형상 공간을 이용한 다관절 로보트의 충돌 회피 경로 계획 (Collision-Free Path Planning of Articulated Robot using Configuration Space)

  • A collision-free path planning algorithm between an articulated robot and polyhedral obstacles using configuration space is presented. In configuration space, a robot is treated as a point and obstacles are treated as grown forbidden regions. Hence path planning problem is transformed into moving a point from start position to goal position without entering forbidden regions. For mapping to 3D joint space, slice projection method is used for first revolute joint and inverse kinematics is used for second and third revolute joint considering kinematic characteristics of industrial robot. Also, three projected 2D joint spaces are used in search of collision-free path. A proper example is provided to illustrate the proposed algorithm.

  • In this paper, the Artificial Intelligence Space(AI-Space) for human-robot interface is presented, which can enable human-computer interfacing, networked camera conferencing, industrial monitoring, service and training applications. We present a method for representing, tracking, and objects(human, robot, chair) following by fusing distributed multiple vision systems in AI-Space. The article presents the integration of color distributions into particle filtering. Particle filters provide a robust tracking framework under ambiguous conditions. We propose to track the moving objects(human, robot, chair) by generating hypotheses not in the image plane but on the top-view reconstruction of the scene.

  • The purpose of this study is to plan a environment for creative education in university campus. According to the literature review, the necessity of improvement of educational program and physical environment is increasing because of rapidly social and industrial structure change. In this aspect, G university decided to make space for creative education utilizing unused space in campus. The space design concept was established as a cell based on the fact that the educational space was a place where students grow up and was named GNU IDEA Factory. The planning site was decided on the existing piloti to solve problems of lack budget and space. This space consisted of rooms for creative education, autonomous students' activity, and exhibition and was designed by organistic structure. In conclusion it was thought that GNU IDEA Factory would be a case of environment for creative education and activity if it was supported proper program and usable equipments.

  • 참여정부 이후에 명시적 및 암묵적 형태의 다양한 클러스터 정책들이 추진되어 왔으나, 산업집적지 경쟁력의 근본적 강화를 위해서 기존과는 다른 새로운 정책적 대안을 모색해야 한다는 의견들이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 들어 대안적인 지역산업정책 도구로서 활발히 논의되고 있는 스마트전문화 전략과 트리플헬릭스 혁신체계 이론이 기존의 클러스터 정책과 어떠한 이론적 및 정책적 연계성을 가지고 있으며 대안적 클러스터 정책 수립을 위해 어떠한 함의를 제공하는 지에 대해 논의하였다. 이를 통해, 대안적 클러스터 정책은 지역특수성에 토대를 두고 산 학 관의 자발적 협력에 기초한 혁신의 합의공간(consensus space) 구축을 통해 추진되어야 하며, 지역 대학의 경쟁력 강화와 실질적인 산학협력 활성화를 위한 체계적이고 집중적인 투자와 집적지의 관련 다각화 기반을 활용한 신산업의 육성에 초점을 둘 필요가 있음을 강조한다.

환경친화적 산업단지 조성을 위한 계획요소의 중요도 분석 (An Importance Analysis of Planning Factors for Constructing Environmental-Friendly Industrial Estate)

  • This study prepared the list of planning components required for constructing environment-friendly industrial complex and grasped major environment-friendly planning components by measuring the importance per each planning component via the survey for specialists. As a result of measuring the importance of planning component according to each field for constructing environment-friendly industrial complex, it is indicated that important planning components in natural environment field are establishing complex location plan considering its configuration and slope, excluding projects for steep slope-land, establishing countermeasures for reducing contaminants per its source, and separated location of contamination industry around living space. In living environment field, proposed planning components having relatively high importance are separated location of pollution causing industry, establishing energy saving land use plan, linking with green way, circulation network plan, lowering noise level at roadside, plan for separating between pedestrian and vehicle, securing parking space, extending green park and proper location, installing green buffer zone, conserving and forming landscapes, land use for raising energy efficiency, and expansion of energy source. In case of ecological environment, core planning components such as conserving upper class of ecological naturality degree, conserving main habitat, and biotope forming plan are suggested. This study is limited to find out planning components for constructing environment-friendly physical environment of industrial complex which is a part of non-production process. The approach to solve environmental problem by linking spatially production process and non-production process. There is a need to conduct follow-up study to constructing technique for environment-friendly industrial complex considering production & nonproduction process afterward.

