This paper defines the role of the Science Park and makes policy recommendations for the "Era of $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution" from a Triple Helix viewpoint. The role of traditional science parks, and theory of Triple Helix and the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution are reviewed, and strategies to cope with the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution in a few advanced countries are analyzed. This paper finishes by suggesting strategies such as acceleration of networking, education to foster creative and innovative manpower and initiating capacity building projects for the advancement of Science Parks in the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution.

본 논문은 100kW 급 비상발전용 ESS 상용화 개발을 제안한다. 비상발전기란 전력계통이 정지되었을 때 발전장치를 구동시켜 전력을 생산하는 자가발전설비를 말한다. 제안하는 시스템은 2Level 전압형 100kW 급 비상발전용 ESS 로써 정상 시 계통 전원과 동기 운전을 수행하는 계통 연계형 전력변환장치이다. 수배전 수용가에 설치되어 운영이 가능하며 일반적인 ESS PCS 기능인 주파수 조정 (Frequency Regulation), 출력 안정화, 첨두부하 저감 (Peak Shaving), 부하평준화 (Load Leveling), 수요반응 (Demand Response)에 추가하여, 자가발전 (Black Start), 무효전력제어 등의 기능을 적용 하였다. 제안된 100kW 급 비상발전기용 ESS PCS 는 시뮬레이션 및 프로토 타입을 이용하여 성능을 검증하였다.

This paper presents a non-linear control chart based on support vector machine regression (SVM-R) to improve the accuracy of fault detection of cyclic signals. The proposed algorithm consists of the following two steps. First, the center line of the control chart is constructed by using SVM-R. Second, we calculate control limits by variances that are estimated by perpendicular and normal line of the center line. For performance evaluation, we apply proposed algorithm to the industrial data of the chemical vapor deposition process which is one of the semiconductor processes. The proposed method has better fault detection performance than other existing method

In the introduction, this paper introduces LS Industrial Systems' medium-voltage drive installed at Hyundai Green Power, an 800MW gas power plant. In the body, it explains the synchronous transfer technology and new speed search technology applied to Forced Draft(FD) Fan and Boiler Feed-water(BF) Pump, which are power generation facilities. Lastly, it shows the annual energy saving amount and operation status which are applied to each facility and proves that it is a successful application case.

본 논문에는 250KW급 에너지저장장치(ESS)를 이용한 일체형 배전용 계통연계 전력변환 장치를 제안한다. ESS는 전력 불안정에 따른 전력 손실을 줄이고 여름과 겨울, 낮과 심야시간의 전력수요 차이로 인한 전력수습의 불안정을 조절할 수 있는 최적의 수단이다. 제안된 배전용 일체형 ESS란 수용가 및 분산형 전원이 연계된 배전선로에 연결되어 조화롭고 안정적으로 운전될 수 있는 전력변환 장치이다. 충전된 전력을 효율적으로 계통으로 보내기 위하여 배전선로 전압제어기술(Statcom) 개발과 분산형 전원의 유 무효 전력제어, 역률 보상기(PF) 등의 기능을 적용하여 시뮬레이션, 프로토 타입 및 현장 시험을 이용하여 성능을 검증하였다.

Various complexing agents were investigated to see the effects on the normal orientation of HCP structure of Co-alloy to the film plane in ammoniacal electroless plating bath. To obtain the optimum condition, several complexing agents were investigated to compare the C-axis perpendicular orientation. Results were that succinate - citrate, malonate - succinate, malonate bath were useful for that purpose. Among these complexing agents, succinate - citrate system was obtained as the best one. X-ray diffraction patterns were used to compare the film properties with C-axis perpendicular orientation.

There are positive evaluation as well as negative evaluation for Rural Industrial Park Project which was implemented since 1984 to boom up the regional economy in Korea. By conducting a survey for Rural Industrial Park enterprises located in Miryang-si, this study intends to examine the management condition of enterprises in Rural Industrial Parks and so derive the policy suggestion. According to the secondary data and the survey results, Rural Industrial Parks play an important role in the regional economy. The result of the survey shows that the enterprises are dissatisfied with excessively high distributing costs and they want improvement of roads and transportation condition. They recruit their employees mainly through advertisement and loan money from banks. One of serious problems is giving up the business due to shortage of fund or failing to find the markets. To prevent quitting business, a preliminary analysis of the feasibility of running business should be conducted. Technology and management guidance and marketing support are necessary not only for new enterprises, but for existing enterprises. Alternatives for connecting local resources and Rural Industrial Park and forming a network between local universities, institutes, and firms should be considered.

While anthropomorphic robots are gaining interest, dual-arm robots are widely used in the industrial environment. Many methods exist in order to implement bimanual tasks by dual-arm robot. However, kinesthetic teaching is used in this paper. This paper suggests three different kinesthetic teaching methods that can implement most of the human task by the robot. The three kinesthetic teaching methods are joint level, task level, and contact level teaching. The task introduced in this paper is box packing, which is a popular and complex task in industrial environment. The task is programmed into the dual-arm robot by utilizing the suggested kinesthetic teaching method, and this paper claims that most tasks can be implemented by using the suggesting kinesthetic teaching methods.
