최근 정보통신기술의 급속한 발달과 대내 외적 경쟁이 가속화되는 등 환경변화에 대응하기 위해 국내 대학은 통합정보시스템 구축 및 고도화의 필요성 인식과 구축 사업을 추진하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고등교육기관의 통합정보시스템 구축 시 환경요인 측면도 정보시스템 성공요인에 중요한 요인이라고 생각하고, 우리나라 현실에 맞는 환경요인을 도출하고자 국 사립대학 통합정보시스템 현황을 분석하였으며, 이를 기반으로 고등교육기관 통합정보시스템 구축 시 고려해야 할 3가지의 환경요인과 21가지의 세부 측정항목을 도출하고, 이를 통합정보시스템을 구축하고자 하는 대학에 성공적으로 적용하기 위한 방안을 제언하였다. 본 연구결과가 대학들의 통합정보시스템 구축 시 성공적인 통합정보시스템 구축의 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

Sapporo subway sets up the integrated information system to be aim at the effective and automatic work from the first time. They are expanding integrated system by introducing IT into Serve system positively which developed for recent several years. To keep up with the big size and high speed of information according to integrated system,. the integrated transmission line system which is basic of the integrated system is changed into the system which apply the newest technology. Also, they are aimed at the next generation traffic system through the cooperation of the local administration, for example, test of the multipurpose card using non-contact IC card. This study reviewed the present state of Sapporo subway, the upgrade of information transmission system, and the function of each serve system those are the order of equipment, management of the running, management of the disaster presentation, signal protection, passenger management etc.

토지정보와 건물정보는 부동산, 도시행정 분야에 있어서 가장 핵심이 되는 공간정보이지만 융복합 및 통합적인 활용이 용이하지 않아 통합정보서비스가 제공되기 어려웠다. 본 연구에서는 토지정보와 건물정보에 대한 통합정보시스템의 필요성과 정보 융합의 방법론, 통합시스템의 구축 방안을 제시하였으며 프로토타입 시스템을 개발하여 통합정보에 대한 활용 가능성을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 토지정보와 건물정보에 대한 관리 현황을 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 토지 및 건물에 대한 다양한 공간정보와 속성정보 간의 매칭 및 융합 프로세스를 적용하였다. 융합된 토지 건물정보 DB를 기반으로 한 통합정보시스템과 기능을 설계함으로써 프로토타입 시스템을 구현하였다. 마지막으로, LX가 시스템을 운영하면서 부동산 및 도시행정 분야에 제공할 수 있는 정보서비스 사례들을 제시하였다.

To protect information resources, many organizations including private corporate and government employ integrated information security systems which provide the functions of intrusion detection, firewall, and virus vaccine. So, in order to develop a reliable integrated information security system during the development life cycle, the managers in charge of the development of the system must effectively distribute the development resources to the quality factors of an integrated information security system. This study suggests a distribution methodology that minimizes the total cost with satisfying the minimum quality level of an integrated information security system by appropriately assigning development resources to quality factors considered. To achieve this goal, we identify quality factors of an integrated information system and then measure the relative weights among the quality factors using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The suggested distribution methodology makes it possible to search an optimal solution which minimizes the total cost with satisfying the required quality levels of processes by assigning development resources to quality factors during the development life cycle.

국방 연구개발은 사용군의 요구사항을 만족시키는 무기체계를 최단 기간, 최소 비용 및 고품질로 개발하고자 노력하고 있으며, 통합 데이터베이스 전산 환경 하에서 체계공학 및 동시공학을 체계적으로 구현하기 위한 연구개발 프로세스 및 도구들이 개발되고 있다. 항공 무기체계 분야에서 본 논문의 연구개발 과정에서 생성되는 기술 자료를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 웹기반 체계운영관리시스템을 개발 및 운용하고 있으며, 기존 항공 무기체계 연구개발 사업에 적용하여 그 효율성을 입증 및 검증하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 체계운영관리시스템 기반으로 향후 개발 예정인 보라매 사업, 무인항공기 및 무인전투기에 적용 가능한 통합 연구개발 프레임웍(Framework) 및 통합 무기체계 데이터베이스 발전 방안에 대해서 기술한다. 또한, 연구소에서 운영 예정인 WISEMAN과의 연동 및 통합 방안에 대해서도 기술한다.

본 연구의 목적은 통합도로교통 서비스 체계 구현을 위한 교통정보센터를 구축하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 기존의 교통정보센터 기능과 운영현황을 분석하고, 통합도로교통정보 서비스를 제공하는 교통정보센터를 개발함으로서 안전지향형 통합도로교통정보센터의 구현사례를 소개한다. 지능형교통체계는 안전지향의 통합도로교통정보 서비스 제공을 통한 교통안전체계를 구현할 뿐 만 아니라 전방의 홍수, 폭설 낙석, 도로유실 붕괴 등과 같은 자연재해 및 긴급상황 발생시 관련 정보를 시의 적절하게 제공함으로써 운전자의 안전한 도로운행을 지원하게 된다. 따라서 통합도로교통정보 서비스체계의 교통정보센터는 국민들에게 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 대국민 교통정보 서비스 제공으로 이용자 친화형 교통관리체계와 통합도로교통정보센터 기능을 실현하는데 일조할 것이다.

In this paper, we purpose the integrated TMS to solve the problem of current systems. The current system resulted in inconvenience because customers and users must contact to each system, when they want to know the information about orders. In this research, we develope a system with which customers and users can confirm all of order information from one system. To solve this problem, the information brought from two systems is integrated by constructing integrated database.

최근 병원은 ICT기술을 접목한 고품질의 의료서비스를 제공하는 허브병원으로서의 기능을 수행하기 위해 병원의 정보화를 통하여 직무능력을 향상하고 경영자의 의사결정지원시스템을 통하여 고도화된 통합의료정보시스템을 구축하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 환자정보와 진료정보의 신속한 조회로 진료편의성을 극대화 할 수 있도록 통합의료정보시스템에 OCS(Order Communication System)시스템과 HIS(Hospital Information System)시스템을 연동하여 최적화된 맞춤형 모바일 헬스케어 진료환경을 설계하여 환자의 치료 및 진료를 신속하고 정확하게 수행할 수 있는 체계적인 의료시스템을 연구하였다.

Web based online real-time reliability integrated information system is asked rapidly for more efficiency and demand response in recent. As the utilization of renewable resources has been receiving considerable attention in recent years, the information system requirement is increased. Specially, the reliability information system is more important for implementing the smart grid. This paper describes architecture of the WORRIS(Web based Online Real-time Reliability Integrated Information System) Version 7.0 system that simulates the reliability indices in composite power system considering wind turbine generators(WTG) developed successfully in this paper. And we had simulated the case study using Jeju island power system data.

This paper presents a polishing expert system integrated with sensor information which can modify the polishing sequence and conditions initially determined by the system depending on the on-site polishing status. A practical system using AE sensor to detect the on-line polishing status is developed for the rotational polishing and the smoothly curved sur-face. Database and knowledge base for polishing processes are established by using the results of experiments and also expert's experience. Evaluations are performed for a die of headlight lamp by using both the sensor integrated expert sys-tem and the expert system without sensor. The test results show that the sensor integrated expert system provides more optimal polishing conditions since the proposed system takes advantage of on-line sensor information.
