오늘날의 개발자들은 서비스를 생성함에 있어서 몇번의 클릭만으로도 간단하게 서비스를 개발할 수 있는 환경을 갖추었다. 이는 서비스를 개발하는 환경이 사용자가 최소한의 지식만을 가지고 개발 할 수 있도록 자동화 되어가고 있기 때문이다. 개방형 서비스에 있어서도 기존의 Parlay 를 단순화한 Parlay X 가 탄생하였고, 더 나아가 Parlay X 의 API 들을 개발자들이 쉽게 사용할 수 있게 해주는 SCE(Service Creation Environment)툴이 개발되게 되었다. 개발자를 위한 환경의 변화에 발 맞추어, SCE 의 범위는 더욱 넓어 졌다. 기존의 기능을 쉽게 사용할 수 있게 해주는 좁은 의미의 SCE 에서 서비스 생성 도구들을 사용자가 잘 이해하고 사용할 수 있도록 하는 방법도 중요한 이슈가 된 것이다. 본 논문에서는 통신망 응용 서비스에 대한 전문적인 지식이 없는 서비스 생성 도구 사용자가 개방형 서비스를 생성함에 있어서 어떠한 순서와 방법을 적용하면 효과적으로 서비스 생성을 체험할 수 있는지를 제안한다.

As with the fast spread of internet uses in recent years, electronic commerce has evolved. The proliferation of electronic commerce has increased diverse forms of fraud cases since internet helps intended criminals remain anonymous. In absence of effective tools to warrant the reliability of parties offering products or services through electronic commerce, consumers have to absorb damages unfairly. Internet escrow service has been considered to be an option to establish reliability between buyers and sellers and to protect consumers from possible fraud cases. However, like other industries, fraudulent escrow services have appeared in internet. This study has been intended to analyze fraudulent internet escrow services and to propose an effective regulatory system of internet escrow services. To do that, this study benchmarked the regulation of the State of California, primarily focusing on the formation of escrow company, regulation of escrow business, and remedies for wrongdoing, so Korea can consider the adoption of similar systems.

This paper examines the current situation and major impacts of e-business on healthcare industry: hospital, pharmaceutical, medical device and health-related internet sectors. Of the 137 samples collected with mail survey, the utilization rate of B2C e-commerce is 31.4% and B2B is 13.1%. And 74.5% of respondents remains the first development stage which represents the simple advertisement such as the one-way information offering. The key obstacle of expansion of health care e-commerce turns out to be the illogical and outdated medical-related law and institution. Finally, policy recommendations are proposed based on the evaluation of the current policy implemented by government.

인증서는 PKI 시스템에서 사용자 인증 서비스를 제공하기 위한 중요한 매체이다. 본 논문에서는 인증서를 효율적으로 활용하는 방법의 일환으로 ClientCA라 불리는 도구를 전자거래 인증에 적용하는 방법을 제안하였다. 각종 인증서의 효율적인 관리와 활용을 통해서 정보화 시대의 근간을 이루고 있는 사용자 인증에 대한 서비스를 보다 효율적으로 이용할 수 있을 것이다. 특히, ClientCA는 특정 목적을 지니고 운영하는 소규모 단위의 PKI 시스템에 효율적으로 접목시켜 사용할 수 있음을 본 논문을 통해서 알 수 있게 된다.

This paper considers a web-based order processing system under SCM environment. Following the framework of B2B electronic commerce, we focus on activities closely related to order handling within the supply chain. We also try to integrate the order processing system with the overall information system of the company. The methodology is applied to the case of H company and a prototype system is designed. This study analyzes the current product estimate and order handling process in the point of view of both the purchasing and the selling companies. It intends improvement by changing the existing closed way of request and offering estimate through fax or VAN into an open way using internet. For this, a company should be registered on the order site of internet. Then it can request estimate, take estimate, and handle order through internet adopting the concept of electrical commercial transaction.

This article describes a function and structure of access network equipment under BcN environment. Access network until now have constructed separately to offer voice, data service. However, simplifies network structure, function that can do traffic concentration, subscriber certification, individual charging, QoS according to service and routing is required in BcN. In this paper, compare method offering by separate system with existing access network and method that offer integrating function inside system for structure of suitable access network to BcN and search structure of access network equipment for desirable access network of hereafter. Composition of this paper is as following. In Chapter 2, establishment history and structure of access network until present. In Chaprte 3, define suitable requirement and functions to BcN. And compare structure for access net work that is new with present. Last Chapter 4, suggests direction of structure of BcN access network and concludes conclusion.

In order to expand cell coverage, increase system capacity, and offer various multimedia service with high throughput in indoor environment, WiBro Access Point(AP) is developed. Home AP is IFA/Omni type and has stack-up structure of channel card and RF board. SOHO AP is designed to support up to 2FA and has remote RF(RRF) structure using UTP method. Inter-operational test with mobile terminal were completed for 3 terminals using web browsing service simultaneously. The performance test results of WiBro AP are as follows: RCE(EVM) value is -34.431 dB for 64-QAM and throughput is up to 6.79 Mbps(DL) and 1.1 Mbps(UL) with 2.5m Line-of-Sight(LOS) condition.

Dynamic Programming Matching(DPM)은 순차적으로 구성된 문제를 수학적으로 최적화 시키는 기술로서 패턴인식 분야에서 다년간 중요한 역할을 해왔다. 서명인식을 위한 대부분의 실제적 적용에서는 Sakoe and Chiba [9]의 실제구현 버전이 기반이 되어 왔는데, 일반적으로 slope constraint p = 0의 방법이 적용되어 왔다. 이 논문에서는 이 경우에는 전진탐색에 의한 휴리스틱한 방법을 적용한 MDPM이 상당한 처리 시간의 단축 뿐만 아니라 약간의 인식능력 향상을 가질 수 있음을 보여준다.

Internationally, Korean people and society are known to be workaholic, however, recently some changes have come with the inauguration of the 5 working-days system as well as the rising of economic power and high level of education. Many people come to enjoy leisure time with various activities. Especially, arts become the subject of concern as a kind of leisure life, and also gallery become a important space. However, the renovation of the gallery space is required Inevitably because many galleries have been located in too formal or fixed building space, and the management of it has not been executed thoroughly. This study aims at the suggestion of the specialized and differentiated renovation plan for gallery as cultural space offering the right notion and information about the arts as well as rest to citizens, also as exhibit space showing the object efficiently.

The rapid development of information technology has affected many industries, and made consumers receive new services that are completely different from those of the past. In the financial industry, various changes are taking place, such as providing the payment system which is easy to use and offering differentiated services. This study examined the factors affecting the intention to use mobile payment system. In particular, we considered both practical and emotional factors that affect the intentions. The mobile payment system, which is a new form of payment, is rapidly developing in China. In Korea, it is still in the beginning stage due to the legal regulations and the activation of alternative payment methods. This study, therefore, compared the differences in factors that affect the intention to use mobile payment system between Korea and China.
