The Regional Cooperative Development Center (RCDC) at Tokushima Bunri University was established in 2005. The role of the RCDC is to make a social contribution and to assist in the development of human resources. The RCDC has made contributions to society by organizing meetings to facilitate the exchange of technology, holding public lectures, supporting joint research projects, providing technical assistance for manufacturers, making available the free use of equipment owned by the university and so on. Additionally, the RCDC has put much effort into giving undergraduate students internship opportunities at industries in the eastern part of Kagawa Prefecture (the TOSAN area) in Japan. The RCDC also trained a contracted researcher from a small company about the creation of intellectual property, including how to conduct a patent prior art search, how to prepare a patent specification, etc. The RCDC has worked in partnership with industry, Sanuki City Society of Commerce and Industry and Higashi-Kagawa City Society of Commerce and Industry in order to revitalize local communities.

The information security industry market is sluggish despite high expectation for its growth, and thus policies are required to define the causes and to address these issues. The policy formulation requires various historical market and human resource data for analyzing the industry, which cannot be guaranteed secured. This study executed face-to-face in-depth interviews with the frontline businesses in order to gather live opinions and to analyze industry's value chain, problems, and difficulties with a view to defining policy tasks for the development of the industry. The findings of the study revealed the current technical level of the information security industry, the frontline difficulty, and industrial ecosystem status. Based on these findings, the industry revitalization policy was devised and proposed. Objectives of the policy included the fostering of capacity to conceptualize, plan, and design industrial strategies based on the analysis of the industry's value chain and ecosystem, the expansion of the industry's value-added through the enhanced securing and management of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and the nurturing of the security Human Resources (HR) in line with the industrial demand.

음성신호 대역을 처리할 수 있는 정밀도를 가지는 디지털 과표본화 잡음변형기를 설계하였다. 디지털 잡음변형기가 IP의 형태로서 최적화 된 설계가 되기 위해, 2.0 V의 저 전압에서 동작할 수 있고 하드웨어 소모면적을 최소화 할 수 있는 방안에 초점을 맞추어 디지털 데이터처리 동작을 위한 곱셈기능, ROM 구조 등의 회로설계를 최적화 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 설계 및 검증의 방법론에 있어서는 동작수준의 시뮬레이션을 통하여 전체 구조 및 내부 비트 수를 결정하였고, 트랜지스터 수준의 시뮬레이션을 통해 전체 타이밍과 최종 성능을 예측하였다. 또한 0.35-㎛ 표준 CMOS 공정으로써 테스트 칩을 제작한 후 측정하여 시뮬레이션 결과와 부합함을 확인함으로써 제안하는 회로와 설계 방법론이 효과적임을 검증하였다.

저작권법은 저작권 소유자의 권리와 이용자의 권리 간에 균형을 유지함으로써 지식정보에 대한 접근을 촉진하는 최선의 법적 도구이다. 이러한 측면에서 도서관을 위한 저작권의 제한 및 예외는 학습과 연구를 지원하고 정보의 흐름을 촉진하며, 대중에게 공정한 정보접근을 제공하고 지적 문화유산을 보존하는 데 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 저작권법의 도서관관련 권리제한조항을 축조분석하여 도서관 보관자료의 보존 및 제공용 복제, 도서관에서 인터넷 정보의 출력과 송신, 재생수단의 입수가 곤란한 자료 및 정부간행물의 보존용 복제와 제공, 장애인을 위한 도서관의 복제와 공중송신에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고 공정이용을 위한 일반규정의 도입방안을 제안하였다.

Abundant hard-working and well-educated human resources were the important sources of the spectacular economic success during the last decades. In contrast to the past sources of economic growth during the 1970's when labor and capital along with economies of scale were the dominant factors (the university has played an important role in the national economic success by supplying quality labour and intellectual talent.), the level of science, technological innovation and capital inputs will be of vital importance for future economic growth in Korea. The balance of payments in technology transfer together with the current state of R & D activities has been reviewed and some of the issues and problems underlying the university system that tend to hinder research in collaboration with research institutes and industries have been outlined. Serious imbalance in the allocation of research funds among research sectors was identified as the most serious problem to be fixed. The importance of science and technology education in private universities for the enhancement of the national level of science and technology has been re-examined. Also research and development in engineering and technical services has been emphasized. In conclusion, ways to bolster the role of universities in the research environment in cooperation with industry and research institutes have been suggested.

