수요사슬에서 기업간 협업은 통합 (Integration), 협업(Exchange), 그리고 동기화(Syncronize)라는 3 단계의 계층구조를 갖으며, 단계가 높을수록 협업의 지능성은 강하다. 이 논문은 국내의 제조업과 서비스업을 중심으로 지능적인 수요사슬 통합전략(공급통합, 수요통합, 수요사슬통합)을 수행하는데 영향을 주는 동인들을 발견한다. 여기 동인에는 효율적 동인과 시대적 동인으로 구분하여 각 통합전략에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 지를 조사하여, 그 특징을 파악하고 문제점을 제시한다. 인터넷 강국인 국내기업의 통합전략과 동인에 대한 면밀한 분석을 통해 기업에게 가장 이상적인 통합전략이 무엇인지를 제시한다. 결론에서는 고객과 통합을 추진하는 통합전략을 선택한 기업은 웹통합을 하는 가장 큰 이유는 경영성과를 높이기 위해 추진하는 것으로 나타났으며, 공급자와 통합을 하는 전략을 선택한 기업은 외부환경의 압력에 의해서 어쩔 수 없이 추진하는 것으로 해석된다.

Storage services integration can be done for achieving high availability, improving data access performance and scalability while preventing vendor lock-in. However, multiple services environment management and interoperability have become a critical issue as a result of service architectures and communication interfaces heterogeneity. Storage federation model provides the integration of multiple heterogeneous and self-sufficient storage systems with a single control point and automated decision making about data distribution. In order to integrate diverse heterogeneous storage services into a single storage pool, we are proposing a storage service federation framework named BoxBroker. Moreover, an automated decision model based on a policy-driven data distribution algorithm and a service evaluation method is proposed enabling BoxBroker to make optimal decisions. Finally, a demonstration of our proposal capabilities is presented and discussed.

With the rapid successful deployment of WLANs worldwide in numerous hotspots for high data rate, wireless access for data services has created the need to integrate the Cellular Networks with WLAN Networks. The integrated wireless environment will provide the end user a much better service experience along with a single subscription and a single bill. In this paper we focus on inter-working approaches, which combine WLANs and Cellular Networks into an integrated wireless environment capable of ubiquitous access to data services and very high data rates in hotspots areas. We first list the key requirements which are currently being standardized within the 30PP for integration with WLANs networks. We discuss two inter-working architectures namely loosely coupled and tightly coupled This paper will detail the loosely coupled inter-working approach while briefly discussing the tightly coupled inter-working. Finally, we will conclude that the loosely coupled approach is evolutionary and less intrusive than the tightly coupled approach.

웹 서비스는 웹 표준인 SOAP과 WSDL 그리고 UDDI 기반으로 인터넷상의 분산된 어플리케이션을 통합하기 위한 효율적인 방법으로 널리 인식되고 있으며 최근에는 이 서비스들의 효율적인 통합을 위한 웹 서비스 표준 프로세스 통합모델 언어로 BPEL4WS가 제시되었다. 현재 웹 서비스 통합에 대한 연구는 주로 서비스들 간의 호환성 문제 및 프로세스 식별과 추적 그리고 자동화 문제 등을 다루고 있지만 통합된 비즈니스 프로세스 재사용이나 확장성 그리고 서비스들의 동적 할당을 통한 활용 기법에 대한 연구 가 부족하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 BPEL4WS을 이용하여 웹 서비스들을 통합할 때 통합 구조의 확장성과 재사용성을 증가시키는 기법과 웹 서비스 동적 활용방법을 제시한다. 또한 제시된 통합 구조의 효율적인 활용을 위해 필요한 웹 서비스 통합 프레임 워크를 제시한다.

기업 업무의 스마트워크 요구로 모바일 서비스의 사용이 증가하고 있으며, 기업 업무의 다양한 요구사항을 대응할 수 있는 모바일 서비스 구조에 대한 연구가 요구된다. 모바일 서비스의 다양성을 제공하기 위해 커스터마이제이션에 대한 연구들이 모바일 플랫폼에 적용되도록 연구되어야 한다. 모바일 서비스가 다른 서비스들과의 연동 및 디바이스 연속성을 제공하기 위해 공개 인터페이스(Open API)를 이용하여 서비스들 간의 통합을 가능하게 해야 한다. 본 논문에서 이러한 서비스들 간의 통합을 통해 다양한 요구사항을 만족시킬 수 있는 매쉬업 커스터마이제이션 기법을 제안한다.

