By analyzing the adaptive capacity, market formation and policy direction as functional areas of Technological Innovation System (TIS), the article evaluates the progress of renewable energy transition in the Maldives, with the inclusion of ideas from Mauritius and Cabo Verde. On the policy direction in the Maldives, technology roadmaps produced with assistance from International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and Asian Development Bank (ADB) are evaluated. Although there are inducing factors such as the Solar Risk Management Initiative, the progress of energy transition is hindered by the lack of technical capacity and local value chain. The findings indicate the importance of facilitating and establishing industry and knowledge networks, incorporating innovation policies, greater involvement of the local private sector along with international investors, and taking water-energy nexus to achieve complementary targets. The study adds value to knowledge by offering a simplified TIS framework, with a current insight of the energy transition in Small Island Developing States with a focus on the Maldives.

본 연구는 국내 서비스산업의 기업체를 대상으로 고몰입 인적자원관리의 수준이 서비스성과에 미치는 효과와 조직의 내적인 혁신방향이 갖는 매개효과를 분석하였다. 구체적으로 내적인 혁신 방향은 기업의 인력과 서비스의 고부가가치화 방향과 비용절감 다운사이징 방향으로 구성되며, 인력과 서비스의 고부가가치화 방향은 긍정적인 매개효과를 가질 것으로, 비용절감 다운사이징 방향은 부정적인 매개효과를 가질 것으로 예측하였다. 분석을 위한 자료는 한국노동연구원(KLI)의 2013년도 사업체패널 조사자료(WPS)의 1,775개 업체 중 도소매, 운수, 전문과학서비스, 교육서비스, 보건사회복지서비스, 금융서비스, 기타(정보사회지원서비스 등)서비스로 분류되는 896개 사업체의 응답을 활용하였다. 가설검증을 위한 분석은 구조방정식 분석을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 고몰입 인적자원관리는 고부가가치화 혁신방향에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 비용절감 다운사이징에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고부가가치화 혁신방향은 서비스성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 비용절감 다운사이징은 서비스성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 고몰입 인적자원관리의 서비스성과에 대한 직접효과를 확인하지 못하였으나, 고부가가치화 혁신 방향의 긍정적인 매개효과와 비용절감 다운사이징 혁신 방향의 부정적인 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타나 두 변수가 고몰입 인적자원관리와 서비스성과의 관계에 대해 완전매개효과를 가지는 것을 확인하였다.

Millimeter-wave networking is composed of narrow beam link. it is very substantial that beam connecting point to point is fixed in right direction. It is major requirement in the beam network to keep the beam in best direction. In this paper, We propose the method to find a best suited direction of the antenna's beam using the Genetic Algorithm (GA) in point-to-point link. Proposed method presume that each station knows his direction ${\theta}_1$ , ${\theta}_2$ at every step of GA, then it can be expected that GA is possible to search the ideal solution. Intensity of the received signal is evaluated by the multiplication of lengths to the point which the lobe meets with the horizontal line.

본 연구는 1주기 전문대학혁신지원사업에 참여한 전문대학 중에서 주요 대학의 혁신 사업목표 및 프로그램의 주요 핵심어들을 분석하여 향후 혁신지원사업의 방향과 성관관리 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 2주기 혁신지원사업은 학령인구 급감과 사회변화에 대응하여 대학의 경쟁력을 추진하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 1주기 전문대학혁신지원사업 자율협약형 전문대학들 중 50개 대학의 사업목표 및 프로그램의 핵심어 및 연결성 등을 분석하여 워드클라우드로 제시하였다. 본 연구자는 본 연구결과에 기초하여, 각종 정부재정지원 사업 계획서를 분석하여 그들간의 중복성과 연계성 등에 대한 후속 연구를 진행할 계획이다.

In this age of convergence, a combinative nature of innovation is in need of revisiting. The innovation based on combination is named "combinative innovation" and defined operationally as the innovation that combines different modes of combinations. Five modes are characterized and the framework is applied to the case of CDMA mobile phone development of Samsung Electronics Company in the 1990s. The case study demonstrates the usefulness of the framework and the future direction of further elaboration of the framework.

Purposes: This study explored the difference analysis of financial performance and technological innovation according to the ESG management activities of healthcare companies based on the time before and after the mandatory ESG management reporting of listed Chinese healthcare companies in China. Methodology: This study collected ESG management activities, corporate financial performance, and technological innovation data of Chinese listed healthcare companies by using Bloomberg Database and China-listed company reports to collect data for analyzing differences between groups through T-test. Findings: ESG activities in the healthcare industry have a certain impact on corporate financial performance, but have no impact on corporate technological innovation. Like the world trend, the ESG activities and financial results of China's healthcare industry have shown a positive development direction in recent years, and ESG scores are rising. Practical Implication: Since 2018, ESG activities in China's healthcare industry have flourished, and ESG activities and financial performance have developed in a positive direction.

Six sigma has been the most influential management innovation program in a number of leading companies and its application has extended beyond manufacturing processes for the past 10 years. However, numerous difficulties arise during the six sigma application to the various industries. In this study, the current situation of the six sigma applied to Korean companies is showed, and the issues of six sigma application in Korean companies are found. At the end, the several counter plans to overcome them. are proposed.

As the direction of education in the fourth industry in the 21st century, convergence talent education that emphasizes the connection and convergence between core competency-based education and academia is emerging to foster creative talent. The purpose of this paper is to present the criteria for evaluating the competency of learning outcomes in order to develop a strategic model for innovation in engineering teaching-learning. In this paper, as a study to establish the direction of implementation of convergence talent education, a creative innovation teaching method support system was established to improve the quality of convergence talent education. Firstly, a plan to develop a teaching-learning model based on computing thinking. Secondly, it presented the development of a teaching-learning model based on linkage and convergence learning. Thirdly, we would like to present educational appropriateness and ease based on convergence learning in connection with curriculum improvement strategies based on computing thinking skills. Finally, we would like to present a strategic model development plan for innovation in engineering teaching-learning that applies the convergence talent education program.

환경결정론적 관점(Environmental determinism perspective)과 자원준거적 관점(resource-based perspective)은 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 서로 다른 인식을 하고 있다. 환경결정론적 관점은 외부환경이 기업성과에 중요한 영향을 미친다고 보는 반면, 자원준거적 관점은 환경의 불확실성을 극복하기 위해서는 적절한 의사결정을 통해 필요한 자원을 획득하는 것이 중요하다고 본다. 본 연구는 기업성과에 대한 외부환경의 영향이 중요하지만, 환경불확실성에 대처한 기업내부의 노력이 필요하다는 입장에서 기업의 외부환경이 기업성과에 미치는 과정에서 기업내부의 요인이 어떤 역할을 하는지 규명해 보았다. 본 연구는 외부환경인 시장성장률과 시장규모를 함께 고려한 시장환경 호의성이 매출성장률에 영향을 치는 과정에서 기업 내부역량인 최고경영자의 혁신지향성이 매개적인 역할을 하는지를 살펴보았다. 연구를 수행하기 위해 필요한 자료는 설문방법을 이용하여 수집하였다. 138개의 경인지역 중소 제조기업을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22 패키지를 이용하여 통계자료분석을 실시하였다. 분석한 결과에 따르면, 시장환경 호의성이 매출성장률에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 최고경영자의 혁신지향성이 시장환경 호의성과 매출성장률 간에 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과에서 시장환경에 따라 최고경영자가 혁신에 대해 관심과 의지를 가지고 혁신에 대한 비전을 제시하고 혁신활동을 제도화하면 혁신을 통해 경영성과가 높아진 다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다.