Information scientists need not to answer whether future libraries will be a digital library or not, but to answer how they are structured and served effectively to users currently. 'The library with walls' or 'the library as place' need to be existed in the future, but 'digital library without the wall' or 'virtual library' will need to be studied continuously. This study has tried to reveal the existing problems of digital libraries and their future environment after considering the ambiguous concepts of various types of electronic libraries and their efforts for library automation, and the changed information retrieval circumstances during the last 30 to 40 years through a qualitative document study. As a result, the major findings and suggestions are prepared. The library of the future will be a part of local and national cooperative systems, be filled with the intelligent use of old and new technologies, and be able to su n.0, pport both a place with extensive collections and convenient, easy, & free access to remote intellectual resources. Also, the information storage and retrieval (ISAR) to the future library system would easily provide users with any types of data retrieval system by anybody rather than by an expert or a specialist, so called 'A&E retrieval' in the coming 21th century. It will be highly possible that the future society changes to the information marketplace whose data may be recognized as an intangible assets.

디지털 큐레이션은 디지털 시대의 새로운 정보관리 및 서비스라고 할 수 있다. 디지털 환경에서 정보자원에 대한 체계적 관리 및 서비스를 추구한다는 측면에서 디지털 큐레이션은 문헌정보학의 핵심 영역에 해당한다. 본 연구는 디지털 큐레이션 관련 문헌들을 검토하여 주요 연구 영역을 설정하고, 대표적인 문헌정보학 분야 학술 데이터베이스(LISTA)에서 검색한 학술 논문들을 대상으로 연구동향을 분석하였다. 또한 이러한 연구동향 분석의 결과에 기초하여 문헌정보학 분야의 디지털 큐레이션 관련 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다.

The cadastral rehabilitation project, which has been implemented since 2012, is a project to re-examine the national land that is not in conformity with the cadastral map, There is a lot of trouble in securing financial resources for business execution. This study examines the utility of UAS(Unmanned Aerial System) image - based cadastral demarcation as an alternative to budget reduction in the current state of cadastral rehabilitation, reasonable boundary adjustment, UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) is used to create 3D models and orthoimages of business districts, and to check accuracy by superimposing and comparing with digital maps of NGII(National Geographic Information Institute). As a result of the study, the accuracy of the 3D model and the orthoimage through the SfM(Structure-from-Motion) - based image interpretation of the digital map of the NGII were derived. In particular, we confirmed the similarity of UAS-based orthoimage with the cadastral boundaries affirmation, It is anticipated that the cost saving effect of current survey and boundary survey can be expected. In addition, it is easy to prepare a report to reduce civil complaints, which is a problematic element of the adjustment.

Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are place contributing to the intellectual advancement of the nation, quality human resource, and to a number of socio-economic improvements for society and organizations. Despite facilitators and staffs are the bare-bone of HEIs, there is a scarcity of research, both conceptual and empirical, focusing on their organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). To attempt to fill this gap, this article develops a conceptual model of OCB under influencing of organizational justice and job satisfaction. The prospective respondents were chosen randomly from HEIs (public and private). Individuals have been employed at least one year and above will be the unit of analysis in which the experimental test of the proposed model will be conducted. The results suggest that organizational citizenship behavior is one of the most important factor influence the organizational performance. Furthermore, the performance of HEIs does not affect only the national human resources, but also impact on national economy. In this context, a conceptual framework is proposed to study the determinants of organizational citizenship behavior in the form of organizational justice and job satisfaction. Additionally, the ultimate benefits of OCB through perceived organizational justice with job satisfaction as mediator is enlightened. Finally, the authors discuss the managerial implications of their research.

건설 프로젝트는 불완전한 생산환경으로 인해 많은 건설실패가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 건설 현장에서 건설 기간 동안 ICT 자원을 임대하여 활용하고, 물리적인 유선 통신망 대신 스마트 폰, 테블릿 PC, 노트북 등 Mobile Device를 활용하는 Mobile Cloud Computing Service(이하 M-Cloud)를 도입할 경우 M-Cloud가 갖고 있는 신속정확성, 공유협업성, 편재성 등의 특성들이 건설현장에 참여하고 있는 다양한 프로젝트 참여자들 간의 사회적 관계망에 영향을 주어 참여자들 간의 정보교환 및 융합을 촉진하고, 상호 신뢰증진과 함께 궁극적으로 프로젝트 기대성과에 큰 도움을 줄 수 있다는 것을 실증적인 방법으로 연구하였다.
