A Study on the Test Method of Autonomous Vehicle for Fixed Targets (고정목표에 대한 자율주행자동차 시험방법에 관한 연구)

  • Recent, the issue of the fourth industrial revolution triggered by technological advances has changed the automobile industry centered on internal combustion engines, and quantitative growth of the global automobile market, which has grown rapidly, has been slowing since 2015. These advances in technology are expected to develop beyond the advanced driver assistance system to autonomous driving technology. According to SAE-J3016 published by the Society of Automotive Engineers, the technology of autonomous vehicles is divided into a total of six stages according to the driver's intervention and automation level from 0 to 5. Securing safety for autonomous vehicles is important. But, research on safety evaluation theory and autonomous vehicle evaluation method based on real vehicle test is insufficient. In this study, the longitudinal distance theory equation and continuous test scenario were proposed for the test method of autonomous vehicles for fixed targets, and the real vehicle test was conducted. When comparing the theoretical values compared to the measured values, it was determined that it was reliable with a minimum error rate of 0.484% and a maximum error rate of 7.391%. Using the proposed theoretical equation, it is judged that it can be used as a safety evaluation method in an environment where real vehicle test is not possible because it can grasp the trend in the longitudinal direction in the development stage.

  • A sweep-based heuristic using common area is developed for multi-vehicle VRPs under time various and unsymmetric forward and backward vehicle moving speed. One depot and 2 delivery vehicle are assumed in this research to make the problem solving strategy simple. A common area is held to make adjustment of possible unbalance of between two vehicle delivery completion times. The 4 time zone heuristic is used to solve for efficient delivery route for each vehicle. The current size of common area needs to be studied for better results, but the suggested problem solving procedures can be expanded for any number of vehicles.

In this paper, current status on lithium reserve base, lithium supply and demand is reviewed, and technology for lithium recovery is briefly introduced.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop and show the efficiency of the URL(Unload Request Logic) and LRL(Load Request Logic) of the dispatcher in the Fab(Fabrication) Manufacturing Execution System. These logics are the core procedures which control the material(wafer and glass substrate) flow efficiently in the semiconductor and LCD fab considering inter-bay as well as intra-bay material flow. We use the present and future status information of the system by look-ahead and the information about the future transportation schedule of Automated Guided Vehicles. The simulation results show that the URL and LRL presented in this paper reduce the average lead time, average and maximum WIP level, and the average available AGV waiting time.

  • 운송 중에 발생되는 진동, 충격이 전기기기에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 측정자료를 바탕으로 실험실에서 보리 실험한 수 있는 실험기준을 설정할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 측정절차를 수립하고 발생요인에 따른 실측자료를 확보하기 위해 진동과 충격을 측정하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 측정결과 운송 도로면의 요철조건, 운송차종(중량), 운송속도에 따라 측정값에 차이가 있었다. 세부적으로 콘크리트 도로, 고속 주행일 때, 파워스펙트럼밀도(PSD) 값이 큰 것으로 분석되었고, 충격가속도는 소형 트럭이 가장 큰 값으로 분석되었다. 또한 측정자료를 바탕으로 랜덤진동시험기준을 제시하였다.

  • In this thesis, we explain developing processes of the power transmission system for lift truck. Conventional power transmission system had some problems such as spatial constraints or low speed and high torque problem. Because conventional power transmission system was mainly designed for high speed vehicles. In this paper we developed power shift drive axle specialized for $2.0{\sim}3.5$ ton lift truck. Innovative structure of transmission which is built in inside axle, enables to reduce system weight and size by 40% compared to the conventional power transmission system. Also, it is possible to do additional functions such as auto parking system and anti-roll back system.

  • This research deals with a vehicle scheduling problem for the sludge collection strategies which might be solved via quantitative analysis and cost evaluations schemes. This problem can be modeled as a kind of capacitated vehicle routing pick-up problems. With the aim of establishing operation schedule of vehicles and analyzing the total cost under considering various assumptions and realistic restrictions of the sludge collection problem, we propose a heuristic method based on the genetic algorithm in conjunction with the sweep algorithm and the 4-opt algorithm. Finally, we present the cost effective operation schedule that can be used as the managing tool for the sludge treatment plant of the multi-purpose dam.

  • Today, embedded, mobile, and cyber-physical systems are ubiquitous and used in many applications, from industrial control systems, modern vehicles, to critical infrastructure. Current trends and initiatives, such as "Industry 4.0" and Internet of Things (IoT), promise innovative business models and novel user experiences through strong connectivity and effective use of next generation of embedded devices. We survey an introduction to Industrial IoT systems, the related security and privacy challenges, and an outlook on possible solutions towards a holistic security framework for Industrial IoT systems in this paper.

  • 전기자동차의 추진시스템의 경우 차량의 종류에 따라 제어기 변수의 변동이 많은 것이 특징이다. 따라서 다양한 차량의 종류에 대해 소스프로그램의 수정 없이 차량 시스템 튜닝작업이 용이하도록 제어프로그램을 구현하는 것이 중요하며 이런 목적에 맞는 제어파라미터의 선정이 중요하게 된다. 또한 전기자동차는 승객의 안전과 직결되기 때문에 시스템 fault 처리에 대한 중요성이 높다. 본 논문에서는 전기 자동차 추진시스템의 제어기의 소프트웨어 구현에 대해 논한다.

  • This study deals with a type of vehicle routing problem faced by manager of some department stores during peak sales periods. The problem is to find a set of traveling paths of vehicles that leave a department store and arrive at a destination specified for each vehicle after visiting customers without violating time and capacity constraints. The mathematical model is formulated with the objective of maximizing the sum of the rewards collected by each vehicle. Since the problem is known to be NP-hard, a heuristic algorithm is developed to find the solution. The performance of the algorithm is compared with the optimum solutions obtained from CPLEX for small size problems and a priority-based Genetic Algorithm for large size problems.
