Human emotions are expressed in various ways. It can be expressed through language, facial expression and gestures. In particular, the facial expression contains many information about human emotion. These vague human emotion appear not in single emotion, but in combination of various emotion. This paper proposes a emotional expression algorithm using Active Appearance Model(AAM) and Fuzz k- Nearest Neighbor which give facial expression in similar with vague human emotion. Applying Mahalanobis distance on the center class, determine inclusion level between center class and each class. Also following inclusion level, appear intensity of emotion. Our emotion recognition system can recognize a complex emotion using Fuzzy k-NN classifier.

Emotion recognition plays an important role in the research area of human-computer interaction, and it allows a more natural and more human-like communication between humans and computer. Most of previous work on emotion recognition focused on extracting emotions from face, speech or EEG information separately. Therefore, a novel approach is presented in this paper, including face, speech and EEG, to recognize the human emotion. The individual matching scores obtained from face, speech, and EEG are combined using a weighted-summation operation, and the fused-score is utilized to classify the human emotion. In the experiment results, the proposed approach gives an improvement of more than 18.64% when compared to the most successful unimodal approach, and also provides better performance compared to approaches integrating two modalities each other. From these results, we confirmed that the proposed approach achieved a significant performance improvement and the proposed method was very effective.

The writer, looks at what the wounded emotion is and the factors of wounded emotion for housewives in korea. She then deals with the possibility of bibliotherapy as a way to cure the wounded emotion Finally, the writer looks into the plan of bibliotherapeutic program for the housewives with wounded emotion.
We, Human beings, use both powers of reason and emotion simultaneously, which surely help us to obtain flexible adaptability against the dynamic environment. We assert that this principle can be applied into the general system. That is, it would be possible to improve the adaptability by covering a digital oriented information processing system with an analog oriented emotion layer. In this paper. we proposed a vertical slicing model with an emotion layer in it. And we showed that the emotion-based control allows us to improve the adaptability of a system at least under some conditions.
Recent studies on emotion as memory, and effects of emotion on memory were reviewied. The main issues discussed were : memory of emotional events, relation between implicit memory and emotion, and the effect of emotion on autobigraphical memory. The theoretical possibility and implications that emotion is not stored as some lower level node information in semantic network but as some higher level and inclusive information were descussed.
In this paper, we propose a dynamic emotion system involving the state equation and the output equation from the control theory. In our emotion system, the state equation accepts external stimulus and generates emotions. And the output equation modifies the intensity of emotions in accordance with personalities and circumstances. The validity of the proposed emotion system is shown by two simulation works which express emotions according to personalities and circumstances.

Nowadays recommendation systems are so ubiquitous, where our many decisions are being done by the means of them. We can see recommendation systems in all areas of our daily life. Therefore the research of this sphere is still so active. So far many research papers were published for clothing recommendations as well. In this paper, we propose the clothing-recommendation system according to user emotion and weather information. We used social media to analyze users' 6 basic emotions according to Paul Eckman theory and match the colour of clothing. Moreover, getting weather information using visualcrossing.com API to predict the kind of clothing. For sentiment analysis, we used Emotion Lexicon that was created by using Mechanical Turk. And matching the emotion and colour was done by applying Hayashi's Quantification Method III.

Emotion recognition is an essential component of complete interaction between human and machine. The issues related to emotion recognition are a result of the different types of emotions expressed in several forms such as visual, sound, and physiological signal. Recent advancements in the field show that combined modalities, such as visual, voice and electroencephalography signals, lead to better result compared to the use of single modalities separately. Previous studies have explored the use of multiple modalities for accurate predictions of emotion; however the number of studies regarding real-time implementation is limited because of the difficulty in simultaneously implementing multiple modalities of emotion recognition. In this study, we proposed an emotion recognition system for real-time emotion recognition implementation. Our model was built with a multithreading block that enables the implementation of each modality using separate threads for continuous synchronization. First, we separately achieved emotion recognition for each modality before enabling the use of the multithreaded system. To verify the correctness of the results, we compared the performance accuracy of unimodal and multimodal emotion recognitions in real-time. The experimental results showed real-time user emotion recognition of the proposed model. In addition, the effectiveness of the multimodalities for emotion recognition was observed. Our multimodal model was able to obtain an accuracy of 80.1% as compared to the unimodality, which obtained accuracies of 70.9, 54.3, and 63.1%.

Purpose : This study was carried out to find out the relationship between emotion intelligence, learning flow and career stress of nursing students and influence factors for career stress. Methods : This study targeted 197 university students in their freshman-senior year attending College of Nursing located in P Metropolitan City. For collected data, real numbers and percentage, mean and standard deviation and multiple regression analysis were carried out by using PASW 21.0 program and the correlation between emotion intelligence, learning flow and career stress was analyzed with Pearson's correlation coefficients. Results : Emotional self-awareness(M=3.80, SD =.71), clear goals(M=3.39, SD=.90) and school environment stress(M=2.97, SD=.96) were found to be high in the degree of emotion intelligence, learning flow and career stress of the subjects. The relationship between emotion intelligence and learning flow showed a positive correlation(r=.489, p<.01) in the correlation between emotion intelligence, learning flow, career stress and emotion intelligence showed a negative correlation with career stress(r=-.204, p<.01). Emotion intelligence and learning flow show that career stress is predicted significantly (${\beta}$ =-.15, p < .01) and explained a career stress variate as 18%(F = 24.5, p < .01). Conclusion : Emotion intelligence of nursing students was found to be very influential on the degree of learning flow or career stress. Based on the results of this study, replication studies on emotion intelligence and career stress are needed and the development of intervention programs to increase emotion intelligence is needed.

In this paper, we propose a document clustering and retrieval tool which allows users to manage their emotion based document access. This system name is ECRAS(Emotion based Clustering and Retrieval Agent System). Our system extract S emotion feature which like HAPPY, SAD, ANGRY, FEAR, DISGUST from various document. And, our system have retrieve documents for user query base on emotion feature.
