Information security breach is a major risk in e-learning. This study presents the potential information security disruptions in Learning Management Systems (LMS) from the perspective of users. We use the Technology Acceptance Model approach as a user perception model of information security, and the results of a questionnaire comprising 44 questions for instructors and students across Indonesia to verify the model. The results of the data analysis and model testing reveals that lecturers and students perceive the level of information security in the LMS differently. In general, the information security aspects of LMSs affect the perceptions of trust of student users, whereas such a correlation is not found among lecturers. In addition, lecturers perceive information security aspect on Moodle is and Google Classroom differently. Based on this finding, we recommend that institutions make more intense efforts to increase awareness of information security and to run different information security programs.

최근 조직 구성원의 보안행동은 기업 차원의 정보보안에 중요한 부분으로 인식되고 있다. 정보유출 및 정보보안에 대한 연구는 보안 위협에 대한 개인행동이나 보안 기술을 사용하는 조직 구성원을 대상으로 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 조직구성원들이 정보보안 활동을 촉진할 수 있는 효과적이고 효율적인 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 계획된 행동이론과 보호동기이론의 통합을 중심으로 주요 변수들을 적용한 연구모형을 제시하였다. 본 연구모형을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 기업에서 보안 경험이 있는 조직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 조직구성원들이 정보보안 행동에 대해 긍정적인 구전을 유도하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 통해 기업에서는 조직구성원들이 정보보안 사고에 대해서 내 외부에서 발생 가능한 보안위험을 예방 및 대응하고 관리하기 위해 다양한 보안 솔루션 도입해야하며, 정보시스템에 대한 취약점 점검과 보인 패치 등의 보안 사항을 만족시키기 위한 행동을 실시해야 할 것이다.

인터넷전화의 활성화와 더불어 SIP 프로토콜의 사용이 증가하고 있다. 최근 DDoS 공격이 주요위협으로 이슈가 되고 있으며, 향후 SIP관련 서비스 대상 서비스 거부 공격 위협도 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 SIP 프로토콜의 특성을 이용한 SIP서비스 거부 공격들의 유형을 살펴보고, SIP 프로토콜의 특성을 이용한 서비스거부 공격 탐지를 위한 고려사항을 바탕으로 분석시스템 아키텍처를 제안한다. SIP서비스 거부공격의 유형은 분류 기준에 따라 다양할 수 있으나, 본 논문에서는 SIP 프로토콜의 특성을 이용한 공격 기법을 대상으로 한다. SIP서비스 거부 공격 트래픽 분석을 위해 정보수집, 정보분석, 정보관리 기능을 고려한다.

본 연구는 미래 정보전에 대비하기 위한 대책의 일환으로 전군적 차원에서 체계적인 정보보호 업무 수행체계를 수립하기 위한 방안을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 미국, 일본 등 선진국들은 미래 정보전에 대처할 수 있는 새로운 안보전략을 수립하다. 그러나 한국군은 비록 정보화 사업을 꾸준히 추진하여 왔으나 정보전 위협에 대한 대비는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 이러한 취약점에 대비하고자 국방정보체계 분야 전문가에 의한 그룹의사결정기법을 활용하여 국방정보 보호 업무 관리 구조 방안을 도출하여 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 업무수행 구조에 따라 정보보호업무 구조를 정립하고 수행한다면 보다 완벽한 정보보호 대책을 마련할 수 있을 것이다.

조직의 정보보안을 강화하기 위해서는 정보보안설비에 대한 투자도 중요하지만 조직구성원들의 정보보안인식 역시 매우 중요하다. 이러한 정보보안인식을 높이기 위해서는 효과적인 교육이 필요하다. 하지만 대부분의 조직에서 활용하는 집체교육방식은 그다지 효과적이지 못하다. 기능성 게임을 이용한 교육 방식은 이에 대해 좋은 대안이 될 수 있다. 기능성 게임을 이용한 교육 방식은 이미 다양한 사례 및 연구를 통해 효과성이 입증되었고 많은 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개별 정보보안정책 중요도에 대한 조직원들의 인식을 향상시키기 위하여 게임 프로그램을 설계 및 구현하였다. 조직원들을 대상으로 교육을 수행하였으며 교육 전 후 평가 데이터 분석을 통해 개별 정보보안정책 중요도에 대한 인식 변화 여부를 조사하였다.

