Strategy for the Seamless Mode Transfer of an Inverter in a Master-Slave Control Independent Microgrid

  • To enable a master-slave control independent microgrid system (MSCIMGS) to supply electricity continuously, the microgrid inverter should perform mode transfer between grid-connected and islanding operations. Transient oscillations should be reduced during transfer to effectively conduct a seamless mode transfer. This study uses a typical MSCIMGS as an example and improves the mode transfer strategy in three aspects: (1) adopts a status-tracking algorithm to improve the switching strategy of the outer loop, (2) uses the voltage magnitude and phase pre-synchronization algorithm to reduce transient shock at the time of grid connection, and (3) applies the hybrid-sensitivity $H_{\infty}$ robust controller instead of the current inner loop to improve the robustness of the controller. Simulations and experiments show that the proposed strategy is more practical than the traditional proportional-derivative control mode transfer and effective in reducing voltage and current oscillations during the transfer period.

U-러닝 환경에서의 통합적 수업 전략 연구 (The Study on Integrated Teaching and Learning Strategy u-Learning)

  • 무선인터넷과 이동형 컴퓨터의 발달로 다양한 수업 전략과 새로운 교육 방법이 제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 u-러닝의 환경에서 수업을 효과적으로 적용하기 위해 학습자 중심의 새로운 통합수업 전략을 제안하였다. 우선 무선네트워크 기술을 효과적으로 교육에 활용하기 위하여 학습자를 중심으로 한 다양한 교육적 요소를 파악하였다. 이동 단말컴퓨터를 지원하는 3개의 핵심적인 교육 요소로 교육내용, 시간요소, 공간요소로 범주를 나누어 분석하였다. 그리고 이러한 핵심 교육 요소를 통합하여 이동형 컴퓨터 기술을 적용한 통합적 수업 전략을 제안하였다. 초등학생들을 대상으로 통합적 수업을 실시하고 그에 따른 효과성을 검증하였다. 검증 결과 통합적 수업 전략은 효과성 지표로 제시된 고차원적 사고 및 학습동기, 자기주도적 학습의 영역에서 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 향후u-러닝 환경에서 학습자 중심의 수월성 교육을 촉진시키고 총체적인 통합 교육을 효과적으로 지원할 것으로 기대된다.

Exploring the Dilemma and Improvement Strategies for the Integrated Management of Extracurricular Education Programs at Duksung Women's University

  • This study was conducted with the purpose of exploring the dilemma and improvement strategies for the integrated management of extracurricular education programs at Duksung Women's University. The research method was finally composed of a procedure with a meeting of experts based on the procedure of collecting and analyzing the previous research literature. As for the contents of the study, the dilemma of the integrated management of the extracurricular education program at Duksung Women's University was presented first. Examples of dilemmas include difficulties in organizing and operating programs from the perspective of a roadmap customized for each grade level, difficulties in establishing a foundation for balanced mapping of core competencies and cultivating programs, difficulties in managing the performance of regular program monitoring and feedback improvement, and activating the linkage system between subjects and extracurricular education programs difficulties and difficulties in establishing a support system for the operation of the extracurricular education integrated management system were reflected. In addition, a strategy to complement and improve this dilemma was presented in a linkage. As a result of the study, the integrated management dilemma of Duksung Women's University's extracurricular education programs needs to be resolved in the long term through formal infrastructure such as external expert advice and expert exchange, and the development and use of related manuals should be considered aspects were analyzed. In addition, the content of this study was analyzed not only in the educational case of Duksung Women's University, but also in that it deals with cases that can be usefully referenced in most universities that develop and operate extracurricular education programs. Finally, this study presents an evidence-based practices that can be referenced in promoting the integrated management of extracurricular education programs in university sites, and the position and identity of extracurricular education throughout the university curriculum. It is judged that the significance and expected effect of the study can be obtained in that it provides an opportunity to improve from the management point of view.

  • To fulfill the railroad station's duties efficiently, it is essential to view passenger transfer system within the railroad station and in the vicinity of railroad station in the context of broader technological developments in easy access to railroad station. To do the direct service to local station or easy transfer to other mass transportation modes, necessary courses for local govemments and each transportation agency involvement should be taken and long-term integrated transfer strategy must be found. The research designed here was designed to derive a general overview of the integrated transfer patterns with an emphasis on passenger intermodal transportation system.

