If you examine the Industrial Disaster Analysis Content that occurs every year in the small and medium enterprise, industrial disaster occurs because of manager's lack of safety and worker's unprepared safety education. Therefore effective safety education systems are needed to offer adequate knowledge and technology to the workers. On this research, to give an effective education way to decrease industrial disaster we administered to the workers who are in charge of 300 workplace in Incheon area to search actual condition of industrial disaster and to disclose a link between industrial disaster and industrial safety education. We put in effect on frequency study and examined x2 using SPSSWIN 10.0. On the research, the results shows that the industrial safety education and training are in effect regularly and the satisfaction are low. But the manager's satisfactions are high through safety education. So it shows that we need to find a way to put in effect safety education to satisfy the workers.

The study was conducted with 611 Industrial Health officer for 2 years(1998 : 394person, 1989 : 217 person). The purpose of this study was to measure efficiency of the Industrial Health Officer course (use of questionaire) also, in the furure, we would like to make a standard on the management of Industrial Health Officer (software & Hardware) The result are as follows: 1. the response of satisfaction was revealed highly 51 % on the Curriculum. 2. The response of high qualities was revealed highly 92% in the content of textbook. 3. The response of practical program was revaled highly 67.7% in composition of curriculum. 4. The response of high-class instructor was revealed highly on the selection of instructor. 5. the response of a proper term was revealed almost trainees on the education term. 6. When industrial hygienist conducted their Health task, difficulty point, first, the lack of top manager on the health-management in industries, second, take a hold coccurently with another task third, not secure theirs status in industries. 7. almost of Industial Health Officer want to taken highly practical education program, a field of industrial ventilation, measurment of working enviroment. 8. They wanted to taken a practical program that they could conduct handling they-self measuring device, in order to enhance the effect of hygiene education. 9. They responsed size of ideal class that the number of Industrial Health Officer was less than 20 person.

This study is aimed to provide the basic data for improve plan of industrial safety and health education for industrial disaster prevention. The self-administered questionnaire were given to 167 manufacturing industry workers of 5 manufactural workplace in Kangwon province during the period from March 15th to April 15th, 2010. As a results, The rate of 76.6% in manufacturing industry workers have educational place for industrial safety and health education, but their industrial safety and health education was established in the workplace office, about 44.3%. Industrial safety and health education almost was done by means of lecture. Industrial safety and health education for manufacturing industry worker was done without thinking about general characteristics and kinds of work of manufacturing industry workers. The results of this study indicate that industrial safety and health education are needed to improve the problems. To improve the industrial safety and health education, it is necessary to be established industrial safety and health education thinking about general characteristics and kinds of work of workers.

The purpose of this study was to propose conceptual Structure of the study of industrial education based on the concepts and characteristics of industrial education. Therefore, the study was conducted through literature research. 1) The characteristic of industrial education in the study was proposed as 'subject for occupational competence in the industrial technology' on the educational purpose. 2) The characteristic of industrial education in the study was proposed as 'subject for practical knowledge in the industrial/engineering technology' on the structure of knowledge. 3) The characteristic of industrial education in the study as was proposed as 'subject for technological problem solving in the system design and engineering context' on the educational methodology 4) The characteristic of industrial education in the study was proposed as 'design, building, testing and troubleshooting' on the educational process.

The university assessment of Industrial point of view that is the evaluation of university's outcomes was started in 2008 to find out university's social and industrial contribution rate by evaluating the added value of raising up competent people and technical development through university courses. This study is for analyzing outcomes of university assessment of Industrial point of view in the second period and searching for improvement suggestions of evaluation indexes and ways. The outcomes of university assessment of Industrial point of view in the second period is that are the contributions overcoming the difference of industrial requests and university's courses, information offering to university about industrial requests, the substantiate indicator for evaluating the suitability of university's courses and the improvement of university's competitiveness through course's upgrades, The ways improving the university assessment of Industrial point of view are introducing the ways of industrial university's consulting, evaluation for certification and involving graduate school's courses assesment, reinforcing the analysis of industrial requests, improving the indexes of courses and setting up feedback system.

As the era of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution began, it is possible to provide smart education by utilizing various new technologies. This paper included 6 steps to prove that the educational satisfaction of students' can be improved by applying the technology of the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution toward smart education. The first step is to review technologies of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution that could enable smart education. The second step is to define areas that smart education should include by adopting technologies of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution. The third step is to extract the keyword through literature review while the keyword can constitute the smart education for the defined areas. The fourth step is to present the research model by using the extracted keyword. The fifth step is to verify the proposed research model through questionnaires. The last step is to analyze the result of questionnaires to suggest better educational method. Consequentially, the purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of smart education by measuring students' expectation about smart education through questionnaire. As a result, students responded that the presented factors of smart education could maximize the effect of education by increasing the satisfaction of education. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize the technology of the $4^{th}$ Industrial revolution in the education field and apply the smart education method for better education.

Existing design education in industrial highschool is heavily dependent on formal education, which is far from teaching practical technique. In other words, Current curriculum of industrial highschool is going all out to place emphasis on the necessity of design education and ignores its failures or problems. Factually, although students of industrial high school should procure training in basic skills that they will need to quality for good jobs in later life, there don't put into practice substantial education. Accordingly, this study will develope Supplementary Class for substantial and effective design education in industrial highschool on the focus of proper technical education which domestic companies need. Especially, the researcher selected web design education which is favored the most by companies in information society, which is adopting as a required course in industrial highschool.

Because it is non-system and unplanned that are a short period introduction of industrial education training operation. Now then they are received better apprecation through the information of the program ecommendation and consultancy of industrial education training from coordination with related professional agencies and goverment agency for small-medium industry promotion.

The study acknowledges the role of education in the period of fourth industrial revolution and urges active change of education. The library in fourth industrial revolution needs to think about the application of innovative technologies to library services, and to combine and cope with technology, human, and library. The starting point of this discussion should be education. The study purports to present the direction of librarian education in the context of fourth industrial revolution. The study analyzed the essence of fourth industrial revolution, the changes of libraries, educational implications of the fourth industrial revolution, and problems of librarian education. As a result, the study presented the direction of librarian education in the context of librarians' competences, content and methodological innovation.
