세대간의 웰빙인식정도와 웰빙관련 실천행동의 비교 (Comparison of Awareness and Practice on Well-being Life and Related Behaviors According to Generations)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness and practice on well-being life and well-being related behaviors, and the various factors affecting well-being related behaviors such as purchasing food materials, food habits, eating out and daily routine activities. A survey was conducted by questionnaire and on a 5-point Likert scale. The subjects of this study were composed of 221 students and their 102 parents who were over 40 years residing in the Ulsan area. The results of this study are summarized as follows: Almost half of the subjects (47.4%) responded that they have good health conditions; to keep a good health condition, 41.2% of the subjects were exercising regularly and 20.4% of them kept diet control. In regard to the meaning of well-being, 66.6% of the subjects thought it is the lifestyle for physical and mental richness (children: 70.6%, parents: 57.8%). 30.3% of the subjects answered that the most important part of well-being was food related. The importance order was mental richness, food related things, physical health for children, and for the parents, it was food related things, physical health, mental richness. Most of population (45.8%) answered that they have a willingness for the pursuit of a well-being life. Among the well-being related behaviors, 69.7% of subjects have purchased items (children: 61.5%, parents: 87.3%). 37.2% of the subjects have acquired information from TV. The average well-being practice score was $61.01{\pm}10.36$. Children's scores were significantly lower than the parent's scores (p < 0.001). And the average practice score of 'purchasing food materials,' 'eating out,' 'food habits,' 'daily routine activities' were $15.3{\pm}3.3,\;15.5{\pm}3.1,\;16.8{\pm}3.3$ and $13.4{\pm}3.5$, respectively. Among five types of purchasing food materials, 'purchasing domestic agricultural food' was greatest ($3.64{\pm}0.91$) and 'purchasing of organic or low agricultural chemical food products' was lowest ($3.15{\pm}0.91$). In regard to food habits, 'eating rice and bread made of mixed grains' was greatest ($3.46{\pm}1.12$) and 'eating uncooked food or zen food' was lowest ($2.46{\pm}0.99$). The practice scores were significantly affected by gender (p < 0.05), monthly income (p < 0.01), educational level (p < 0.01), presence of disease (p < 0.05), subjective health condition (p < 0.05), well-being awareness (p < 0.001) and concern with well-being (p < 0.001). Well-being awareness scores and well-being practice scores are related positively. Therefore various programs in well-being education should be necessary in order to boost the authentic perceptions of well-being and well-being oriented behaviors in any socioeconomic situation, such as different generations; industrial companies producing well-being goods for consumer's needs and satisfaction; and government and local community create various conditions for well-being oriented behavior.

반응표면분석법을 이용한 감잎과 엉겅퀴로부터 항산화성분의 추출공정 최적화 (Optimization of Extraction Process for Antioxidant from Persimmon Leaf and Thistle Using Response Surface Methodology)

  • 본 연구에서는 항산화성분을 다량 함유하고 있는 천연물로부터 유효성분을 추출하고, 이를 반응표면분석법을 이용하여 추출공정을 최적화하였다. 또한 감잎과 엉겅퀴로부터 추출된 유효성분의 플라보노이드 함량과 폴리페놀 함량을 측정함으로써 유효성분의 기능성을 평가하였다. 추출공정의 독립변수로는 추출시간, 추출온도, 용매의 비율을 설정하였고, 반응치는 수율, 폴리페놀 함량, 플라보노이드 함량을 확인하였다. 감잎의 경우 추출시간(3.1 h), 주정/초순수 부피비(63.4 vol%), 추출온도($54.6^{\circ}C$)에서 수율(27.7%), 폴리페놀 함량(33.2 mg GAE/g), 플라보노이드 함량(47.8 mg QE/mg dw)의 최적 결과를 얻었으며, 엉겅퀴의 경우에는 추출시간(2.9 h), 주정/초순수 부피비(40.7 vol%), 추출온도($68.4^{\circ}C$)에서 수율(27.0%), 폴리페놀 함량(17.9 mg GAE/g), 플라보노이드 함량(28.8 mg QE/mg dw)으로 예측되었으며, 종합만족도는 71.7%이다.

