본 연구의 목적은 건설기술인력의 일터학습 참여 실태와 더불어 일터학습의 하위유형인 형식학습과 무형식학습이 각각 건설기술인력의 인적자원성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2015년 한국직업능력개발원의 6차 인적자본기업패널조사 근로자용 설문자료에서 건설기술인력 306명의 응답치를 선택하여 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 건설기술인력의 일터학습(형식학습, 무형식학습) 참여는 10,069명 전체 근로자에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 수준에 머물러 있으며, 특히 무형식 학습의 참여는 더욱 낮은 수준이었다. 회귀분석 결과를 보면 형식학습의 참여는 직무만족과 직무몰입에만 정(+)의 영향을, 직무능력의 향상에는 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 무형식학습은 직무능력, 직무만족, 조직몰입 모두에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 또한 형식학습에 비해 더욱 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was to examine elementary students' expectations on informal science learning in science museums which have characteristics of free choice learning. $5^{th}$ and $6^{th}$ grade students in two different elementary schools in Gyeonggi province participated in the survey and 330 samples were collected. Subcategories for the survey were categorized on the basis of review of the literature about the learning outcomes from science museums. The survey instruments were developed following the idea of each subcategory from the learning in science museums and a content validity of the survey instruments was checked. The results were as follows: Generally students' had high expectations of all subcategories and developing their interests in science through science museums was confirmed the most. Moreover, expectations on learning in science museums were differences between gender and grade. Finally, it was found that grade differences of expectations on learning in science museums were affected by intrinsic motivation, and empirical activity were affecting the gender differences of those. Based on the results of study, elementary students could confirm that the science museums had the important values and possibility as a field of informal science learning. And this study implied that the science museums could enhance more educational roles of informal science learning.

영업사원에 관한 기존의 연구들은 주로 성과 등을 통한 영업사원의 만족이나 커뮤니케이션 증대 등을 통한 영업 방식에 중점을 두었다. 본 연구는 IT 영업사원의 무형식 학습과 긍정심리자본이 직무만족 및 고객지향성 간에 대하여 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 3개 회사를 선정하여 159명의 IT 영업사원으로부터 자료를 수집하고 구조방정식모형 (SEM)으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, IT 영업사원의 무형식 학습은 긍정심리자본과 유의한 정적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 긍정심리자본과 직무만족 및 고객지향성도 모두 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 부트스트래핑으로 분석한 결과, 긍정심리자본은 무형식 학습과 직무만족 및 고객지향성 간의 관계에 대하여 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 긍정심리학으로 기반으로 한 무형식 학습을 개발하고, 이를 반영하여 직무만족 및 고객지향성을 강화할 수 있는 필요가 있다는 것을 함의한다.

본 연구는 미래의 교육 환경과 방법의 변화를 고려하여, 학교에서 이루어지는 형식 교육과 학교 밖에서 이루어지는 비형식 학습 경험의 통합과 각종 스마트 기기의 활용을 기반으로 한 프로젝트 활동을 개발하고, 전문가의 검토를 받아 수정한 후 이를 현장에 적용하여 적용 가능성을 타진하였다. 효과적인 학습을 위해 스마트 테크놀로지를 이용한 프로젝트 과정, 과정별 교수 학습 활동 및 관련 지원 자료들을 개발하고 이를 패키지로 구성하였다. 개발한 프로젝트학습 활동과 지원 자료는 서울시 소재 한 초등학교 5학년 학생 18명을 대상으로 시범적용을 하였다. 시범적용 결과는 관찰, 면담, 학습 과정 및 결과물 평가를 통하여 분석되었고, '프로젝트 활동 전반', '학습 자료와 도구' 그리고 '비형식 학습 경험'과 같은 측면에서 분석되었다. 분석 결과를 종합하여, 통합적 경험을 위한 프로젝트 활동을 도입할 때 고려할 사항들을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to substantiate the affecting factors of informal learning outcomes for professions in various dimensions of an individual and organization. In specific, the study analyzed the effects of learning motivation, job characteristics, and a supportive learning environment which have on task-related knowledge acquisition, adapting to organization and understanding contexts, relationship formation, and improving self-development-ability. The participants of the study were 261 professionals working at four major accounting firms in South Korea. Multiple regression models were applied step by step for analysis. In this study, the informal learning of professionals working at four major accounting firms is influenced by various factors of learning motivation, job characteristics, and a supportive learning environment. The detailed analysis results were as follows. Firstly, peer-support showed the most positive effect on task-related knowledge acquisition. Secondly, for adapting to organization and understanding contexts, task autonomy showed the greatest effect. Thirdly, peer-support was found to be the most important factor for relationship formation. Fourthly, for improving self-development ability, learning goal orientation showed to be the most important factor. The various factors facilitated the professional learning by empirical identification. The study presented practical implications for creating an effective informal learning support environment.

