This study aims to examine the impact of customer experience and customer engagement on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in e-retailing in Indonesia. This study uses data from 512 respondents in six e-retailing namely; Bukalapak, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, Shopee and Zalora which are often used by students at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Halu Oleo University of Indonesia. The structural model developed in this study was tested using Partial Least Squared (PLS). The results of the study found that there was a reciprocal relationship between customer experience and customer engagement. The results also found that customer experience and customer engagement have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. In this study it was also found that customer experience has an indirect effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty through customer engagement, and customer engagement also has an indirect effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty through customer engagement. This study was focused on relationship between customer experience, customer engagement, satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore, future research is expected to be able to test the determinant factors of customer experience and customer engagement.

Purpose: to explore more deeply the variables of knowledge construction in influencing performance, through entrepreneurial leadership, motivation, organizational learning, and commitment to the performance of midwives in providing maximum service to patients and the community. Research design, data and methodology: using quantitative methods with hypothesis testing, data was obtained through direct visits and surveys to midwife practice locations through coordination with the Indonesian Midwives Association (IBI) regarding surveys to be carried out and needed. Results: there are 3 direct paths that have significant value. The path between the motivation variable to commitment was found to be significant, then the effect of organizational learning on commitment was found to be significant and finally the effect of the path variable from commitment to distribution performance was found to be significant. The indirect effect was found to be insignificant for the influence of entrepreneurial leadership through commitment to distribution performance, but different results found a significant indirect effect for the relationship between motivation through commitment to performance and organizational learning through commitment to distribution performance. Conclusion: there is a high commitment to the work of midwives, commitment as a good mediation in influencing distribution performance between organizational learning and work motivation.

This study analyzed the effects of school violence, parental violence, and academic stress on the middle school students suicidal ideation through depression and withdrawn. For this study, we used data from the 13th wave the Korea Welfare Panel Study(KOWEPS). The analysis was conducted on 391 middle school students. Structural equation modeling by using AMOS was used for this study. As results of the study, the biggest effect on the suicidal ideation was the total effect of school violence, and the direct effect was also significant. In other words, school violence is a partial mediating effect through depression and withdrawn on suicidal ideation. Parental violence was more indirect effect than direct effect through depression on suicidal ideation. In other words, parental violence is a complete mediating effect through depression on suicidal ideation. Academic stress was more indirect effect than direct effect through depression and withdrawn on suicidal ideation. In other words, academic stress is a complete mediating effect through depression on suicidal ideation. Withdrawn was not direct affect, but had an indirect effect through depression on suicidal ideation. Therefore, in order to prevent suicide of middle school students, there is a need for prevention of school violence, parental violence and academic stress, which are causes of depression.

The purpose of this research was to empirically explore the association between exposure to news of the nth Room Case, indirect trauma, and beliefs about the world among adults in their 20s. A total of 228 adults in their 20s participated in an online survey designed to study the association above. Analysis using SPSS 25.0 showed that participants who were exposed to more related news immediately after the nth Room case was revealed experienced a higher level of indirect trauma. Furthermore, indirect trauma fully mediated the relationship between exposure to the news of the nth Room Case and beliefs about the world. This study empirically demonstrated the impact of news exposure on beliefs about the world through indirect trauma, suggesting that, like disasters, sex crimes can cause indirect trauma to third parties through the news. However, this study was limited to adults in their 20s, and most of the participants were women; therefore, future studies using samples representing demographically more diverse groups are needed. Future research could also examine the possibility of emotional contagion mediating or moderating the relationship between news exposure and indirect trauma.

This study focused on adolescents who are studying in middle schools of the Gyeongnam region, aims to provide methods for improving school adjustment among adolescents through the enhancement of family strength. It will examine the effect of family strength on adolescents' school adjustment verify the mediating effect of social support in the influential relationships of school adjustment. The summarizations, obtained in this study are as follows: First, an analysis of the results of the effect of family strength on social support demonstrated that family strength had a positive effect on social support. That is, as family strength was higher, social support increased. Second, an analysis of the results of the effect of family strength on school adjustment show that family strength would have a direct effect on school adjustment, which is positive. Where family strength was higher, school adjustment of adolescents was also higher. Third, the results of the effect of social support on school adjustment when controlling family strength demonstrate that social support would have a positive effect on school adjustment, however, family strength did not predict school adjustment. Therefore, the complete mediating effect of social support in the relationship between family strength and school adjustment was identified. In conclusion, it was identified that family strength had an indirect effect on school adjustment, but not a direct effect. Therefore, it is indicated that indirect intervention through the social support system as well as direct intervention for the improvement of adolescents' school adjustment is required. In addition, it was confirmed that family strength and social support would be more important variables than control variables, which reflect the characteristics of adolescents and family in terms of school adjustment. Therefore, the recognition that the responsibility in adjusting to school is the common role of families, schools, and community going beyond the individual responsibility of adolescents is needed.