LCD 제조공정 클린룸의 화재시 CFD를 이용한 제연성능 개선대책에 관한 연구 (A Study on Measures to Improve Smoke Control Performance in Case of Fire in a Clean room as an LCD Manufacturing Process)

  • 첨단산업기술인 반도체, LCD 등 제조의 핵심공정인 클린룸은 생산제품의 성능 및 품질에 절대적인 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 공정이다. 그러나 국내는 방화공학적인 측면에서 과학적이고 종합안전대책에 대한 체계적인 연구가 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 LCD 제조공정 클린룸에 설치하는 제연시스템의 성능 및 문제점을 파악하여 이에 대한 개선방안을 도출하기 위하여 여러 시나리오를 고려한 화재시뮬레이션과 피난시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석하였다. LCD 제조공정의 클린룸 화재 및 연기확산에 대하여 분석한 결과 화재시 공조기의 연동정지는 반드시 필요하며 연기의 부력을 고려하여 FAB 상부에 배연을 할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 또한 대규모 클린룸의 경우 화재특성상 스프링클러헤드의 집열 성능이 떨어지므로, 조기반응형 헤드의 설치 및 작동시간을 빠르게 하기 위한 보조장치를 설치하여야 한다. 특히, 대공간 클린룸은 자동화 공정으로 거주밀도가 낮지만, 복잡한 생산장비의 배치와 방진복을 착용하고 근무해야하는 환경특성 때문에 화재시 피난안전성능 확보가 어렵기 때문에 공정 내 위험요소의 철저한 관리 및 주기적인 교육과 훈련이 필요하며, 방재선진국의 기준에 준하는 수준의 국내 관련기술 기준을 정립할 필요가 있다.

초산균에 의한 환경친화적 기능성소재인 세균 셀룰로오스 생산을 위한 정치배양조건 최적화 (Static Culture Condition for Production of Bacterial Cellulose, Environment-Friendly Functional Material, by Acetic Acid Bacteria)

  • Bacterial cellulose (BC) has played important role as new functional material for food industry and industrial products based on its unique properties. The interest in BC from static cultures has increased steadily in recent years because of its potential for use in medicine and cosmetics. In this study, we investigated culture condition for BC production by Acetobacter sp. F15 in static culture. The strain F15, which was isolated from decayed fruit, was selected on the basis of BC thickness. The optimal medium compositions for BC production were glucose 7%, soytone 12%, $K_2HPO_4$ 0.2%, $NaH_2PO_4{\cdot}_2H_2O$ 0.2%, lactic acid 0.05% and ethanol 0.3%, respectively. The strain F15 was able to produce BC at $26^{\circ}C-36^{\circ}C$ with a maximum at $32^{\circ}C$. BC production occurred at pH 4.5-8 with a maximum at pH 6.5. Under these conditions, a maximum BC thickness of 12.15 mm was achieved after 9 days of cultivation; this value was about 2.3-fold higher than the thickness in basic medium. Scanning electron micrographs showed that BC from the optimal medium was more compact than plant cellulose and was reticulated structure consisting of ultrafine cellulose fibrils. BC from the optimal medium was found to be of cellulose type I, the same as typical native cellulose.

콘크리트용 골재로서의 Bottom Ash 활용성 평가 (Evaluation of Bottom Ash on the Application for the Aggregate of Concrete)

