The current manufacturers have generated tremendous amount of digitized product data to efficiently share and exchange it with other stakeholders or various software systems for product development. The digitized product data is a valuable asset for manufacturers, and has a potential to support high level strategic decision makings needed at many stages in product development. However, the lack of studies on extraction of key performance indicators(KPIs) from product data management(PDM) databases has prohibited manufacturers to use the product data to support the decision makings. Therefore this paper examines a possibility of an architecture that supports KPIs for evaluation of product development performances, by applying multidimensional product data model and on-line analytic processing(OLAP) to operational databases of product data management. To validate the architecture, the paper provides a prototype product data management system and OLAP applications that implement the multidimensional product data model and analytic processing.

This study aims to recognize damage indicators of typhoon and to develop damage function's indicators, using information derived from the actual loss of typhoon Maemi. As typhoons engender significant financial damage all over the world, governments and insurance companies, local or global, develop hurricane risk assessment models and use it in quantifying, avoiding, mitigating, or transferring the risks. For the reason, it is crucial to understand the importance of the risk assessment model for typhoons, and the importance of reflecting local vulnerabilities for more advanced evaluation. Although much previous research on the economic losses associated with natural disasters has identified the risk indicators that are indispensable, more comprehensive research addressing the relationship between vulnerability and economic loss are still called for. Hence this study utilizes and analyzes the actual loss record of the typhoon Maemi provided by insurance companies to fill such gaps. In this study, natural disaster indicators and basic building information indicators are used in order to generate the vulnerability functions; and the results and indicators suggest a practical approach to create the vulnerability functions for insurance companies and administrative tasks, while reflecting the financial loss and local vulnerability of the actual buildings.

Evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs involves measuring learning processes as well as outcomes. It is essential to study cohorts of students and graduates to evaluate the long-term effects of educational programs with data generated both during education and after graduation. The purpose of this study was to establish cohorts of students and graduates to evaluate their performance, thereby providing a basis for evaluating the social accountability of medical education. In this study, student and graduate cohorts were built for both students currently enrolled and graduates at Inje University College of Medicine (IUCM). A model involving the process of cohort establishment and an evaluation indicator framework was developed. In the process of cohort establishment, the following steps were conducted: defining the goals and objectives of the student and graduate cohorts, organizing a cohort committee, developing regulations, registering cohorts, acquiring consent, and building a database. A framework of evaluation indicators according to the graduate roles of IUCM was developed by adapting Kirkpatrick's evaluation model. Next, items to be collected in student and graduate cohorts were selected, and the current status of existing data was analyzed. Moreover, a preliminary analysis was conducted, including analyses of the evaluation indicators and graduates' performance. This study suggests that it is necessary to include additional evaluation indicators considering students' learning environment and well-being in student cohorts and to develop strategies or methods for graduates to continue participating in data collection for a long-term study.

With the methodology of AHP, this paper focuses on communication activities and their constituents in city parks, selecting 11 constituents, natural or artificial, and establishes an evaluation model on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of tourists' communication activities in order to obtain the weight and order of importance of the constituents of communication activities space. First-grade indicators influence weight and the order of the constituents of communication activities space are: artificial constituents (0.6614) > natural constituents (0.3386). The weight and order of five secondary indicators attached to natural constituents: private space (0.1538) > shade tree (0.0955) > gentle slope mound (0.0474) > beautiful waterscape (0.0270) > sunshine lawn (0.0149); the weight and order of six secondary indicators attached to artificial constituents: field boundary (0.2865) > Leisure chairs (0.1843) > resting areas (0.0795) > appropriate square (0.0533) > tree-lined road (0.0352) > landscape sketch (0.0227).Using modern decision analysis methodology to research the relationship of environment constituent elements has great theoretical and practical significance for the scientific design and construction of suitable environment for human needs.

본 연구는 K연구원의 상향식 R&D과제기획 차원의 신규 연구기획과제 선정평가를 위한 평가도구 개발에 목적을 두고 진행하였다. 이를 위해 CIPP모형과 연구기획평가를 위한 선정평가 및 평가지표에 관한 선행연구를 중심으로 R&D과제기획 선정평가 항목과 문항을 개발 한 후, 2회에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 개발된 평가도구는 13명의 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 내용타당도, 합의도 및 수렴도를 검증하였다. 최종 선정된 R&D과제기획 선정평가 도구는 8개 항목에 총 21개 문항으로, 상황평가 5 문항, 투입평가 2문항, 과정평가 8문항, 산출평가 6문항으로 구성되었다. 개발된 평가 도구는 상향식 기획 과정상의 문제점을 해소하고 연구자들의 기획역량을 제고하는 데 기여할 것이다. 또한, 선정평가 시 평가에 대한 일관성과 효율성 제고에 기여할 것이다.