Call center service is enabled by the use of a firm's various information technologies (IT) and accumulated knowledge. IT and knowledge resources have been considered a fundamental infrastructure for developing a firm's business capabilities. Recognizing this, this study examines whether a firm's IT and customer knowledge resources enhance its customer service process capability and thereby contribute to creating superior customer service, at the level of customer service representatives (CSRs). That is, constructs in this study were measured on a basis of CSRs' perception. Moreover, this study verifies the moderating role of CSRs' computer self-efficacy on the relationships between IT and customer knowledge resources and customer service process capability. To test the proposed hypotheses, this study conducted partial least squares (PLS) analysis with a total of 234 data which were collected on CSRs working at four call centers. The key findings are as follows: first, IT infrastructure integration and customer knowledge integration are positively associated with customer service process capability. Second, customer service process capability is a key determinant of customer service performance. Finally, CSRs' computer self-efficacy has a moderating effect on the relationship between IT infrastructure integration and customer service process capability. The details of the findings and implications are presented.

This study explored the integration-support paradigm for transnational marriages and families as a well-grounded service model supporting a transnational family of immigrants in Korea at a time when Korean society showed increased interest in interracial marriages. The research mainly focused on the Dongdaemun-gu Transnational Marriage and Family Support Center, utilizing the relative actual practice at the center and the secondary data of previous studies. The findings were as follows: The integration-support paradigm for transnational marriage and family comprised of the following elements : the institutionalization of welfare and medical services; the systematization of legal institution and execution the settlement of mid- and long-term policies and the practical programs of the government proper approaches to the formation of a healthy marital couple and family relations; total services related to rearing and educating children properly including education cost support to family incomehousing for the stabilization of family life support for socio-cultural exchanges within the family : as well as the radical conversion of social recognition of a transnational family. This paradigm is expected to be a well-grounded service for the integration-support of transnational families.

지자체 업무는 종합행정인 동시에 다양한 공간정보와 관련이 있다. 그동안 지자체 GIS는 업무의 효융성 제고, 대국민 서비스 향상 및 의사결정의 효율적인 도구로 집중적인 투자로 인하여 괄목상대한 발전을 이루었다 최근 들어 지자체에서는 도시기능의 혁신, 도시안전의 제고 등을 위하여 유비쿼터스 기술도입에 관심이 집중되고 있으며, 이는 유비쿼터스 도시(Ubiquitous City, u-City)라는 새로운 차세대 도시 건설의 동인이 되고 있다. 유비쿼터스 도시는 정보, 기술, 서비스가 융복합된 도시로, 효율적인 유비쿼터스 도시를 추진하기 위해선 기존의 지자체 GIS 연계통합이 핵심이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 시대를 맞이하여 지자체 GIS의 발전적인 방향을 제시하고, 유비쿼터스 도시를 위한 지자체 GIS 연계통합 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

Due to Web Services' platform and language independent nature, many business corporations have used them for the integration of various applications. However, the growing amount of available Web Services on Web forms a new problem - how to select and recommend an appropriate Web Service that matches the user requirements. In this paper, we investigate recommendation methods in Web Services, and discuss their strength and limitations.

Web services (WS) present a new promising software technology, which provides application-to-application interaction. They are built on the top of existing web protocol and based on open XML standards. Web services are described using WSDL, and the UDDI is a integration directory provide registry of Web Services descriptions. WSDL provides information of Web Services but it is getting more and more important to know more than those provided by WSDL. From WSDL we can not get the information like usage of WS, performance of WS, complexity of WS, usability of WS with other web service. In this paper, we proposed a new method for Web Services so called Public Web Services Analyzer (PWSA). This technique is based on analyzing various public UDDI registries in order to get various kinds of statistics of web services. Those statistics will be used by both web services developers and consumers for finding them suitable services for their needs. PWSA guarantees that it can provide enough information to find right web services for both Web Services Consumers and Web Service Developers.
