Secure Internet of Things Based Human Detection in Computer Vision

  • Billions of the objects around us are transformed to the IoT device by connecting them with the internet and control in that way of collecting and sharing data. Privacy is required to keep the data save from the security attacks in internet of things. Computer vision is used for monitoring the people. Computer vision algorithms, application and tools are primarily used in IOT for human movement's analysis. Traditional system and algorithms are unable to detect the human in a perfect manner. Use of the thermal camera is degraded the movements of human detection. In this paper we propose a new IoT system that is combined with the latest feature of computer vision to detect the position using computer vision. It is a useful technology that helps to keep an eye on your house and office. It will alert you if anybody enters your home or office and do any harm at your place. For that purpose, the credit card size Raspberry PI card will be used. Histogram of oriented gradient (HOG) algorithm is used to detect the person in the image.

  • The recent issue of distributed denial of service attack paralyze major government and financial institution in internet sites. They threatened to the cyber security. There hasn't been easy defense of now using attack. There seems to be increases in damage. In this paper, The recent continue to evolve of distributed denial of service attack. DNS target of distributed denial of service attack give specific examples. but, DNS target of DDoS attacks about defense is insufficient. The DNS Cyber-shelter system was created based on the Cyber-shelter system for DDoS attack in Kisa.. We proposal DNS Cyber-shelter system.

  • The wireless sensor networking standard DASH7 operates in low-power communication with a better transmission quality in active RFID networks. The DASH7 security standard supports public key cryptography. At present, the DASH7 standard uses the message authentication code in the network layer for authentication and integrity. However, its security standard is still in an incubation stage with respect to the implementation of a crypto exchange over a DASH7 network. Effective key management is an important factor for privacy and security. If organizations are not careful about where and how keys are stored, they leave the encrypted data vulnerable to theft. In this regard, we present a key management system designed for efficient key management through public key infrastructure authentication as well as a non-repudiation feature for the DASH7 standard. We analyze the performance of the proposed system on a basis of various performance criteria such as latency and throughput.

  • This paper described a security system using text-independent speaker recognition algorithm. Security system is based on PIC16F84 and sound card. Speaker recognition algorithm applied a k-means based model and weighted cepstrum for speech features. As the experimental results, recognition rate of the training data is 100%, non-training data is 99%. Also false rejection rate is 1%, false acceptance rate is 0% and verification mean error rate is 0.5% for registered 5 persons.

Per-transaction Shared Key Scheme to Improve Security on Smart Payment System

  • Several authentication methods have been developed to make use of tokens in the mobile networks and smart payment systems. Token used in smart payment system is genearated in place of Primary Account Number. The use of token in each payment transaction is advantageous because the token authentication prevents enemy from intercepting credit card number over the network. Existing token authentication methods work together with the cryptogram, which is computed using the shared key that is provisioned by the token service provider. Long lifetime and repeated use of shared key cause potential brawback related to its vulnerability against the brute-force attack. This paper proposes a per-transaction shared key mechanism, where the per-transaction key is agreed between the mobile device and token service provider for each smart payment transaction. From server viewpoint, per-transaction key list is easy to handle because the per-transaction key has short lifetime below a couple of seconds and the server does not need to maintain the state for the mobile device. We analyze the optimum size of the per-transaction shared key which satisfy the requirements for transaction latency and security strength for secure payment transactions.

  • As network security is coning up with significant problem after the major Internet sites were hacked nowadays, IDS(Intrusion Detection System) is considered as a next generation security solution for more reliable network and system security rather than firewall. In this paper, we propose the new IDS model which tan detect intrusion in different systems as well as which ran make real-time detection of intrusion in the expanded distributed environment in host level of drawback of existing IDS. We implement its prototype and verify its validity. We use pattern extraction agent so that we can extract automatically audit file needed in distributed intrusion detection even in other platforms.

  • As the number and type of software increases, those security vulnerabilities are also increasing. Various types of software may have multiple vulnerabilities and those vulnerabilities as they can cause irrecoverable significant damage must be detected and deleted quickly. Various studies have been carried out to detect the vulnerability of the current software, but it is slow, and prediction accuracy is low. Therefore, in this paper, we describe a method to efficiently predict software vulnerability by using neural network algorithm and compare prediction accuracy with conventional system using machine learning algorithm. As a result of the experiment, the prediction system proposed in this paper showed the highest prediction rate.

  • IC 카드의 하드웨어적인 제약으로 대부분의 IC 카드는 대칭키 알고리즘을 사용하고 있지만 IC 카드 하드웨어 제조 기술의 발전으로 앞으로는 보안성이 우수한 비대 칭키 알고리즘이 많이 사용될 것이다. 그리고 IC 카드의 가장 큰 제약적 중 하나는 메모리 용량의 한계이다. 따라서 보안상 안전하면서도 메모리를 적게 사용하는 IC 카드 운영체제의 구현을 중요한 문제이다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 다양한 종류의 키 알고리즘을 수용할 수 있는 키 파일 탐색 기법을 제안하였다. 또한 데이터 파일 헤더에 잠금 필드를 삽입하여 보안성을 향상시켰으며 메모리 사용량을 줄일 수 있도록 데이터 파일 헤더만을 이용한 파일 탐색 기법과 자유 공간 탐색 기법을 제안하였다. Because of the evolution of IC card hardware fabrication technologies IC card will be able to accept asymmetric key encryption algorithm in the future. One of the most restrictive points of IC card is memory capacity. Therefore it is an important problem to design a secure IC card operating system using memory in small. In this paper we proposed a key file search mechanism using a key length field inserted in a key file header structure. The key file search mechanism makes IC card execute any key-based encryption algorithm. In addition we proposed inserting a lock field in data file header structure. The lock field intensifies the security of a data file. Finally we proposed a data file search mechanism and free space search mechanism using only data file header. The file system using these mechanisms spends smaller memory than that using a file description table and record of unallocated space.

  • Barcodes have been widely used to implement automatic identification systems but there are various problems such as security weakness or distance restriction in scanning barcode signals in a barcode-based automatic identifcation systems. Recently researchers are gradually interested in radio frequency identification (RFID) and RFID systems have been applied to various fields than before. Especially one of RFID application fields, a bank system uses RFID tagged bankontes to prevent illegal transactions such as counterfeiting banknotes and money laundering. In this paper, we propose a RFID system for protecting location provacy of a banknote holder. In addition, our paper describes that a trust party can trace a counterfeit banknote holder to provide against emergencies.

  • In Network Environment, Kerberos certification mechanism to require Kerberos server in other area unconditionally belief. Also, Kerberos server in cooperation area must be share server of other area and secret key. To solve these two problems, this paper proposed safe security mechanism of doing to ably IETF CAT's PKINIT/PKCROSS a1gorithm with Public Key Infrastructure and use Directory System and service between realms do trust and prove each Kerberos trust center base. Also, Although Kerberos server of each area must be foreknowing each server's secret key and public key, Obtain through Trust center and acquire each area's public key and common symmetric key, Application server excluded process that must register key in Key Distribution Center.
