컴퓨터 비젼을 이용한 파이프 형상 검사시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study about Pipe Shape Inspection System for Computer Vision)

  • In this paper, a computer-vision based pipe shape inspection algorithm is developed. The algorithm uses the modified Hough transformation and a line-scanning approach to identify the edge line and radius of the pipe image, from which the eccentricity and dimension of the pipe-end is calculated. Line and circle detection was performed using Laplace operator with input image, which are acquired from the front and side cameras. In order to minimize the memory usage and the processing time, a clustering method with the modified Hough transformation for line detection. The dimension of inner and outer radius of pipe is calculated by proposed line-scanning method. The method scans several lines along the X and Y axes, calculating the eccentricity of inner and outer circle. by which pipes with wrong end-shape can be classified removed.

  • The phase-lock technique is applied to a three-phase semi-bridge type battery charger system. Using an inner fast dynamic loop, the phase-locked voltage control (PLVC) technique of three-phase semi-bridge converter is proposed to give a frequency synchronism and to reduce the subharmonics due to the unbalance of transformer or power line. To protect the power devices, the two stage soft-start, function with softly locking the phase and softly increasing the current is presented. As limiting the reference voltage of the inner voltage control loop, muti-lock phenomena are removed on the PLVC loop. A current limit function is also proposed to limit the current of battery and converter. The proposed controller is confirmed through experiment results.

  • 본 논문에서는 MMORPG에서 나타나는 캐릭터의 특성을 아이러니 개념을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 캐릭터의 아이러니는 캐릭터와 캐릭터 간의 관계를 중심으로 나타나는 내적 아이러니와 캐릭터와 플레이어의 관계를 중심으로 한 외적 아이러니로 나뉘어 나타난다. 내적 아이러니는 캐릭터가 게임 세계 속에서 가지게 되는 영웅으로서의 정체성에 의해 나타나며 외적 아이러니는 죽음의 문제를 중심으로 형성되었다. MMORPG에서 나타나는 아이러니는 게임이 재현적 예술로서 인생의 총체적 모습을 구현하고 있음을 확인할 수 있도록 해 준다.

  • 여과포 표면상에 도달하는 입자의 농토를 낮추거나 균일하게 유지시킬 경우, 부착된 입자층 두께의 성장으로 인한 압력손실의 증가율을 줄일 수 있고 이로 인하여 탈진 주기 또한 감소시킬 수 있다. 탈진조작의 저감으로 인하여 여과포의 수명 증대로 여과포의 교체 시기를 연장시킬 수 있으므로 여과포 집진장치의 운전 및 유지 보수비의 저감을 이룰 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 집진용기의 중간부분에 위치한 접선 유입관을 통하여 오염입자를 함유한 기체유동을 유입시킨 후, 원심력과 난류확산에 의하여 집진용기 내벽과 내통(inner tube) 벽면에 부착된 입자는 중력에 의하여 용기 바닥으로 모인 후 바닥면에 설치된 스크래퍼(scraper)를 통하여 분리 처리될 수 있는 새로운 형상의 집진장치를 개발하고자 하였다.   • This paper describes the design of the ossicular replacement prosthesis for the people who have problem of hearing because of middle ear disease. Also the simulation results of the designed product for verification by finite element analysis software (ABAQUS) are presented. New model is applied to middle ear FE analysis which was generated in previous study. The full replacements of ossicular prosthesis for ossicles (malleus, incus and stapes) are made of Hydroxyapatite and Titanium. Although other existing prosthesis models consider only sound amplification effect, current type has damper system which is operating on the audible frequencies. High frequency sound transmitted to inner ear can be reduced and the prosthesis and inner ear can be prevented from damage.

  • This paper describes the PWM-VSI controller of three-phase UPS system using stationary reference frame. This controller meets the specification the UPS inverter output voltage even under the unbalanced or nonlinear load. This controller is also constructed with duble control loop of the outer voltage control loop and the inner current control loop. For the fast response of the output voltage control, yhr inner current control loop of the capacitor current os used. To get the good property against overshoot, the If controller us used. The outer voltage controller is designed with P controller and the high gain transfer function is used for the zero steady state error. All control gains of both controller is designed base on the CDM method.

  • Inverters are widely used in distributed power generation and other applications. However, their lack of inertia and variable impedance may cause system instability and power transfer inaccuracy. This paper proposes a control scheme for a single phase voltage-controlled inverter with some grid-friendly characteristics. The proposed control algorithm enables the inverter to function as a voltage source with an inner output impedance in both the islanded and grid-connected modes. Virtual inertia and rotor equations are embedded in the PLL part. Thus, the frequency stability can remain. The inner output impedance can be adjusted freely, which helps to accurately decouple and transmit the output active and reactive power. The proposed inverter operates like a traditional synchronous generator. Simulations and experiments are designed and carried out to verify the proposed control strategy.

  • Medical catheter tubes are disposable devices that are inserted into the body cavities such as the pleura, trachea, esophagus, stomach, urinary bladder, ureter, or blood vessels for surgical procedures. Each hole of the inner tube is called a lumen, which is used as a passage for drug injections, waste discharge, polypus removal, blood transport, or injection of a camera or sensor. The catheter tube is manufactured by extrusion. The flow in the inner extrusion die affects the thickness and diameter of the tube. In the current study computer simulation of flow in an extrusion die for catheter tubing was performed. Velocity, pressure, shear rate, and shear stress were investigated and the die design was examined.

Evaluation of Pumping Characteristics of High Strength Concrete using Continuous Pumping System

  • In the construction of tall-building, concrete pumping influences the success of the project. In order to establish pumping technology for high speed construction of tall building, study for quantitative evaluation of flow characteristics and pumpability should be conducted. So in this study, the characteristics including the inner pipe pressure, rheological properties of concrete and mortar through the continuous pumping test were evaluated. Then we analyzed the relations between rheological properties and pumpability. In the result of test, there are high correlations between the rheological characteristics which represented by yield stress and plastic viscosity and pressure loss with pipe length. Also, we estimated pressure loss according to conditions of concrete mix and pumping through the evaluation of inner pipe friction.
