Nowadays, the wide spectrum of changes have been occurred in library world. It is essential for librarians to improve their professionalization standards to convert these changes into the o n.0, pportunity of growth. The device of improvement of professionalization standards is following: 1. Librarians have to receive formal and informal education and learn to advance in knowledge and skill concerning library affairs continually. 2. Self learning has to be transform into learning organization. 3. Education of Librarianship concentrate mainly in practical and technical study by this time but it is indispensable to develop the theory and philosophy of librarianship.

우리나라 중등교육에서 크게 대두되는 사교육비 증가, 교육의 질 저하, 교실붕괴와 같은 문제를 보도한 신문기사와 이에 대해 연구한 논문들을 검토, 종합한 결과 문제는 평준화자체라기보다 평준화로 달라진 교육상황에 합당하게 교육방법을 바꾸지 않는데서 결과한 표면의 현상으로 분석되었다. 평준화로 인해 두드러지게 달라진 상황이란 평준화 이전에 비하여 학력수준이 천차만별인 학생들을 한 교실에서 가르치게 된 점이다. 본 연구는 수업방법을 정보처리학습모형과 같이 학생을 개별로 대응하도록 짜여졌으면서 사고력 창의성 함양에 도움이 되는 학습모형을 사용하여 집단적 강의식 교육방법을 탈피할 것을 촉구하고, 6 단계정보처리 학습모형에서 우리나라 학생들에게 어려움이 많은 정보조직 즉 종합(Synthesis)의 단계를 원리와 방법의 제시로 설파하여 교과담당교사나 사서교사들이 수업에서 참고하도록 하였다.

본 우리나라는 전 세계 IT 생산량의 7%를 차지하는 IT 강국이지만 정보교육을 소홀이 다루고 있어 핵심 원천기술과 SW를 개발할 인력이 부족한 형편이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 열악한 교육체제를 개선하고 정보교육을 활성화하기 위한 "정보교육진흥법"의 제정 방안을 제안하였다. 그리고 이 법에서 담아야할 내용으로 체계적이고 안정적인 정보교육의 활성화를 위한 국가와 지방자치단체의 "정보교육종합계획 수립"에 대한 책무, 정보교육의 활성화를 추진하기 위한 위원회 구성, 학교교육과 사회교육에서의 정보교육 활성화 방안, 정보활용능력인증제 도입 등에 대한 구체적인 방안을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 논문을 통해 도출되는 연구 결과는 침체되어 있는 우리나라의 정보교육을 활성화할 수 있는 "정보교육진흥법" 제정의 방향을 제시해 주는 지표가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

오늘날 대학도서관 이용교육은 체계적이고 적극적인 방법으로 실시되어야 하고 강화되어야 한다. 우리나라의 대학도서관 이용교육은 참고봉사의 일환으로 다양한 형태로 이루어진지도 어느덧 4반세기가 지나고 있으나 초보적인 상태를 면치 못하고 있다. 한편 미국에서는 대학도서관 이용교육이 시작된것은 1800년대로 거슬러 올라가 성숙기에 머무르고 있다. 미국의 대학도서관이 오늘날의 성숙된 이용교육 현장에 이르기까지의 발자취를 역사적으로 고찰하여 그 발전경향을 파악하였다. 미국 대학도서관 이용교육 발전과정을 다섯기로 구분한다. 제1기 태동기(1800년~1900년), 제2기 개발기(1901년~1940년), 제3기 침체기(1941년~1968년). 제4기 부흥기(1969년~1980년). 제5기 미래지향기(1981년~현재)로 구분하였다. 발전과정을 고찰하여 파악된 결과들은 우리나라 대학도서관 이용교육 프로그램을 개선하는데 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

최근 저자들은 수학교육에서 수학사의 적극적인 활용과 수학지도의 순서를 결정하는 문제에 관해 연구하였다 수학지도의 순서로는 역사적 순서, 이론적 체계, 강의적 체계 순서의 세 유형이 제안되었다. 강의적 체계 순서는 역사적 순서와 이론적 체계의 결합이며 그 결합은 본질적으로 교사 개개인의 교육적 가치관에 따른다. 본 논문에서는 구체적으로 각의 개념에 관해 수학지도의 순서에 대한 결정문제를 다룬다. 실제 각의 개념은 도형의 개념에 관계하여 정의되기 때문에 도형의 개념에 관한 수학지도 순서의 결정 문제도 함께 다루어진다. 먼저, 수학사를 통해 도형의 개념의 역사적 순서를 조사한다. 다음에 도형에 대한 이론적 체계를 수립한다. 이러한 기초적인 자료로부터 문제 해결의 관점에서 도형의 개념의 강의적 체계 순서를 제시한다. 끝으로 제시된 도형의 강의적 체계 순서에 따라 각의 개념에 대한 강의적 체계 순서를 노의한다. 또한 가우스$\cdot$보네 정리와 관련하여 각의 대역적 성질에 관해서 고찰한다.