This paper aims at analyzing the characteristics of performance and asset management system of listed property trusts(LPT) in Australia, and elucidating the implications for Korean real estate indirect investment market. The main results of this paper are as follows. Firstly, LPT have a leading position among the real estate indirect investment systems in Australia, through the rapid growth of market capitalization. Secondly, LPT achieved superior risk adjustment performance than other financial products, and had valid portfolio diversification effect. Thirdly, many LPT have used stapled securities structure as a asset management system, and stapled LPT revealed superior risk adjustment performance than unit LPT. Finally, implications and policy measures such as using the stapled structure and activating the development activities were examined for the development of Korean real estate indirect investment market.

In this paper, we introduce the design consideration of the lightning induced transient protection circuit for the indirect lightning strike on the avionics equipment. The lightning induced surge voltage, which is so-called as indirect effects of lightning, may cause a functional failure or physical damage to the electrical and electronic equipment of aircraft. In order to protect the electrical and electronic equipment of aircraft from the indirect effects of lightning, we should analyze the effect of lightning strike on aircraft and consider applying protection design for each avionics device. However, lightning induced transient protection circuits can have unintended consequences because parasitic inductance elements are exist in PCB and TVS diodes. In this paper, we introduce the design method of the protection circuit considering the parasitic inductance of the protection circuit. In addition, we show the result of verification test performed to validate the protection circuits for indirect effects of lightning.

This study proposes an indirect constant voltage control algorithm for hybrid solid-state transformers (HSSTs) by using primary side information. Considering the structure of HSSTs, measuring voltage and current information on the primary side of a transformer is necessary to control the converter and inverter of the power converter. The secondary side output voltage is measured to apply the conventional secondary side constant voltage control algorithm, and thus, the digital control board requires the same rated insulation voltage as that of the transformer. To solve this problem, the secondary voltage of the transformer obtained from the tap voltage is used. Moreover, output voltage decreases as load increases because the proposed indirect constant voltage control scheme does not consider the cable impedance between the secondary output terminal and the load. This study also proposes a technique for compensating the secondary output voltage by using the primary current of the transformer and the resistance value of the cable. An experiment is conducted using a scale-down HSST prototype consisting of a 660 V/220 V tap transformer. The problem of the proposed indirect constant voltage control strategy and the improvement effect due to the application of the compensation method are compared using the derived experimental results.

Effect of damage and loss cost for downtime is huge, if physical devices such as turbines, pipe, and storage tanks are in the abnormal state originated from not only aging, but also cyber attacks on the control and monitoring system like PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). To improve availability and dependability of the physical devices, we design and implement an indirect health monitoring system which sense temperature, acceleration, current, etc. indirectly, and put sensor data into Influx DB in real-time. Then, the actual performance of detecting abnormal state is shown using the indirect health monitoring system. Analyzing data are acquired using the real-time indirect health monitoring system, abnormal state and security threats can be double-monitored and lower maintenance cost utilizing prognostics and health management.

Indirect illumination plays an important role for realistic image synthesis. We present a novel realtime indirect illumination rendering technique using image pyramids. Hundreds of thousands of indirect point light sources are stored into images, and then they hierarchically clustered into quad-tree image pyramids. We also introduce a GPU based top-down and breadth-first traversal of the quad-trees to approximate the illumination with clusters (set of lights). All steps entirely run on the GPU in real-time. Result images demonstrate that our method represents diffuse interreflection, especially a color bleeding effect well. We achieved interactive frame rates of tens to hundreads, without any preprocessing. We can avoid artifacts caused by sampling, and our method is seven times faster than a recently proposed sampling based method.
