Five Viscera & six Bowels create there own physical changes. On the other hand the inner changes need deviation between left and right because of mobility and circulation of force. But human body change the shape in the process of growth, reproduction, aging. Eight Extra Meridians play role at time of these processing, thus they deeply concerned to human's life cycle and reproduction. 5. Eight Extra Meridians and Extraordinary Organs were named 'Extra' because of some special aspects which differentiated from ordinary Meridians and Organs. All they play role to have vertical symmetry shape of human body and maintain the shape, thus they deeply concerned to the change of human life cycle. These shaping maintaining and the change of human life cycle are very special aspects of human body. So they needed to differently cognize separate to the ordinary changes of Five Viscera & six Bowels and Twelve Meridians at inner space.
