As database become more variable and multimedia, the integration between conventional library based on printed matter and digital library on IT makes it accelerated that the changes in today's information circumstances. Due to more leisure time modern people who get intellectual and interested in variety so they need continuing education, intellectual satisfaction and cultural life. Consequently today's public library expands to become a source of every kind of information, an educational facility and community facility to fulfill the cultural needs. On the assumption above, this study aims at offering database for planning public library that meets the needs for multifunctional library through analyzing space, structure, and character of modern public libraries and chooses 8 cases in Japan provide both primary and additional functions. Quantitative data from blueprints, websites and publications has been collected to analyze the space arrangement corresponding with the functional characteristics.

This research is based on real-time service model that uses lock screen of smart devices which is mostly exposed to device users. The potential for lock screen space is immense due to their exposing time for user. The effect can be maximized by offering useful information contents on lock screen. This service model offers real-time keyword with abridged sentence. They match real-time keyword with news by using text matching algorithm and extracts kernel sentence from news to provide short sentence to user. News from the lock screen to match real-time query sentence, and then only to the original core of the ability to move a user evaluation was conducted after adding. The report provided a key statement users feel the lack of original Not if you go to an average of 5.71%. Most algorithms allow only real-time zoom key sentence extracted keywords can accurately determine the reason for that was confirmed.

급속한 인터넷 발전과 사용자들의 증가에 따라 나날이 사용자 요구사항이 복잡 다양해지고 있다. 또한, 이러한 사용자 요구를 총족시키지 못하는 인터넷 업체는 뒤떨어지게 되어 있어 여러 가지 고객관리 기법들이 연구되고 있다. 그 중에서 개인별 성향을 분석하여 원하는 정보만을 선택하여 추천해 줌으로써 사용자와의 관계를 지속시키는 맞춤 서비스라는 것이 있다. 그리고, 이러한 서비스를 유선 인터넷뿐만 아니라, WAP 기반 무선 인터넷상에서도 제공해 줌으로써, 사용자들은 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않고, 이동 중에서도 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문은 에이전트를 이용하여 사용자별 구인/구직 성향을 분석하고, 이를 통해 가장 알맞은 사용자별 구인/구직 맞춤정보를 유/무선 인터넷상에서 제공해주는 시스템 모델을 제시한다.

Nuclear energy programs around the world increasingly find themselves at the nexus of potentially conflicting demands from both domestic and international stakeholders. On one side, the rapid growth in demand for electricity coupled with the goal of reducing carbon emissions calls for a significant expansion of nuclear energy. On the other, stakeholders are seeking ever greater safety, environmental, security, and nonproliferation assurances before consenting to the construction of new nuclear energy facilities. Satisfying the demand for clean energy supplies will require nuclear energy operators to find new and innovative ways to build confidence among stakeholders. This paper discusses two related concepts which can contribute to meeting the needs of key stakeholders in cost effective and efficient ways. Structured processes and tools for assessing stakeholder needs can build trust and confidence while facilitating the "designing-in" of information collection systems for new facilities to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Integrated approaches to monitoring facilities and managing the resulting data can provide stakeholders with continued confidence while offering operators additional facility and process information to improve performance.

In this paper, we propose an agent negotiation algorithm of an intelligent agent system for an active and adaptive multimedia data services in the distributed environment. We describe theEARTS-II system that performs automatic job seeking and job offering operations using intelligentagents without user's intervention. EARTS-II offers best candidate lists as the results to usersthrough negotiation among agents considering conditions given by the users. And according to theresults, the EARTS-II supports real processes of employment, The negotiation algorithm tries tosatisfy all agents in the job market. To test the performance of the algorithm, simulation results arepresented.

EPCIS(EPC Information Services) system is a core component of EPCglobal Architecture Framework offering information of the freights, the time of awareness and the location of awareness on the EPCglobal Network. The role of EPCIS is to exchange information based on EPC. There are four kinds of event data which are object event data, aggregation event data, quantity event data, and transaction event data. These EPCIS events data are stored and managed in EPCIS repository. This paper deals with the method which diversifies the data flow load of intensive EPCIS events and effectively manages EPCIS repository for exchanging data smoothly. In order to verify a effectiveness, we measure the performance of the system using a simulation by comparing the existing method with the suggested method.

The back propagation of neural networks has the problems of falling into local minimum and delay of the speed by the iterative learning. An algorithm to solve the problem and improve the speed of the learning was already proposed in[8], which updates the learning parameter related with the connection weight. In this paper, we propose the algorithm generating initial weight to improve the efficiency of the algorithm by offering the difference between the input vector and the target signal to the generating function of initial weight. The algorithm proposed here can classify more than 98.75% of the handwritten digits and this rate shows 30% more effective than the other previous methods.

Since the world entered the age called "Smart Revolution", there has also been a lot of changes in the field of education. In educational environment, there is a growing interest in smart learning based on mobile contents, with the development of Smart Devices and ubiquitous technology. This paper is about a research on what effects smart learning has on leaner side when learners make active use of mobile contents in this age of Smart Revolution. First, we embodied teaching plans for some practical classes in forms of mobile contents using M-bizmaker. After the learning process based on the embodied contents for students, we analyzed the survey results on 4 sections-their use of apps, screen composition, technical support, interactions. We also studied the results of a questionnaire on 4 sections-contents, information offering, feedback systems, learner assessment-to evaluate their satisfaction. The research suggests that learner satisfaction can be improved with smart learning based on mobile contents embodied for leaners.

As digital convergence and mobile services evolve, personalization becomes one of the most important factors attracting customers. Personalization means functions offering individually customized services with relevant contents using information on individual preferences. This sort of personalized services has attracted great attention of a large part of online firms. One of representative services of such personalized services is a mobile widget service. In this study, we identified seven antecedents affecting the quality of personalized mobile widget services and empirically investigated which antecedent has a significant effect of the quality of personalized mobile widget services. In addition we carried out empirical investigation into the effect of the quality of personalized mobile widget service on user satisfaction and trust. As a result of this research, we revealed that seven variables including information services affected components of personalized services, and usefulness and perceived benefit as components of personalized services affected user trust and satisfaction for personalized services.