  • 산업의 발전과 함께 산업폐기물의 증가와 그에 따른 처리할 회사장 부족, 유해한 성분 함유로 인한 환경상의 문제 등에 대한 해결 방안의 일환으로, 본 연구에서는 석탄 화력발전소에서 발생되는 석탄회 중에서 bottom ash를 대상으로 콘크리트용 골재로서의 유용성 여부를 평가하고자 하였다. 먼저 잔골재와 굵은 골재의 대체재로서의 적절성 평가를 위해 경도시험, 입도분포시험, 흡수량시험, S.E.M 분석시험 등의 물리적 시험을 수행하였고, 화학적 시험으로는 강열감량시험, X-ray를 통한 분석시험을 수행하였다. 콘크리트에 적용하였을 때 미치는 영향은 대체재로서의 비율을 달리하여 작업성 확보차원에서 슬럼프의 변화를 측정하였고, 굳은 콘크리트에서는 강도확보, 내투수성, 동결융해 저항성, 내황산성, 탄산화 저항성에 대해 평가하였다. 실험결과, 미립분의 부족과 일부 bottom ash에서 결속력 상의 문제가 존재하였으나 천연골재와 혼합하여 사용하고 배출시 공정 개선을 한다면 골재로써 충분히 사용성이 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 또한, 다공성을 갖고 있어 작업성 확보를 위해서는 단위수량이나 감수제의 증가가 요구되지만 일반강도 한도 내에서는 일정 비율로 천연골재와 혼합하여 사용하면 강도 확보에 문제가 없고 오히려 내구성 확보에 있어서는 유리한 것으로 나타났다.

회분식 공정에서 스플래쉬 필링(Splash Filling) 작업으로 인한 화재·폭발 사고 예방대책에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Prevention Measures against Fire and Explosion Accidents during Splash Filling in Batch Process)

  • 일반적으로 인화성 액체를 사용하여 제품을 만들어 내는 회분식 반응 공정에서는 작업 후 반응기 세척(Cleaning) 시 제품 생산을 위해 사용되는 원료인 인화성 액체를 일정압력으로 분사하여 반응기 벽면 등을 세척하는 스플래쉬 필링(Splash Filling) 형태의 작업 방법을 적용한다. 이러한 작업과정에서 인화성 액체의 미스트 등이 발생하여 폭발하한계가 낮아지며 유동대전, 충돌대전, 분출대전과 같이 여러 형태의 복합 대전에 따른 방전현상으로 화재·폭발이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 최근의 사고사례를 바탕으로 회분식 공정에서 톨루엔을 통한 스플래쉬 필링(Splash Filling) 형태의 작업 시 위험성을 파악하고 당량법을 이용한 폭발영향분석을 수행하여 사고결과를 분석하여 이러한 사고를 예방하기 위한 상시적 불활성화, 세척 방법 개선, 탄탈럼 사용 등의 예방대책을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구를 통하여 P. aeruginosa PR3를 이용하여 DOD를 생산하기 위해 저가의 기질로서 필리핀 너트유가 효과적으로 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였으며 배지에 첨가되는 여러 영양인자들의 영향을 조사하여 DOD 생산성을 크게 향상시킬 가능성이 있음도 확인하였다. 따라서 DOD 생산에 이용되는 올레산을 식물성오일로부터 별도의 생산과정을 거쳐 생산하지 않고 식물성오일자체를 직접 기질로 사용함으로서 PR3 균주를 이용하여 고부가가치의 DOD를 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

중국소비자의 한국자동차 구매의도에 관한 연구 (A study on Chinese Consumer Behavior of Korean Automobiles)

  • Purpose - This study intends to analyze Chinese consumers' purchase intention of Korean automobile. The aims of this study investigated to find out how product attributes and brand image affect the consumer's purchase intention of Korean automobiles in China. We consider the product attributes, brand image as evaluation criteria, also recognized as objectives for purchase intention. This study aims to analyze the positive effects on Chinese consumers' purchase intention with the variables by using the research model. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on theory of Purchase Intention, the concept of purchase intention was assessed by two factors: a) product attributes, and b) brand image to test the proposed hypotheses. The survey was conducted for 30 days, from October 17 to November 16 in 2018. With IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 and IBM SPSS AMOS 23.0, factor analysis and regression, Cronbach's alpha and correlation were tested. 300 samples were used for this analysis. Results - As a main result, product attributes and brand image exerted significant effects on consumer's purchase intention. Thus,

