  • Chemical shift perturbation (CSP) is a simple NMR technique for studying binding of a protein to various ligands. CSP is the only technique that can directly provide both a value for the dissociation constant and a binding site from the same set of measurements. To accurately analyze the CSP data, the exact binding mode such as multiple binding, should be carefully considered. In this review, we analyzed systematically the CSP data with multiple modes. This analysis might provide insight into the mechanism on how proteins selectively recognize their target ligands to achieve the biological function.

  • In this work, it is shown that the combination of operational techniques and the use of the principle of quasi-monomiality can be a very useful tool for a more general insight into the theory of matrix polynomials and for their extension. We explore the formal properties of the operational rules to derive a number of properties of certain class of matrix polynomials and discuss the operational links with various known matrix polynomials.

  • Population-level learning has traditionally been used to provide an explanation for the underlying mechanism of industry change. But it has yet to examine the impact on strategic decisions such as market entry. This conceptual paper aims to provide an insight into how population-level learning affects entry likelihood by acting as a tool for interpreting population-level changes. We study this in the context of the fast-paced mobile gaming industry where population-level information is salient and develop a set of propositions with regard to the likelihood of entry.

  • The use of hot gas in melt atomization has been widely reported, but little detailed experimental data on its precise effects and no satisfactory theory to explain them have been published. In this paper the authors present experimental data on the atomization of metals with gas at temperatures from ambient to 1000C, a semi-empirical equation relating particle size to gas temperature and flow rate, and an analysis of the gas dynamics of the atomization process that allows some insight into the process.

  • This paper focuses on the Japannese policies on infrastructure investment. Generally such issue is considered with respect to the three points: the body who is in charge of the development, maintemance and ownership of a particular infrastructure: financial resources required for investment: and the amount of charge imposed on users. These points are closely related to each other, and are essential for the effective supply of infrastructure. Therefore, this paper reviews the case in Japan and get some insight for solving the problem faced by Korea.

  • Human being can be defined in several ways. These are biological, psychological, social and religious, ethical and philosophical aspects. The first two viewpoints refer to the intrapersonal aspects and the last two viewpoints deal with the interpersonal aspects. In every aspect, introspection is very much important to understand him or herself and other person. In this paper, the author summarized the instruction from the oriental old classic books. By doing this process, the author suggested three ways to introspect himself:1) We have to read the old classic books on Wisdom and follow the teachings in those books. 2) Self-analysis may be one way to introspect him or herself. It is to understand his emotional response by way of thinking(reasoning). By repeating this process, affect and thinking can achieve harmony and balance. 3) Training analysis may help to introspect oneself. Qualified analysts may be of help. In order to understand the psychological aspect of patients, the psychiatrists should get insight into his own mind. In this aspect, introspection is the single most important factor in achieving insight.

  • Human desires start from the factors that make up the basic living environment. The development model of the safety guidelines will start from a sense of departure from collective psychology and systemic environment, at the time of inducing threats to threats. The design and methodology of the safety guidelines should be drawn up repeatedly by the sequence of iterative models, and the design methodology should be designed in the chronological order of the public services through the methodology of service design methodology. Various and complex threats attempt to derive insights from the user's perspective and to derive insight into the development of the safety guidelines and the sophistication of the user experience, and to extract insights from the perspective of a user's perspective and supervision model. This derived insight can be implemented as a multi-dimensional service model derived from the same problem consciousness methodology.

  • Objectives : Anxiety is a symptom that many psychiatric patients experience. And in the traditional Korean medicine, anxiety is often categorized as a Gyeong Gye(驚悸) and Jung Choong(怔忡). In this case report, we will show the effective method in treatment of anxiety. Methods : First, We treated the patient with anxiety by the differential diagnosis of blood stasis(瘀血) that is summarized as stasis of blood, pollutant of blood and external blood of vessel. And we gave him Hyeolbuchukyeo-tang(血府逐瘀湯) whose effect is to eliminate blood stasis. And Second, we treated the patient with anxiety in the viewpoint of analytic psychology that claims anxiety has a meaning that makes patient be aware of the problem of himself. Results : The patient's symptom improved significantly. And this patient also can insight himself via the symptom of anxiety. It also help the patient improve. Conclusions : In the treatment of anxiety, the approach by the differential diagnosis of blood stasis(瘀血) can be helpful to improve patient's symptom. And treatment should include the insight of patent by the meaning of anxiety.
