Efficient video data storage and search techniques are essential for DVR-based security systems. We have designed appropriate data structures and search techniques for efficient image storage and search, in this study. The date and time can be saved and searched as a folder form. The overall system is designed for MPEG4 CODEC. It can handle variable sizes of frames (100bytes $^{\sim}$ 6Kbytes) produced by MPEG4 CODEC without errors. We also have developed image transmission techniques through inter-net networking.

We examine the weaknesses of the existing OOXML-based MS-Word file structure, and analyze how data concealment and forgery are performed in MS-Word digital documents. In case of forgery by including hidden information in MS-Word digital document, there is no difference in opening the file with the MS-Word Processor. However, the computer system may be malfunctioned by malware or shell code hidden in the digital document. If a malicious image file or ZIP file is hidden in the document by using the structural vulnerability of the MS-Word document, it may be infected by ransomware that encrypts the entire file on the disk even if the MS-Word file is normally executed. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze forgery and alteration of digital document through internal structure analysis of MS-Word file. In this paper, we designed and implemented a mechanism to detect this efficiently and automatic detection software, and presented a method to proactively respond to attacks such as ransomware exploiting MS-Word security vulnerabilities.

산업제어시스템(Industrial Control System, ICS)은 전력, 가스, 수도, 교통 등과 같은 국가기반시설 및 산업분야에서 원거리에 산재된 시스템을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 시스템이다. 초창기 제어시스템은 특정 용도에 맞게 독립적으로 운영하였다. 하지만 최근 시스템의 효율적인 유지관리 및 경쟁력 강화 등의 이유로 인터넷과 같은 다양한 통신 인터페이스를 활용한 시스템 운영의 연구가 진행되면서 외부적인 보안 위협에 대한 보안관리가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문은 산업제어시스템에 적용 가능한 구간 암호화 기술을 이더넷 통신 환경에서 분석하였다. 구간 암호화 기술 적용 전후의 통신 속도를 측정 및 비교하여, 실제 암호화 적용 시의 통신 성능을 예측 하고자 한다.

Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) coprocessors support massive scalar multiplications of a point. We research the design for multi-segment multipliers in fixed-size ECC coprocessors using the multi-segment Karatsuba algorithm on GF($2^m$). ECC coprocessors of the proposed multiplier is verified on the SoC-design verification kit which embeds ALTERA EXCALIBUR FPGAs. As a result of our experiment, the multi-segment Karatsuba multiplier, which has more efficient performance about twice times than the traditional multi-segment multiplier, can be implemented as adding few H/W resources. Therefore the multi-segment Karatsuba multiplier which satisfies performance for the cryptographic algorithm, is adequate for a low cost embedded system, and is implemented in the minimum area.

In this paper we will propose the methods for finding the non-invertible ideals corresponding to non-primitive quadratic forms and clarify the structures of class SEMIGROUPS of imaginary quadratic orders which were given by Zanardo and Zannier [8], and we will give a general algorithm for calculating power of ideals/classes via the Dirichlet composition of quadratic forms which is applicable to cryptography in the class semigroup of imaginary quadratic non-maximal order and revisit the cryptosystem of Kim and Moon [5] using a Zanardo and Zannier [8]'s quantity as their secret key, in order to analyze Jacobson [7]'s revised cryptosystem based on the class semigroup which is an alternative of Kim and Moon [5]'s.

일본은 한국과 역사적 문화적으로 많은 공통적 유사성을 띠고 있다. 그리고 한국과 일본은 경제발전의 여건이 유사하면서 사회보장제도의 차이가 있다. 따라서 세계 경제대국인 일본의 사회보장제도의 연구가 필요하다. 그 이유는 우리의 실정에 부합하는 일본 사회보장제도의 도입과 보완 그리고 일본 사회보장제도의 확충과 발전을 도모함에 있어 필요하다는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 일본의 사회보장제도를 역사적 관점에서 이론적 연구방법론에 입각하여 일본의 사회보장제도의 구조를 분석하며 그 성립과 발전의 과정을 경제적 사회적인 발전의 배경하에 개관하고 그 현황을 분석하고 검토하는데 그 목적이 있다. 나아가 오늘날 일본이 당면한 사회보장제도의 문제를 명확하게 인식하고 그 발전을 전망해 보는데 있다.

1998년 A. Young등은 공개키 기반구조(PKI)를 이용한 키 복구 시스템인 ARC를 제안하였다. 그리고 1999년 P.Paillier 등은 ARC를 개선하여 사용자의 증명서 저장공간이 필요 없는 SE-PKI 키 복구 시스템을 제안하였다. 또한 2001년 유희종 등은 Paillier가 제안한 SE-PKI 키 복구 시스템에 비밀분산 개념을 추가하여 다수의 키 위탁 기관이 참여하는 키 복구 시스템을 제안했다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 scheme을 추가하여 사용자의 비밀키를 사용자만이 인증기관의 도움을 받아 키 위탁 기관으로부터 온 라인 상에서 안전하게 복구할 수 있는 키 복구 시스템을 제안한다. 이 키 복구 시스템에서는 사용자가 비밀키를 자주 변경하는 경우 이전 암호문을 복호화하기 위해 필요한 비밀키 관리가 용이하다.

This study reviewed a broad range of existing reform options, and on the basis of this review proposed a number of initiatives for institutional reform in developing countries. This strategies were intended to help FAO staff to provide guidance to the developing countries for the reform of their agricultural and rural extension systems. The paper defines the distinction among extension as a function, agricultural extension as part of a larger knowledge triangle, and agricultural and rural extension as an expanded concept of knowledge and information systems. The focus is on new measures that promote food security, market-driven system, and highly competitive agribusiness enterprises. Moreover, this study focus on the tensions that exist between the modern force of globalization and the traditional forces of culture, geography, and community.

Recently, HD transmission was commonplace in the case of the terrestrial broadcasting, furthermore, 4k UHD broadcasts are also being pilot and such as HD contents are common even in smart-phones. Like this, through both the content and audience are in the situation to take advantage of the HD mobile TV, only QVGA video contents are being transmitted in the terrestrial DMB broadcasting. In this paper, introduction plan of HD DMB service for activation of DMB industry will be described in terms of technical, institutional, and policy to overcome the limitations of such as DMB broadcasting. Due to the introduction of HD DMB, high quality contents will be provided to audience and the advertising revenue DMB broadcasters increased so that the market share of DMB in mobile broadcasting be recovered.