Analysis of current state of construction industry functioning in Ukraine allows us to identify a number of problems having negative impact on sustainable development of construction industry, especially in terms of its organization. Therefore, it is absolutely essential to study existing methods of organization system supplying construction sites with necessary material resources. Companies can develop their own logistics departments, which independently solve logistics issues related to transportation organization and management, accounting and inventory management, acquisition and warehousing, intercommunication (ability to obtain both final and intermediate information during transporting materials). Using a complex of methods is substantiated: the hierarchy analysis method (Saati's method), the network method, the defect elimination algorithm DEA, the transportation problem that finds optimal problem solutions for construction sector with the purpose of rational supplying uninterrupted construction with building resources in the designed model "provider-transportation-costs".

이 연구에서는 학생들의 발성사고와 반구조화된 면담을 통하여 주장하는 글쓰기 과정에서 나타나는 글쓰기 과정 요소 및 글쓰기 전략을 조사하였다. 연구대상은 중학교 2학년 학생 18명이었다. 학생들은 글쓰기 과제에 제시된 정보들을 바탕으로 제시된 주장에 대한 찬성이나 반대 입장을 결정하도록 하였다. 발성사고와 면담의 전사본을 분석하여 글쓰기 과정에서 나타난 글쓰기 과정 요소와 글쓰기 전략을 분류하였고, 학생들이 작성한 글의 수준도 평가하였다. 주장하는 글쓰기의 과정 요소에 대한 분석 결과, 목표 설정, 개요 조직, 내용 평가 등의 요소에서 문제 해결 글쓰기와 다른 특징이 나타났다. 또한 주장하는 글쓰기에서는 '정보 조정'이 새롭게 발견되었다. 글쓰기 전략은 의사결정 유형(반성적/직관적)과 글쓰기 과정에서 개요 조직의 유무에 따라 네 가지(반성적 의사결정 및 개요 조직, 반성적 의사결정 및 개요 비조직, 직관적 의사결정 및 개요 조직, 직관적 의사결정 및 개요 비조직) 유형으로 분류하였다. 반성적 의사결정 및 개요조직 전략을 사용한 학생들은 주장과 논거의 관련성, 반대 입장에 대한 논박, 글의 구조 등의 측면에서 평가한 글쓰기 점수가 가장 높았다.

This study focuses on forces and correlation among such independent factors as the style of leadership, motivation and relationship in order to find out what kind of ingredients have an effect on the employees' organizational commitment in a venture company. It is likely that the organizational commitment of the employees in the organization in a venture company may be different from that of existing enterprises since they differ 100 percent in their nature. In an attempt to prove it, actual corroboration has been made. As a result, it turned out that transformational leadership had a great impact on the organizational commitment while transactional leadership did not; in the motivation factor, the more vision the employees envisage, the more organizational commitment they show followed by management goals and self-admiration; in the relational factor, more openness in the communication led the employees to devote themselves to their companies, which was valid in the range of 90% in the confidence index. This study reveals that there is not much difference between venture and general companies in the factors that affect employees' organizational commitment in the organization. Therefore, the Chief Executive Officer in the venture company should make a favorable environment with transformational leadership and obvious vision through free and open communication with colleagues so that his or her employees can devote themselves to the organization to which they belong, since venture companies are usually staffed by young workers with high education.

이제 e-러닝은 전 세계적으로 21세기형 교육 패러다임으로 부상하였고 단순히 정보통신매체 기반의 학습 개념을 뛰어 넘어서 국가 및 기업의 인적자원 개발을 통한 경쟁력 강화의 핵심 동력이 된 것이다. 현재 국내 초중고, 대학, 기업 등의 e-러닝 확산 속도가 급속도인 반면 정부 및 공공기관은 상대적으로 빠르지 못한 편이다. 이에 본 연구는 정부 및 공공기관의 e-러닝 도입 현황과 노동부의 도입 사례를 살펴보고 현재의 문제점과 실제적인 활성화를 위한 성공 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

The amount of incoming e-mails is increasing rapidly due to the wide usage of Internet. We often group e-mails into categories for maintaining e-mail efficiently. However reading the email messages and classifying them is still tedious task. Moreover, the number of e-mails and manual classifying is increasing everyday. So, automatic e-mail classification is important techniques. In this paper, we propose a multi-way e-mail classification method that uses PCA for automatic category generation and dynamic category hierarchy for re-organizing e-mail categories. It classifies a huge amount of receiving e-mail messages automatically, efficiently, and accurately.
