The space of leisure boats & yachts is formed by interior design elements and shapes are formed by combination of those elements. By means of configuration of the design elements, space is made in a ship and patterns in an inside space are made through production. These space can be categorized as (1) cabin(common cabin, staterooms, one-cabin), (2) salon, (3) galleys & dinette, (4) heads(showers, toilets, bidets, sinks), (5) cockpit, (6) wheelhouses, navigation stations, (7) fore peaks, (8) engine room, (9) deck etc. Interior materials are classified into (1) walls(bulkheads & lining wall), (2) floors(sole), (3) ceilings(overheads), (4) doors & windows, (5) furniture, (6) lightings and (7) Hardware & decoration in large, medium and small sizes, which constitute interior design elements of a leisure boat & yacht. The materials used in leisure boats & yachts have properties of lightweight, noise and vibration resistance, fire & flame retardant, stability, strengths, lifespan, appearance and special operation in construction.

국내에서 2010년을 전후하여 일정 금액의 건축/건설 관급공사에서 BIM 적용을 의무화 함에 따라 건축/건설분야의 BIM 적용이 활성화 되었다. 이러한 변화에 발맞추어 국내 건축대학교육에서 BIM을 활용한 교육이 진행되고 있지만 기존의 설계수업에서 크게 벗어나지 못한 교육과정을 실시하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 현대 사회에서는 디지털적 사고의 설계개념과 디지털 작업 환경을 제공하는 BIM을 기반으로 한 새로운 설계 교육과정이 점차 요구되고 있다. 비단 건축분야 뿐만 아니라 이와 연관된 인테리어 분야도 디지털 중심적인 설계과정이 요구되고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 본 연구에서는 BIM이 본질적으로 추구하는 인테리어 설계 프로세스의 환경을 쉽게 이해하고, 실무에서 추구하는 다소 거리감이 있는 인테리어 설계 수업이 아닌 BIM 설계를 적용할 수 있는 실무 기반의 인테리어 설계수업 프로토타입을 제안하고자 한다.

Today, construction fence screens which were understood simply as structures of separating people from the dangers of construction sites have evolved into landmarks to enhance the images of Cities. Now, construction fence screens should have the function as landmarks stimulating people's sensibility through providing aesthetic values as well as the function of protecting people from the dangers of fields of construction. For this reason, this study tried 1) to show the relationships among these 4 classifications. is 4 realms of Human Beings - Cultural - Ecological - Digital in the expression methods of the construction fence screens of Seoul and 2) to simplify the characteristic elements of construction fence screens by way of extracting with Ecology, Installation Art, Symbolic, Commercial Expression. This study examined whether or not the construction fence screens of Seoul were playing the role as landmarks stimulating people's sensibility with sustainable improvement to the environment of Seoul as public design structures, by investigating some of the construction fence screens of Seoul. Also through analyzing the diversity of expression methods of the construction fence screens of other local governments as well as those of Seoul, we hope that they will be the public structures for enhancing the images of Cities.

The importance of efficient construction site management has been growing as the amount of construction information increases which is used in the growing construction site. Accordingly in this study, we are trying to find out the application situation and possibility of BIM through theoretical examination and domestic & overseas case study of BIM and we are trying to suggest the way of efficient construction site management formulation through implementation phase-oriented and cooperation entity-oriented analysis in the construction site. We found out that it was possible to minimize time loss and financial loss by visualizing 2D drawings through 3D modeling of target building by applying BIM and that it was possible to improve accuracy of budget planning with quantitative information of 3D model, to plan construction process with more confidence due to accurate architectural information of drawings and quantitative information, and to manage cost and quality through process management based on construction information acquired by BIM including object information by part. It is concluded that we can improve efficiency of construction management between field and each cooperating entity by integrating and linking BIM information through this process.

This study intends to clarify the key elements of designing low energy residential building construction by planning out residential construction in nature oriented designing method utilizing nearby environment and nature oriented energy from designing stage instead of construction of low energy residential building. Development of building technology is proportional to the development of technology that lasts already. However, what is no less important than the advancement of technology, it is the study of fundamental phenomena energy use in response to climate, reduction, such as recycling. It is possible in such a purpose, it is assumed that there is a need to study elements implementation plan in accordance with the climatic characteristics of the study. Method for controlling the condition solar radiation, sunshine, depending on the characteristics of the weather, by utilizing the convection phenomenon of nature, to maintain the air comfort in the interior space is the essence of eco-friendly construction and passive Property This is an important architectural elements to be aim. For through the analysis of this case, corresponding to the phenomenon of the features of the macro climate and micro climate due to climate change, a combination building blocks of classification placement of each, shape, structure, elevation, space, of the material appeared in various it was possible to know the construction characteristics were. As shown in each case, construction method to address climate change has been found to apply to a comprehensive analysis climatic characteristics of each region, in response to this, the construction of element each corresponding.