원격 작업을 위한 3 차원 점군 데이터기반의 실시간 폴리곤 생성 및 텍스처 맵핑 기법 (Real-time Polygon Generation and Texture Mapping for Tele-operation using 3D Point Cloud Data)

  • In this paper, real-time polygon generation algorithm of 3D point cloud data and texture mapping for tele-operation is proposed. In a tele-operation, it is essential to provide more highly realistic visual information to a tele-operator. By using 3D point cloud data, the tele-operator can observe the working environment from various view point with a reconstructed 3D environment. However, there are huge empty space in 3D point cloud data, since there is no environmental information among the points. This empty space is not suitable for an environmental information. Therefore, real-time polygon generation algorithm of 3D point cloud data and texture mapping is presented to provide more highly realistic visual information to the tele-operator. The 3D environment reconstructed from the 3D point cloud data with texture mapped polygons is the crucial part of the tele-operation.

2011년 세계 각국의 우주분야 투자 및 우주산업 현황 (Statuses of World Governments' Space Activities and Space Markets in 2011)

  • 인류의 최초 우주 비행으로부터 50년, 최초의 인공위성 발사로부터 54년이 지난 현재 인류의 우주 활동은 어느 때 보다 활발하다. 2000년대 들어 연평균 66회 발사된 우주발사체는 2010년 74회 발사되었으며, 2010년 지구 궤도에서 운행되고 있는 인공위성은 900개에 이르렀다. 우주자산은 국가의 국방 및 안보에 기여할 뿐만 아니라 사회의 경제, 기술 개발에 없어서는 안 되는 필수요소로 자리잡음에 따라 국가가 투자할 가치가 있는 중요 부분이 되었다. 2010년 세계 각국의 우주개발 예산은 715억 달러로 역사상 최대치에 도달하였다. 2002년 이후 세계 우주개발 예산은 연간 8%의 증가율을 보였으나, 2010년 2%로 낮아져 투자 증가율은 다소 둔화되었다. 반면 우리나라의 2011년 정부의 우주개발 예산은 1,825억원으로 2008년 이후 연평균 16%로 감소하였다. 천리안 위성 및 나로호 개발이 완료됨에 따라 개발주기에 따른 예산감소의 영향으로 분석된다. 본 논문에서는 세계 각국 및 우리나라의 우주분야 투자와 우주시장 현황을 정리하였고, 우리나라 예산정책에 관한 시사점을 제고해보았다.

  • To investigate the reliability of the conductive lines patterned by ink-jet printing, we evaluated the reliability of the ink-jet printed silver (Ag) patterns according to the guide lines built up as assessments methods in the production of conventional rigid printed circuit boards. The assessment methods include the uniformity of line width and space, adhesive strength, dielectric withstand, solder float, thermal shock test and pressure cooker test (PCT). To prepare assesment vehicles, different regular test patterns were created by Ag ink-jet printing on the same polyimide substrate for each of assessment methods.

  • Remanufacturing is an industrial manufacturing process. The merits of remanufacturing are to reuse old products to perform like a new product and to save energy, natural resources, landfill space and to reduce air pollution by less re-smelting. This paper proposes a systemic approach for activating the domestic remanufacturing industry. The approach is based on inside and outside regulations to apply remanufacturing companies. And, we analyzed the state and problems of remanufacturing industry for automobile parts. Also 5 essential tactics and 20 detail strategies are suggested. On the basis of the approach, the domestic remanufacturing industry will carry out the cooperation for their competitions.

  • With the continuous development of artificial intelligence using computers in the Fourth Industrial Age, the virtual space created by virtual reality experiences boosted by the power of artificial intelligence, provides a new experience for us. The purpose of this study is to explore the new aesthetics that the fashion industry provides to users in virtual space created by virtual reality technology. This research method is based on theoretical research on virtual reality technology and virtual space and constructs a research model applied to this research. The scope of this study is the application of virtual reality technology to fashion shows, fashion exhibitions, and fashion design apps on the website of professional virtual reality technology and fashion for the last five years from 2014 to 2019, which actively merged virtual reality technology with modern fashion. We will analyze the cases one by one. The results of this study are as follows. First, this study shows that the constructed virtual space of modern fashion using virtual reality technology creates three kinds of physical space, perceptual space, and imaginary space based on the commutative theory of virtual space formed by Swedish scholar J. $Widestr{\ddot{o}}m$. Second, virtual reality technology applied to fashion shows, fashion exhibitions, and fashion design apps is characterized by four aesthetic characteristics of presence, perceptual expansion, interactivity, and immersion in physical space, perception space, and imagination space.
