Recently, the boundaries between people who produce and consume digital contents disappears due to the massive developments in information and communications technology (ICT) and the rapidly increasing spread of smartphones unlike in the traditional mass media (e.g., newspapers, radios, and TVs). Through the open service platform, the problem perception for each individual remains the same, but the problem solving methods varies as the service types have been diversified. The creation of added value through the growth of the new media platform industry is expected to enrich our lives, but it can also cause severe social side effects. For example, communication problems between social classes due to the information gap have led to generational conflict, and if such problems persist, it can cause national and social losses. Therefore, this paper analyzes the policy efforts to resolve the information gap and the necessity of the legalization of multimedia literary education to maximize the synergy effect through psychological model.

인터넷은 우리 경제를 디지털 경제로 변화시키며 전자상거래도 증가하고 있다. 따라서 구매자가 전자상거래에서 남기는 긍정적인, 부정적인 상품평은 상품기획의 주요 정보가 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 버티컬 무소음 마우스 10,000개에 대한 정형화된 데이터셋을 Word2Vec을 이용하여 유사도 분석, 온라인 상품평 빈도분석 상위 50개 단어를 제시하여 실제 상품을 사용한 후 설문조사 시행을 하였다. 온라인 상품평 유사도 분석결과 클릭 키워드에 대한 장점으로 통증(.986), 디자인(.982)가 분석되었으며 단점은 적응(.866), 불편(.854)이었다. 오프라인 상품평에서는 장점으로 디자인(17명), 단점으로 불편(11명)이었다. 또한 온라인과 오프라인의 상품평을 비교함으로써 구매자의 긍정, 부정의 의미를 교차 확인하여 유의미한 정보를 제시 하였다고 볼수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시하는 상품기획 프로세스를 신상품 개발 및 기존 상품의 개선 전략으로 적용할 수 있겠다.

For the bridges managed by the municipalities, there is a need for a maintenance management system for the municipal governments for the scientific and systematic maintenance standard and the scientificization of the budget acquisition and execution through the quantified data base. The purpose of this study is to develop a system for efficient management of small bridgies maintained by the municipality and use ICT convergence technology such as BIM / GIS technology. The details of the system development include the development of the small bridgies maintenance program for mobile devices, the development of the small bridgies maintenance database, the development of the small bridgies integration maintenance management, and the reliability of the program system developed by checking the construction and operation contents of the small bridgies test-bed. The developed program system is linked to the development of smart name plate and reader module of non - power system.

This Study suggests security directions to reconstruct separate network of Smart Grid and information communication network as one communications system and implement Smart Grid integrated information communication network. In addition, it suggests prevention directions to prevent future cyber attacks by reorganizing network as the key three-stage network and separating TCP/IP four layers that consist of existing information communication network from Smart Grid. Moreover, it suggests the foundation for the study and the test by providing current problems of Smart Grid, weak points, and three security models. This study is meaningful to suggest development directions and situations as a technology of future-oriented electric industries, integrate attacks and preventions of TCP/IP Layers with Smart Grid, and seek for a new technology of Smart Grid and future tasks for Smart Grid information security.

Security services that support electric energy service gateway require relatively high reliability. In particular, the application services that accompany communications and data are run organically. Each of the security services should support a secure service platform that supports a secure, scalable life cycle for existing services which should be extends security layer of Universal Middleware such as OSGi platform. In this convergence platform, it is the study of security transfer modular services that allow independent life cycle management of systems through Universal middleware. First, It is modular in terms of energy consumption service and data, enabling real-time operation, communications, remote management and applications. Second, the life cycle of the secure module to support the life cycle of secure, delete, start and updating of the security module by applying the security policy module layer concept. It is modular in terms of power generation and accountability, enabling us to distinguish between reliability and accountability in a large volume of data models in the smart grid, the service was intended to be standardized and applied to the security service platform.