This study examined pre-service science teachers' perceptions of informal learning by adopting a discourse analysis method suggested by Mortimer and Scott(2003). The guiding research questions were: (1) What are some general patterns of the discourse occurring in science museums between a teacher and a student? (2) In what ways do the pre-service teachers perceive informal learning and teacher's role in informal settings? The 7 pre-service science teachers participated in this study. Each of them shepherd an elementary student around the museum and implemented their own instruction using a pre-planed lesson plan. Results indicated that even though the teachers had learned some characteristics of informal teaming in their college courses, they tended to implement their traditional view of science teaming into the instruction and the view affected them to set up their teaching purposes and contents, and to select communicative approach, patterns of discourse and ways of intervention.

이 연구는 온라인 학습과정 중 학생들의 비공식 정보 추구 행태와 그들의 비공식 정보 요구를 지원하는 온라인 학습 환경을 알고자 한다. 연구 참여자는 미국 럿거스 대학 평생 교육 프로그램의 온라인 학생 29명이고, 설문지를 통해 수집한 데이터는 내용분석과 기술적 통계를 통해 분석되었다. 이 연구의 초점은 온라인 학생들이 학습 문제를 해결하기 위해 비공식 정보를 필요로 하는 이유와 그들이 온라인 학습 환경에서 구성원간의 의사소통을 통해 이를 해결하는 방식에 있다. 결론에서는 연구 결과에 기초하여 온라인 학생들의 비공식 정보 추구 행태를 지원하기 위하여 고려해야 할 사항들이 제안된다.

In this paper, we discuss an informal analysis of diffusion, global optimization properties of Langevine competitive learning neural network. In the view of the stochastic process, it is important that competitive learning gurantee an optimal solution for pattern recognition. We show that the binary reinforcement function in Langevine competitive learning is a brownian motion as Gaussian process, and construct the Fokker-Plank equation for the proposed neural network. Finally, we show that the informal analysis of the proposed algorithm has a possiblity of globally optimal. solution with the proper initial condition.

This research investigated the motivation and interests of a sample of predominately-underrepresented populations to better understand whether informal STEM learning experiences offer support for developing STEM identities. A valid and reliable three-section self-reporting survey was administered to 169 secondary students as the primary data source. Identity was used as a theoretical lens along with descriptive statistics to reveal students' perceived benefits of the informal STEM learning experience, a Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement (MESA) program in the western U.S., for improving their understanding of science, mathematics, and engineering concepts, increasing their interest in science, mathematics, and engineering careers, and increasing their belief of the importance of these STEM disciplines. In summary, the findings emerging, considered alongside current identity research, suggest that informal STEM learning experiences offer students from underrepresented STEM populations the space needed for successful STEM identity bids, either for future career pursuits or participation in a STEM literate populace as a non-STEM professional societal member.

본 연구는 문화콘텐츠산업 인력의 프로티언 경력 태도와 경력 몰입의 관계에서 무형식 학습 활동의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 Briscoe, Hall과 DeMuth[21]의 프로티언 경력 태도 측정도구와 Choi[23]의 무형식 학습 활동 측정도구 및 Blau[33]의 경력 몰입 측정도구를 사용하여, 문화콘텐츠산업 인력을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 회수 된 총 295부 중 불성실하게 응답하였다고 판단한 8부를 제외하고 총 287부를 결과분석에 활용하였다(유효 자료율: 68.2%). 연구 결과, 첫째, 문화콘텐츠산업 인력의 프로티언 경력 태도는 경력 몰입에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문화콘텐츠산업 인력의 무형식 학습 활동은 프로티언 경력 태도와 경력 몰입의 관계에서 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 문화콘텐츠산업 인력의 프로티언 경력 태도, 무형식 학습 활동 및 경력몰입의 증대를 위한 이론적 논의 및 실천적 시사점을 제언하였다.
