The purpose of this study was to investigate causal relation and the influence of socially reponsible atitude and behavior of consumer. In an analysis of causal effect on the socially responsible attitude and behavior of consumer, the most influential variables on the socially responsible behavior of consumer was the socially responsible attitude. And house pattern, altruism, liberalism, dogmatism, perceived consumer effectiveness, environmental concern, faith on the consumer regulation policy, and neutral information had effect on the socially responsible behavior of consumer directly and indirectly.

In the near future information technology will make more extensive applications to agricultural marketing system through e-commerce system. This paper is to investigate the current trends of e-commerce in agricultural marketing and suggest strategies for increasing agricultural product sales at the farm level as follows ; 1) price and quality control for attracting customers 2) increasing brand power for marketing promotion, and 3) devising more convenient website for internet users.

This research explores the consumer perspective on several questions relating to product liability. The purpose of this study was (1) to assess consumers' attitudes level toward product liability, and (2) to identify respondents' socio-economic and consumer related variables that influence attitudes toward product liability. Data were collected from questionaires with 319 adults who were residents of Seoul. This paper presents the results of general agreement(2.59-3.58 by 4 point likert) concerning important issues related product liability. The attitudes toward product liability were significant partly according to education level, job, monthly family income, consumer education experience, the experience of reading journals, consumer information contact frequency and product safety orientation.

The purpose of this study was to provide the basic information about the elderly women's lower body type and anthropometric data by direct and indirect measurements, and to provide well fitting skirt patterns of each body types. Direct and indirect measurements were taken from 202 women, whose ages were between 60 and 79. Using statistical analysis, the lower body shapes of elderly women were classified into four following categories - \circled1 thin type, \circled2 typical type, \circled3 corpulence type and \circled4 corpulence but forward inclining type. Methods of modifying basic skirt patterns for each body types were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to identify the situation and problems of leisure policy in Korea and introduce the leisure policy of other countries-particularly, France, America and Japan. Furthermore, this study will propose several ideas to improve Korean leisure policy. These ideas include the foundation of leisure act, the arrangement of the leisure administrative organization, the foundation of a leisure research institute, increasing leisure time, the extention of leisure space, supplying of leisure programs, supporting to and regulating leisure industries, providing leisure education and information to the public, and training leisure epecialists.

Transmission mechanisms of volatility between two crude oil markets (WTI and Brent markets) have drawn the attention of numerous academics and practitioners because they both play crucial roles in portfolio and risk management in crude oil markets. In this context, we examined the volatility linkages between two representative crude oil markets using a VECM and an asymmetric bivariate GARCH model. First, looking at the return transmission through the VECM test, we found a long-run equilibrium and bidirectional relationship between two crude oil markets. However, the estimation results of the GARCH-BEKK model suggest that there is unidirectional volatility spillover from the WTI market to the Brent market, implying that the WTI market tends to exert influence over the Brent market and not vice versa. Regarding asymmetric volatility transmission, we also found that bad news volatility in the WTI market increases the volatility of the Brent market. Thus, WTI information is transmitted into the Brent market, indicating that the prices of the WTI market seem to lead the prices of the Brent market.

This study examines whether the adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) has increased financial statement comparability among firms and reduced undervaluation of Korean firms in the capital market by enhancing financial statement comparability. The so-called Korea Discount, which indicates an inefficient allocation of capital, has been attributed to lack of transparency and comparability of accounting information. Therefore, an efficient distribution of capital in the market was intended when IFRS was first adopted in Korea, but such progress is based on a premise of enhancement in Korean firms' accounting information comparability. This study conducts empirical analysis by using a comparability measure by De Franco et al. (2011). More specifically, it analyzes differences among comparability of domestic firms following IFRS adoption, with firms in the EU, which adopted IFRS in 2005, and with firms in the U.S., China and Japan that do not follow IFRS. The analysis of changes in domestic firms' comparability finds that their comparability improved following IFRS adoption. Meanwhile, the examination of cross-national differences in comparability demonstrates that, although there has been no significant change in comparability with firms in the U.S. and the EU across Korean industry since IFRS adoption, comparability with China has decreased while that with Japan improved.

This paper aims to examine the application of cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis by public universities in Vietnam. In the context where Vietnam is gradually transferring financial autonomy to public universities, the conduct of a CVP analysis in relation to these public universities is particularly urgent. Research samples were collected in 2018 and 2019 by surveying Vietnamese public universities. After collection, the data is synthesized by excel file, conformity check, data cleansing and data analysis on SPSS software by tools such as Frequency statistics, price statistics, and means. The results show that: (1) universities used the CVP analysis in decision-making, (2) information related to the CVP analysis used for decision-making by administrators remained simplistic and lacked cost-control details, and (3) the application of the CVP analysis by university administrators for decision-making was neither comprehensive nor coordinated. The findings also show that, given the current conditions in Vietnam, increasing the governance in public universities is essential, as is contributing to reducing costs, increasing universities'income, providing the best service to students, and improving the quality of training. The study calls for the flexible application of the CVP analysis, which will provide information to help managers at Vietnamese public universities make the best decisions.

본 연구는 국제원자력기구(International Atomic Energy Agency: IAEA)의 원자로정보시스템(Power Reactor Information System: PRIS)에서 제공하는 원자로 운전실적지표를 이용하여 원전의 안전성에 미치는 기술적 비기술적 요인의 역할을 분석한다. 이를 위해 안전성의 척도로 원전의 고장정지에 따른 발전손실률 (FLR: forced loss rate)을 사용했다. 1970년부터 2015년까지 전 세계에서 운영된 모든 원전으로 구성된 패널자료를 통해 분석한 결과, 기존 연구와 마찬가지로 원전의 전반적인 기술수준과 정비기술수준이 향상될수록 FLR이 하락하는 사실을 확인했다. 하지만 1986년 체르노빌 원전 사고 이후 기술적 요인이 통제된 FLR은 유의적으로 상승했다. 이는 원자력발전사업자가 체르노빌 사고 이후 원자력안전을 위해 보다 많은 기회비용을 지불하고 있다고 해석된다.