    were supported. The results showed that the product attributes, brand image had positive effects on purchase intention. The findings of this thesis are as follows: Firstly, automobiles' quality factors were divided into two categories like product properties (price, performance, design, economy, and safety), and brand image (awareness, favorability, reliability, and familiarity). Second, it showed that product properties and brand image had positive impacts on purchase intention of consumer. Conclusions - The impact of product attributes and brand image on consumer perceived value of Korean automobiles in China can be seen as a universal psychology of consumers who trust automobile products such as high quality, technology, ets. The results offer some insights into the extended model and have important managerial implications for Korean automobile enterprise. As the findings of this thesis show, all strategic orientations have significant and positive effects on the ability of innovation. At the same time, automobile company must pay attention to quality. As the relationship between the automobiles' performance and brand image were positive and significant, automobile companies should have comprehensive strategic orientations focused on strengthening these factors.

공익에 대한 소비자의 지각과 태도가 공익관련 마케팅캠페인에 대한 소비자 태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Influence of Consumers' Perception and Attitude to Causes on Consumer Attitude toward a Cause-related Marketing Campaign)

  • Purpose - Ethical consumption is the action of buying one product over another with an ethical idea in mind. It has gained in popularity since the 1990s with more emphasis being put on the power of consumer actions to create social, economic, and environmental change. Ethical consumption involves boycotts of certain products or brands as well as purchases linked to ethical issues. Cause-related marketing (the buying behavior of ethical consumption) involves a for-profit and non-profit entity teaming up to promote a product at the same time as promoting a social cause. Each time a consumer buys that product, a donation is made by the for-profit entity to the non-profit entity supporting the specific cause. Cause-related marketing has become a tremendously popular type of ethical consumption in recent years owing to its reputation of allowing companies to "do well by doing good." This study examines how consumers' perception of cause and attitude influence their attitude toward a cause-related marketing campaign and attempts to suggest implications for marketers. Research design, data, and methodology - First, this study was designed to examine the consumers' perception factors (cause involvement, attitude for cause, attitude for company and brand familiarity) in order to determine whether these factors have significantly affected consumers' attitude toward a cause-related marketing campaign. Second, this study developed a structural equation model and tested it empirically using survey data from 223 individual respondents. Respondents were undergraduate students in Chungnam. They were shown an existing real campaign message of cause-related marketing, and then filled out a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 17.0 programs. Results - The hypotheses were tested using factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The study's results showed that brand familiarity, attitude to the company and attitude to the cause significantly affected consumers' attitude toward the cause-related marketing campaign and performance. In particular, attitude to the cause was significantly related to attitude and performance of the cause-related marketing campaign. However, the hypothesis about cause involvement was not supported with the results indicating that cause involvement did not affect consumers' attitude toward the cause-related marketing campaign. The findings underline the importance of consumer perceptions of the cause and the company and their attitude to the cause. They point to the importance of individual differences that influence consumer perceptions of the cause, the company and brand familiarity. Also of importance is the consumer's attitude to the cause. Conclusions - The findings suggest some practical implications in designing and implementing cause-related marketing campaigns. It is important to enhance brand familiarity and create a favorable attitude to the company and attitude to the cause before designing cause-related marketing campaigns. The rising popularity of cause-related marketing has been attributed to its potential to cut through advertising clutter. The findings in this study suggest that marketing campaigns supporting a cause make a difference.

누에품종별 혈당강하물질 축적양상 구명 (Accumulating Pattern of ${\alpha}-glycosidase$ Inhibitor in Various Silkworm Varities)

  • 누에장려품종 중 혈당강하제 개발에 적합한 품종 결정을 위하여 DNJ 함량을 정량한 결과, 봄에 사육한 금옥잠이 5.45 mg/gDW으로 DNJ 함량이 가장 높았다. 또한 누에 유전자원 원종 66품종의 DNJ 함량을 결정한 결과, 품종간 DNJ 함량 차이가 매우 큰 것으로 밝혀져, 혈당 강하제용 누에 육종시 기초자료가 될 수 있으며, 또한 DNJ 함량이 낮은 품종은 DNJ 축적 기작 연구에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.
