Personal information leakage is very harmful as it can lead to additional attacks using leaked information as well as privacy invasion, and it is primarily caused by hacking server databases of institutions that collect and store personal information. We propose a scheme that allows a service-requesting user to authorize a secure delegated transfer of his personal information to the service provider via a reliable authority and enables only the two parties of the service to retrieve the provided information stored on a blockchain ensuring data confidentiality. It thus eliminates the necessity of storing customer information in the service provider's own database. As a result, the service provider can serve customers without requiring membership registration or storing personal information in the database, so that information leakage through the server database can be completely blocked. In addition, the scheme is free from the risk of information leakage and subsequent attacks through smartphones because it does not require a user's smartphone to store any authentication credential or personal information of its owner.

This study was conducted to investigate provider's behavior change after releasing the information on the Cesarean section rate. Claims data filed at the National Health Insurance Corporation was used for this analysis and the focus of this study was the change of cesarean rate after the public disclosure of information. Average rates of the year 1999 and 2000 were compared, on the institutional basis, and range and coefficient of variation were estimated. For the last decade, Cesarean section rate has been increased dramatically. Clinical or demographic factors could not adequately explain the increase. Instead, nonclinical factors, such as financial incentive, physician's convenience, practice characteristics, etc., were more significant in explaining the increasing rate. Providers' behavior was significantly affected by the public release of information: after the release, average rate was decreased by 10.2%, and variations were also decreased. In particular, the extent of decrease was explained mainly by nonclinical factor rather than clinical ones. The results suggest that disseminating practice information to providers and consumers could contribute to reducing unnecessary medical service.

The pervasively proliferated computing environment in recent is a cluster system. This system is used in high performance computing area as a Grid system. However, the important information of cluster system in Grid environment does not provided to other systems. In this paper the scheme to provide these information is proposed. The proposed scheme provides the information of cluster system in the Grid environment. Based on this scheme the utilization possibilities of Grid information services are increased.

In this study, divide by a private enterprise and army, 2 organizations about observed priority item among administrator, service provider, user viewpoint about the information security item for smartwork activation and in 3 steps hierarchic according to AHP technique analyzed and decided priority for information security observance item. As a result, importance difference could confirm identified by administrator, service provider, user viewpoint period of about information security observance item recognizing in a private enterprise and army.

지리정보시스템에서 사용되는 공간데이터의 특성은 양이 방대하고 구조가 복잡하여 데이터를 구축하는데 많은 비용과 노력이 요구된다. 또한 각 지리정보 응용시스템마다 특정한 포맷으로 데이터를 구축, 사용하는 실정 때문에 여러 가지 공간데이터 포맷이 존재하고 사용하는 방법이 다양하다. 그러므로 여러 포맷의 공간데이터를 이용하고자 하는 사용자는 해당 데이터 포맷들을 모두 알아야 하고, 포맷뿐만 아니라 사용자의 시스템이 공간데이터서버의 환경에 밀접하게 의존적이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 공간데이터 포맷의 공간데이터서버에 접근하기 위한 통일된 접근 방법과 사용자가 상대 공간데이터서버의 환경에 독립적으로 서비스를 받을 수 있는 모델을 제안하고 실제 시스템으로 구현하였다.

Increase in the wireless mobile network users brings the issue of mobility management into the Virtual Private Network (VPN) services. We propose a provider edge (PE)-based provider provisioned mobile VPN mechanism, which enables efficient communication between a mobile VPN user and one or more correspondents located in different VPN sites. The proposed mechanism not only reduces the IPSec tunnel overhead at the mobile user node to the minimum, but also enables the traffic to be delivered through optimized paths among the (mobile) VPN users without incurring significant extra IPSec tunnel overhead regardless of the user's locations. The proposed architecture and protocols are based on the BGP/MPLS VPN technology that is defined in RFC24547. A service provider platform entity named PPVPN Network Server (PNS) is defined in order to extend the BGP/MPLS VPN service to the mobile users. Compared to the user- and CE-based mobile VPN mechanisms, the proposed mechanism requires less overhead with respect to the IPSec tunnel management. The simulation results also show that it outperforms the existing mobile VPN mechanisms with respect to the handoff latency and/or the end-to-end packet delay.

Previous studies have studied short videos, short form content, snack culture and so on, but few studies have been conducted on the form of summary content that compressing and summarizing the original content. This study aims to contribute to the revitalization of the summary content market by exploring ways to enhance user satisfaction through analysis of the YouTube summary content features and the credibility of content providers that bring about flow and satisfaction of YouTube summary content users. The survey was conducted on 202 people who have watched YouTube summary contents for finding out the effects of YouTube summary contents features and content provider credibility on the details of flow. As a result, only entertainment had a significant impact on all flow details. This study is of academic significance in that it defines the features of YouTube summary contents, and has practical significance in that it suggests what direction the summary content should have in order to arouse user satisfaction in future.

This paper presents a design and implementation of Android-base Total Weather Information using XML(eXtensible Markup Language) techniques. Weather Information are changed using GPS location provider and XML parsing techniques according to the current location, This application alarms the weather information as the English voices when some alarm events appear regardless of the application access or finish. We design the user interface simple because the first impression is important in all applications.

Event driven service (EDS) is one of such services administrating different functions of multiple service providers according to the user situation. This paper first describes the service model of EDS, a User-centric Service for multiple service provider environments over the next generation networks. The multiple provider environments stimulates the unified identifier management, namely unified identification (U-ID), to enable users to be provided network services without awareness of multiple providers. Combining these two concepts, i.e., EDS and U-ID, the designed structure of EDS with U-ID and related procedures are given. Finally, the implementation results tested on Korea Advanced Research Network (KOREN) are described.