조직 내의 정보보호에 대한 이슈는 최근에 와서야 조직의 리스크로 인지되기 시작하였다. 정보보호 사고로 인하여 정보보호책임자 뿐만 아니라 대표, 임원 및 개인정보책임자까지 사임하거나, 기업에 커다란 금전적 피해와 회복하기 어려운 대고객 신뢰 등에 막대한 악영향을 초래하였다. 특히 개인정보 유출사고가 조직내 미치는 영향이 기업의 생존 문제로까지 인식되고 있는 이때에, 조직의 정보보호 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 여러 가지 방안 중 정보보호 담당자의 역할과 업무수행이 어느 때보다 크게 부각되고 있으며, 이들 정보보호 담당자가 조직의 정보보호 수준에 얼마나 영향을 끼치는지 본 연구를 통하여 파악코자 한다. 본 연구에서는 기업내 정보보호 담당자들을 대상으로 조직 내 정보보호 담당자의 보안전담 업무수행 비중과 조직의 정보보호 수준 등 현상을 파악하고 이들 간의 상관관계를 분석하여 영향도를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 기업내 정보보호 담당자의 보안업무비중을 전담 또는 크게 비중을 높임으로써 조직의 정보보호 수준을 향상시키고자 한다.

Lack of knowledge and digital skills is a threat to the information security of the state and society, so the formation and development of organizational culture of information security is extremely important to manage this threat. The purpose of the article is to assess the state of information security of the state and society. The research methodology is based on a quantitative statistical analysis of the information security culture according to the EU-27 2019. The theoretical basis of the study is the theory of defense motivation (PMT), which involves predicting the individual negative consequences of certain events and the desire to minimize them, which determines the motive for protection. The results show the passive behavior of EU citizens in ensuring information security, which is confirmed by the low level of participation in trainings for the development of digital skills and mastery of basic or above basic overall digital skills 56% of the EU population with a deviation of 16%. High risks to information security in the context of damage to information assets, including software and databases, have been identified. Passive behavior of the population also involves the use of standard identification procedures when using the Internet (login, password, SMS). At the same time, 69% of EU citizens are aware of methods of tracking Internet activity and access control capabilities (denial of permission to use personal data, access to geographical location, profile or content on social networking sites or shared online storage, site security checks). Phishing and illegal acquisition of personal data are the biggest threats to EU citizens. It have been identified problems related to information security: restrictions on the purchase of products, Internet banking, provision of personal information, communication, etc. The practical value of this research is the possibility of applying the results in the development of programs of education, training and public awareness of security issues.

본 연구의 목적은 정보보안 정책 인식, 정보보안 관여성, 준수 의도성이 정보보안 행동에 미치는 영향력을 분석하는 것이다. 연구 방법은 보상 차원과 공정성 차원의 교차설계로 구성되었고, 조직적인 차원의 정책이 개인의 의사결정 수준에서 발생하는 정보처리 단계를 통해 정보보안 준수의도로 나타나는 과정에 주안점을 두었다. 연구 결과, 보상 차원은 준수 의도성에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 심리적 조건의 영향력이 물질적 조건보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 공정성 차원은 정보보안 정책 인식, 정보보안 관여성, 정보보안 행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 형평성 조건의 영향력이 동등성 조건보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 도출한 결과 모형은 측정변인으로 재구성된 복합 매개모형으로 확인되었고, 개인과 조직의 문화적 환경에 의한 시너지 관점에서 필요한 연구 방향을 논의하였다.

일반적으로 컨택센터에서는 고객의 개인정보 취급이 필수적이며, 중요정보자산인 고객의 개인정보를 취급하는 고객정보취급자의 수가 매우 많아, 내부 고객정보 유출 가능성 등의 위협요인이 존재하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컨택센터의 특성과 위협요인 및 취약점을 분석하였으며, 고객의 개인정보를 효과적으로 보호할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다. 또한 내부 정보 유출 가능성을 사전에 예방할 수 있는 개인정보 보호 방안을 마련하였다. 그리고 컨택센터의 고객 개인정보보호 방안에 대하여 ISMS (Information Security Management System) 표준을 따르는 "컨택 센터의 고객 개인정보 보호 모델"을 수립하여 제안한다.

State information policy is an important component of foreign and domestic policy of the country and covers all spheres of society. The rapid development of the information sphere is accompanied by the emergence of fundamentally new threats to the interests of the individual, society, state and its national security. The article considers the components of the state information policy to ensure information security of the country and identifies the main activities of public authorities in this area. Internal and external information threats to the national security of Ukraine and ways to guarantee the information security of the country are analyzed. Information security is seen as a component of national security, as well as a global problem of information protection, information space, information sovereignty of the country and information support of government decisions. Approaches to ensure the process of continuity of the information security system of the state in order to monitor new threats, identify risks and levels of their intensity are proposed.
