  • The purpose of this study is twofold. First, this paper argues that a theoretical lens that can connect three crucial concepts is often missing when it comes to assessing the success or failure of corporate reputation in terms of corporate environmental responsibility. These three concepts include the legitimacy of environmental disclosure information, stakeholder interest in corporate environmental responsibility, and the relationship between corporate environmental practices and disclosure. The second purpose is to investigate the roles of transparency and systemic thinking in corporate environmental responsibility and disclosure that could help to connect the information from environmental disclosure to internal information in firms, thereby minimizing conflicting accountabilities and increasing stakeholder engagement in environmental disclosure. Rather than conducting an empirical study, the author has followed a theoretical examination of legitimacy, stakeholder, and stewardship theories. This study, thus, suggests the retention of many theories (e.g. legitimacy, stakeholder, and stewardship) to study and explain the relationship of corporate environmental practices, environmental disclosure, and corporate reputation.

  • Supply chain coordination plays a critical role in improving the enterprise performance and the competitive advantage of fresh e-commerce. This study explores the coordination problem of a two-echelon fresh produce e-commerce supply chain comprising a fresh e-commerce enterprise and a fresh supplier in a novel framework. In this framework, the fresh e-commerce sells fresh produce and provides promotion effort; meanwhile, the fresh supplier deliveries fresh produce and provides freshness-keeping effort. Specifically, the optimal decisions under centralized and decentralized decision-making are compared, and it is found that centralized decision-making is more profitable. Based on this work, we created a cost-sharing and revenue-sharing combination contract. This study demonstrates that this contract effectively coordinates the supply chain and makes both parties achieve Pareto optimization when the parameters meet certain conditions. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the contract are presented through a numerical example.

This study was conducted through a para-social relationship and attractiveness theory framework. Consequently, social and task attraction were assumed to be the antecedents of the para-social relationship that induced purchase intention. This study examined the impact of relationship rewards, self-disclosure, affective interactivity, informative interactivity, and the amount of information provided on purchase intentions through LSB. Celebrities can use the results of this study to enhance their appeal to fans and promote customers' purchase on e-commerce. • The purpose of this study was to explore differences in social information processing according to children's sex and types of aggression in response to instrumental and relational provocation factors. Two hundred and fifty-one 4, 5, and 6 graders were selected from an elementary school in Seoul. To evaluate their social information processing, the Intent Attributions and Feelings of Distress(Crick, 1995; Fitzgerald & Asher, 1987) and Response Decision Instrument(Crick & Werner, 1998) were revised and analyzed. A peer-nomination measure(Crick, 1995; Crick & Grotpeter, 1995) was used to select aggressive groups. Data were subjected to descriptive statistical analysis and multivariate [2(sex: M, F)${\times}$3(type of aggression: overt, relational, overt and relational aggression)] analysis of variance. Findings revealed that children's social information processing patterns were different according to sex and type of aggression. Also aggressive children responded differently in their social information processing according to instrumental and relational provocation factors. Implications of these findings for the role of gender, aggression type, and provocation type are discussed in order to better understanding of children's social information processing.