이 연구는 우리나라 대학도서관 평가에 적용할 수 있는 평가 모형과 평가 지표를 개발하고, 이들의 실제적용 가능성과 타당성을 검증하기 위한 목적으로 2010년 9월부터 11월 사이 대학도서관 시범 평가를 수행한 결과를 다루고 있다. 이번 시범 평가는 제1단계는 정량평가, 제2단계는 정성평가, 제3단계는 이용자 만족도 설문조사로 진행하였고, 총점 1,000점을 배점하였다. 모두 58개 대학이 지원하여 특성화 3개 부문, 대 중 소대학 규모별로 각각 우수대학 1개 및 전체 최우수대학을 선정하였다. 이번 시범 평가는 평가 방식의 유동성, 촉박한 일정, 상이한 대학 규모와 특성 반영 제한 등 문제점이 있었으나, 기존 통계 데이터의 활용, 대학도서관 현황의 객관적 분석 시도, 대학당국의 관심 제고 등의 효과를 볼 수 있었다.

본 연구는 인쇄잡지 중심의 소장 패러다임 대 전자잡지 위주의 접근 패러다임이 대립하는 상황에서 대학도서관의 하이브리드형 학술지 수집정책의 이론적 토대가 되는 평가요소를 분석하여 한국적 실정을 고려한 외국 학술지의 평가모형 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 질문지법을 통하여 학술지 수집규모 상위 40개 대학도서관의 외국학술지 선정과정에서 예비평가지표(인쇄형 27개, 전자형 37개)의 적용도를 조사하고, 그 데이터를 다양한 통계적기법으로 분석하였다. 인쇄학술지 평가지표의 요인별 상대적 중요성은 응답 평균값으로 산출하였는데 그 결과는 학과당 구독종수, 이용도, 선정권한, 전자학술지 구독조건, ISI 영향지수, 국제성과 지명도, 구독가격, ILL/DDS 수장공간 순으로 나타났다. 한편, 전자학술지는 구독가격, 접근성, 전자학술지 구독조건, 컨소시엄, 선정권한, 접근확장성, 학과당 구독종수, 대학의 학문적 특성, ISI 영향지수, ILL/DDS 국제성과 지명도 순으로 나타났다.

본고에서는 에너지절약 홍보활동 성과에 대한 평가지표 설정은 Lasswell(1948), 노영우(2012)의 사례를 토대로, 먼저 홍보기관의 지표는 평판도, 인지도, 호감도, 신뢰도, 소통여부 등으로 구성되었다. 홍보내용은 첫째, 홍보내용에 대한 인식 평가지표로 홍보활동 내용의 인지도, 접촉도, 필요성, 홍보내용의 공감도, 절약의 영향력 등 8개 문항이며, 둘째는 홍보내용에 대한 평가지표로 홍보활동 내용의 만족도와 기여도 문항으로 구성되어 있다. 홍보매체에 대한 평가지표는 접촉하는 주요 홍보매체에 대한 식별, 접촉 매체의 신뢰도와 효과성, 그리고 에너지소비자가 홍보를 직접적으로 할 경우 가장 선호하는 홍보매체에 대한 식별 등이 평가항목으로 구성되어 있다. 홍보효과에 대한 평가지표는 실천도, 실행 강도, 그리고 실천이유와 실천하지 않는 이유 등이 평가항목으로 포함되어 있다.

Urban land consolidation, which is to reform land parcels to remove fragmentation and produce ideal blocks, is an effective means for urban renewal. Successful urban land consolidation brings out great benefits to the city officials as well as general public, such as improved city image, increased land value, and more effective land use. However, urban land consolidation can be detrimental to environment, especially in the ecological aspects, while the execution of land consolidation has been focused solely on development for the sake of human benefits. To remove negative effects of urban land consolidation to the ecological system, this paper is intended to establish a set of criteria for evaluating ecological impacts of an urban land consolidation plan. Firstly, key ecological indicators are identified using a special group decision-making process called "habitual domain analysis" and then individual weighting of each indicator is recorded by analytical hierarchy process. An urban ecological evaluation model with 4 levels and 23 indicators is thus developed.

Recently, the importance of emergency medical services has emerged, as rapid advances in urbanization and industrial development. Accordingly, the need for effective emergency medical services is increasing, and the evaluation of an emergengy medical services centers is conducted to meet these policy needs. The purpose of this study was to analyse the relationship between the structure and the process domain of the evaluation of an emergency medical services center based on the Donabedian's model and to verify the validity as an index of quality evaluation through the results. As a result of the analysis, there were some indicators that showed a different direction than expected, but generally there was a significant correlation between the structure and process domains of the evaluation of an emergency medical services center. This suggests that the process can be improved by improving the structure. In conclusion, as structure and process indicators in evaluation of an emergency medical services center show significant relationship, it can be evaluated as validity as a tool to measure the quality of emergency medical services.