In order to provide high data rate and real time services under maritime environment, link-level performance of ship ad-hoc network (SANET) based on 3GPP LTE and IEEE 802.11p (WAVE) specifications are investigated and discussed in this paper. The measured maritime channel, whose delay spread is longer than the length of guard interval (GI) of both 3GPP LTE and IEEE 802.11p specifications, is adopted for the link-level simulations. For the purpose of eliminating inter-symbol interference (ISI) due to insufficient GI length, double antenna pattern (DAP) scheme and advanced time-domain decision-feedback equalizer (DFE) are proposed for LTE and WAVE systems, respectively. The proposed DFE removes the ISI in a same manner as the residual inter-symbol interference cancellation (RISIC) algorithm, but the inter-carrier interference (ICI) is reduced via cyclicity removal instead of cyclicity restoration used in the RISIC algorithm. Compared with existing schemes, our proposed DFE is a robust technique to overcome the severe ISI channel which has a comparatively large delay spread. Based on simulation results, not only comparisons between systems are discussed, but also some reformative suggestions are given.

This study aims to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of Korean and English closed captions for Netflix's "Squid Game" and to present implications based on the findings. To achieve this, the closed captioning guidelines of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission, DCMP, and the Korea Communications Commission were identified and analyzed. The analysis of the subtitle of the entire "Squid Game" series reveals that, while Korean closed captions accurately present slangs and titles, they present non-existent information in speaker identification. In English closed captions, speaker identification guidelines are well followed, but omissions of slangs and title mistranslations are observed. In terms of completeness, both Korean and English closed captions are found to omit certain audio parts. To address these issues, the study suggests strengthening the QA process, establishing a system to communicate original text problems during translation, and utilizing general English subtitles.

The safety-related accident in which the field operators of all sorts of industrial sites don't fasten the seat belt properly and which it generates is the tendency that it increases constantly every year. By sounding the announcement sound in case the operator did not fasten the seat belt and the person seat belt monitoring system proposed in this paper progressed the work the operator fastened the seat belt properly. In addition, at the same time with that, since the administrator monitored the seat belt wearing or no of the operators on a real time basis the safety-related accident which did not wear the safety equipment properly and which it generates was prevented.

We propose a sub-band spreading technique for adaptive modulation (AM) in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems in order to reduce signaling overheads and to average frequency selective fading channels causing different signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) values for subcarriers in each subband. The conventional sub-band based AM schemes can also reduce signaling overheads and complexity for allocating a resource per sub-band at a time. However, they may suffer from the channel variation in a sub-band when the sub-band size is larger than the channel coherence bandwidth (BW). The sub-band spreading at the transmitter enables the received symbols in each sub-band to have an identical reliability even in a frequency selective fading channel. We rigorously analyze the averaged SNR value at the receiver of the sub-band spreading system and the analyzed average SNR in a sub-band is used for an adaptation criterion. The proposed AM scheme outperforms the conventional sub-band based OFDM scheme without spreading, and it can yield better throughput performance than the conventional subcarrier based AM schemes when we consider the signaling overheads.

IPTV services, as the convergence service of communication and broadcasting, are regarded as the essential information communication media in the New Economy era by providing the consumers with various services through the collaboration among communications, broadcasting and many of other media service providers. The research starts with recognition that, in the new media era, where communication and broadcasting are converging, there are endless demands for new services and various contents, which are driving forces behind the business model of IPTV. In other words, the research expected that customer satisfaction and purchase intention would be different according to the service quality(contents). It was expected that the difference of the perceived service quality(contents) could cause the difference of the process of adopting new technologies. The study on how consumers are satisfied with services provided, and which factors of the service quality have a more significant effect on consumer satisfaction will provide very valuable information for forecasting future trends in the IPTV market. The research tried to investigate factors which influence on consumer satisfaction and loyalty through an empirical survey with real users of IPTV services. Based on the results, the research suggested effective ways of diffusing IPTV.