A New Three-dimensional Integrated Multi-index Method for CBIR System

  • This paper proposes a new image retrieval method called the 3D integrated multi-index to fuse SIFT (Scale Invariant Feature Transform) visual words with other features at the indexing level. The advantage of the 3D integrated multi-index is that it can produce finer subdivisions in the search space. Compared with the inverted indices of medium-sized codebook, the proposed method increases time slightly in preprocessing and querying. Particularly, the SIFT, contour and colour features are fused into the integrated multi-index, and the joint cooperation of complementary features significantly reduces the impact of false positive matches, so that effective image retrieval can be achieved. Extensive experiments on five benchmark datasets show that the 3D integrated multi-index significantly improves the retrieval accuracy. While compared with other methods, it requires an acceptable memory usage and query time. Importantly, we show that the 3D integrated multi-index is well complementary to many prior techniques, which make our method compared favorably with the state-of-the-arts.

  • 본 연구는 반도체 IP산업의 지식기반 기업에 있어 기술혁신전략에 대하여 분석한 것이다. 분석을 위한 이론적인 논의는 i)지식의 창조 보호 활용과 혁신에 관한 이론, ii)혁신으로부터 가치 창출에 대한 이론 iii)모듈화, 시장진입시기, 표준(지배적 디자인)의 등장 경쟁 등의 중심으로 수행되었다. 이러한 이론적인 선행 연구를 통해 지식기반 기업의 기술혁신전략에 대한 탐색적인 연구가설을 제시하였다. 그리고 최종적으로 이러한 반도체 IP산업의 대표적인 지식기반 기업으로 ARM과 INTEL의 기술혁신 전략 사례 분석을 분석하여, 제시된 연구 가설들을 확인하였다. 첫째, 기술 주기에 있어 초기단계에 진입하는 지식기반기업은 i)상호보완적 자산(지식)에 대한 접근성이 낮아 수직 통합하는 기술 전략을 선택하며, ii)환경변화로 인한 산업의 가치사슬 분화에도 불구하고 수직결합적인 기술 전략을 주요한 방향으로 유지한다. 둘째, 기술 주기에 있어 후기단계에 진입하는 지식기반 기업은 i)상호보완적 지식자산에 대한 접근성이 높아져 계약거래를 통한 기술 혁신 전략을 선호하며, ii)보유한 지식자산에 있어 불연속적인 특징의 존재여부에 따라 기술 혁신 전략의 경로를 다르게 선택한다.

Coordinated Control Strategy and Optimization of Composite Energy Storage System Considering Technical and Economic Characteristics

  • Control strategy and corresponding parameters have significant impacts on the overall technical and economic characteristics of composite energy storage systems (CESS). A better control strategy and optimized control parameters can be used to improve the economic and technical characteristics of CESS, and determine the maximum power and stored energy capacity of CESS. A novel coordinated control strategy is proposed considering the coordination of various energy storage systems in CESS. To describe the degree of coordination, a new index, i.e. state of charge coordinated response margin of supercapacitor energy storage system, is presented. Based on the proposed control strategy and index, an optimization model was formulated to minimize the total equivalent cost in a given period for two purposes. The one is to obtain optimal control parameters of an existing CESS, and the other is to obtain the integrated optimal results of control parameters, maximum power and stored energy capacity for CESS in a given period. Case studies indicate that the developed index, control strategy and optimization model can be extensively applied to optimize the economic and technical characteristics of CESS. In addition, impacts of control parameters are discussed in detail.

교과 연계를 위한 독서 전략의 내용 체계와 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the System of Reading Strategy Contents for a Subject Linkage and it's Application to the Content Subject)

  • 본 연구는 학교도서관 중심의 독서 전략 범주를 밝혀 독서 전략의 내용 체계를 구안하고, 교과 연계 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 고등학교 국어과 교육과정 분석 및 독서 전략 관련 선행 연구의 결과를 토대로 독서 전략의 내용 체계 범주를 텍스트 영역과 인지 전략으로 설정하였다. 여기에 관련 선행 연구의 활동지를 참고해 재구조화한 4개 유형의 독해 기법을 더하여 최종적으로 독서 전략의 내용 체계를 구안하였다. 본 연구의 교과 연계는 교과 교과서를 대상으로 이뤄지며, 학습활동은 탐구 과제 분석의 방법을 통하여 독서전략 적용 방안을 확인하였다. 이에 따라 고등학교 『통합사회』와 『통합과학』의 학습활동을 대상으로 그래픽 조직자를 활용한 독해 전략을 적용해 그 타당성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 독서 전략의 내용 체계를 활용한 교과 연계 방안은 교과 학습활동에 다양한 읽을 자료 제공을 통해 교과 수업을 심화하고, 독립된 독서 프로그램으로 확장해 학습내용을 익힐 수 있는 활동을 제안하였다.
