This paper examined whether strategic decision-making are related to its performance, using a empirical study. Variables of strategic decision-making process were procedural rationality, political behavior, and application of information technology, moderating variable was environmental unstability. The findings suggested that relations between strategic decision-making process and its performance was strongly correlated, but environmental unstability was not moderating for its performance.

Star clusters are superb astrophysical laboratories containing cospatial and coeval samples of stars with similar chemical composition. We initiate the Sejong Open cluster Survey (SOS) - a project dedicated to providing homogeneous photometry of a large number of open clusters in the SAAO Johnson-Cousins' UBV I system. To achieve our main goal, we pay much attention to the observation of standard stars in order to reproduce the SAAO standard system. Many of our targets are relatively small sparse clusters that escaped previous observations. As clusters are considered building blocks of the Galactic disk, their physical properties such as the initial mass function, the pattern of mass segregation, etc. give valuable information on the formation and evolution of the Galactic disk. The spatial distribution of young open clusters will be used to revise the local spiral arm structure of the Galaxy. In addition, the homogeneous data can also be used to test stellar evolutionary theory, especially concerning rare massive stars. In this paper we present the target selection criteria, the observational strategy for accurate photometry, and the adopted calibrations for data analysis such as color-color relations, zero-age main sequence relations, Sp - MV relations, Sp - $T_{eff}$ relations, Sp - color relations, and $T_{eff}$ - BC relations. Finally we provide some data analysis such as the determination of the reddening law, the membership selection criteria, and distance determination.

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of aggression in the relationship between parental conflict and peer relations among adolescents. Data from 482 middle school students of Seoul by self-reported questionnaires are analyzed for the study. The results of this study reveal that there are gender differences in aggression and peer relation of adolescents. For both male and female adolescents, parental conflict is positively related to aggression. Aggression is negatively associated with peer relations of adolescents. Parental conflict and peer relations of adolescents are negatively related. The results from regression analysis indicate that aggression mediates the relationship between parental conflict and peer relations for male and female adolescents. This results suggest the need to consider family experiences and emotional states for understanding of peer relationships in adolescents.

As a number of new college students is gradually decreasing, each college is trying to find various solutions for gathering many students and operating a school. In specialty, information such as entrance examination and matriculation status data is very important for a college to decide a direction of admission and public relations policy, and increase welfare of the school. Therefore, it is seriously needed for a school to introduce a matriculation management system that can do the effective analysis through various entrance examination and matriculation status data and decision factors of school. In this study, I developed a matriculation management system which can analyze information of applicants, successful candidates and registrants based on national framework data. It is expected that the developed system can provide appropriate and rational information for public relations policy and operation to a college.

The objective of this study is to find the factors influencing the use of mobile service. We extracted critical study variables according to literature reviews about adoption of information systems, those under the internet environment and mobile internet adoption for theoretical foundation. TAM suggested by Davis(1985) has explained the acceptance mechanism with the following constructs: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward use, behavioral intention and actual usage. After studying prior literature reviews, this study investigated the group of people using mobile services. The result of study claims that it has same results with previous TAM, especially between personal innovativeness and attitude toward use have strong statistical relations. On the other hand, there haven't been any statistical relations between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness and between perceived usefulness and behavioral intention, either. In conclusion, use of mobile service can be promoted by developing various kinds of mobile service, designing device and interface to use mobile service more convenience and familiar, stimulating user's innovative characters and recognizing mobile service more useful in real life.

This article examines the information transmission process between the KOSPI 200 futures market and its underlying stock market, using the 10-second quote and trade data. The VAR analysis reveals that quote revisions through limit orders in general lead trades through market orders. In addition, the VAR analysis shows that the futures market tends to lead the stock market in terms of quote revisions and trades, even though the other direction is also observable. Even when we focus on the events causing large movements in quote revisions and trades, those lead and lag relations between those markets and between quote revisions and order imbalances are confirmed.

The article is devoted to the study of the issue of liability for the dissemination of inaccurate information on the Internet. The article emphasizes that now the public opinion of socially active segments of the population is mainly formed on the basis of not critical but subjective ("consumer") analysis of the received information. The modern realities show that the main source of its origin is the Internet: electronic media and, above all, the relevant social networks. The problem of dissemination by the mass media of inaccurate information obtained via the Internet is solved; it is seen in bringing the laws of Ukraine, which regulate public relations regarding the dissemination of information, into compliance with the Civil Code of Ukraine. The issues of development and implementation of new legislative acts aimed at regulating the status of subjects of informational relations on the Internet and establishing the grounds for their liability are also investigated.

The present study explored the applicability of Visibility Graph Analysis (VGA) techniques to workplace design research. Six types of VGA measures in Depthmap encompassing visual connectivity, three types of visual integration, mean depth, and visual entropy were employed for the analysis of individual privacy for task concentration and group relationship behavior in the open-plan office environment. Data comprised 136 workers in 6 open-plan offices filled with low-paneled (1.2-1.5m) cubicle workspaces. For the statistical analysis, Spearman's rho correlations and t-tests were applied for the spatial and behavioral measures. The results showed that workspace VGA measures have a potential to be useful information to account for workers' concentration privacy and, limitedly, also informal relationships with team members. Visual entropy values especially offer reliable information to predict various aspects of office workers' privacy behavior while visual integration can be used to account for the workers' sense of trust in group relations. The study also discussed the limitation of VGA applications to the workplace context.

This study investigated the effect of PR communication of local government on the relationship between the local government and the public and the image of the local government, focusing on the official blog of Busan Metropolitan City, 'Cool Busan.' It also examined the mediating role of organization-public relations. As a result, 'interactivity' and 'interest' among the characteristics of social media information have a statistically significant effect on organization-public relationship and municipal image. And balance' was found to affect the image of local government. In addition, the mediating role of the organization-public relations subfactors has been proved in the influence of the local government social media information characteristics on the local government image.

The corporate restructuring following the economic crisis in Korea has brought about fundamental changes in the structure and practice of employment relations. However the lack of information on processes and consequences of such changes hinder the appropriate policy making on shop-floor industrial relations. Correct assessment of realities an effective policy making require information on human resource management practices and structure of employment relations at the workplace level. This paper critically examines the experiences of workplace-employee integrated surveys carried out in advanced countries including Australia, Canada, and Britain, to extract methodological implications for such survey in Korea. We focus on the backgrounds of the surveys and practical issues involved in multi-level, longitudinal survey design.
