In this paper some newly developed results based on the growth properties of relative order (relative lower order), relative type (relative lower type) and relative weak type of entire and meromorphic functions on the basis of integer translation applied upon them are investigated.

M. Brown [2] posed an open question on the class of free homeomorphisms as follows: if f is a free homeomorphism of two manifold and k is a positive integer then is $f^{k}$ free\ulcorner In this paper we show that the answer of the open question is true.

For a positive integer m, operator m-semi-stability and the strict operator m-semi-stability of probability measures on $R^{d}$ are defined. The operator m-semi-stability is a generalization of the definition of operator semi- stability with exponent Q. Translation of strictly operator m-semi-stable distribution is discussed.