건축 프로젝트의 초기 기획조사단계에서 발주자의 예산결정을 위하여 사업비에 대한 통계적 추정방법 연구는 다수 이루어졌으나, 파라미터기반 개략견적 방법은 설계진행 중의 설계자 의사결정과 이로 인한 공사비 산정 및 관리업무와의 연계가 이루어지지 않아 설계실무에 활용하기에는 제약이 있다. 한편 실시설계안이 도출된 후 상세견적에 의해 산정된 공사비가 예산을 초과한 경우, 마감수준 등을 국부적으로 임의 조정하여 설계를 확정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사무소 건축물을 대상으로 계획설계 및 기본설계단계에서 설계자의 의사결정 프로세스와 연계하여 마감공사비를 용이하게 산정하고, 설계대안의 평가를 지원할 수 있는 프로토타입기반 마감공사비 산정 모델을 개발하였다. 제시된 모델은 건축물을 설계프로세스에 따라 부위별 분류체계에 의해 분할하고, 상세견적 된 기존 사무소 건물의 프로토타입이 축적된 데이터베이스로부터 각 실별 부위선정을 통한 설계대안을 생성하고 그 공사비를 견적하게 한다. 제시된 프로토타입기반의 모델에 대하여 설계와 시공정보를 통합하는 연결체로서의 유효성과 실무설계에서의 적용성을 확인하기 위해 사례검증을 실시하였다.

Modern architecture does a role in terms of connecting traditional and current architecture. In the same time, Which is important part of korean architecture history because of introduction of western architecture. Accordingly, At this meaninglessly going out and leaving of modern architecture, the purpose of this study is systematic researching of the modern Government Office interior. I progressed this study to research into the period context at construction of the modern Government Office and tendency of architecture and interior at that time. And then understand interior space organization of it. The early modern Government Office adopted Neo-Baroque style from tendency of that time. Also, showed composite order which is mixed in the Greek temple, the Renaissance and the classic style representing the power. But, after late 1920 It adopted Modern Style. This characteristic is different from current composit order, which is comprehended by our. In order to understand aesthetic value of current straight interior space, It have to be interacted the present and past. But It's averted because it was made in the period of Japanese imperialism. Therefore, We should explore history of interior design that is endowed with sociality and historicity between modern and future interior space as well as current.

Taliesin West is a meaningful historic site in architecture field, because its place had still been existing only one in the world as a ideal architectural community for working and living as well as learning by doing for Taliesin Fellowships and others based on F. L. Wright's idea of Organic Architecture. The main purpose of this study was to follow up the architectural thought and its construction shown in F. L. Wright's 'Taliesin West'. A study on the key notes are as follows; 1) The key-clue of the construction background for Taliesin West was based on the project of 'Complex Campus Building' which was early planed by F. L. Wright. 2) A basic design idea for Taliesin West was admiring from its own site characters as well as the Experimental construction methods and materials. 3) Design motive of Taliesin West was based on American Indian's movable shelter which called 'Tepee.' 4) A construction of F. L. Wright's temporary studio, Ocotilla, was a good opportunity to construct for Taliesin West which construction methods, covered and framed, were same as Ocotilla. 5) A concept idea of the master plan for Taliesin West came from combining Taliesin's Hillside Home School and Complex Campus Building project. 6) Construction of Taliesin West was a final accomplished place as F. L. Wright's utopia architecture and community.

This study aims at developing the interior design method of Public Toilet in office building. There needs new concepts in Public Toilet where we felt dirty smelling and dismal in the past. And the behavior in the Public Toilet become various such as combing the hair making-up changing the clothes rinsing out mouth and so on. Nowadays The Public Toilet of office building shows indirectly the hierarchy and the management philosophy of its enterprise, This study treats with the design items such as unit space zoning plan lighting plan and air-conditioning plan and construction method of Public-Toilet in office building. As a result of this study the interior design methods of Public Toilet must reflect use of fitting material lighting plan user's needs and functional divide.(Powder Zone and Physiology Zone) These result will become basic data of future interior design in Public Toilet.
