In modern automobile body manufacturing, the structural adhesive bonding is recognized to one of new joining techniques for the purpose of light weight body and its application scope in the automobile body has been gradually magnified. Specially, the structural adhesives have the advantages of not only enhancing the design flexibility of automobile body, but also improving automobile performances such as stiffness, crashworthiness and durability. In order to evaluate the performance simulation of the automobile body applied with structural adhesives, it is necessary to develop modeling techniques in the structural adhesives in advance. This paper aims to investigate modeling methodology of structural adhesive junctions for body stiffness simulation. Two main modeling points are the element selection for adhesives and the connectivity between adhesives and adherends. Both of the 1D element used in classical modeling and the 3D element which are more accurate are considered for the adhesives, and the congruent and incongruent mesh models of the adherends are compared for connectivity modeling. By applying the several kinds of modeling methodology to the simple structures, the simulation results are compared and some modeling guidelines are obtained.

본 연구는 온라인 인터넷쇼핑몰과 오프라인 백화점간 소비자의 반응에 대한 통합적 접근을 시도하여 각 업태별로 쇼핑상황에 따른 쇼핑가치의 조절역할을 분석하는데 중점을 두었다. 오프라인 백화점과 온라인 인터넷쇼핑몰에서의 쇼핑행동 차이를 하나의 틀에서 분석하고 영향요인을 규명함으로서 온ㆍ오프라인 통합의 효과나 멀티채널 전략에 적용할 수 있는 소비자행동의 변화를 파악하였다. 향후에는 단순한 4P's 중심의 마케팅 믹스(marketing mix)전략 보다는 온라인과 오프라인별 소비자의 쇼핑가치를 중심으로 한 고객세분화기준을 적용함으로서 효과적인 채널전략을 수립하는데 초점을 두어야 할 것이다.

This work describes the effect of electrode binder on the characteristics of electric double layer capacitor Among carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA), and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), the unit cell using CMC showed good rate capability between $2.5mA/cm^2{\sim}100mA/cm^2$ current density. However, CMC as a binder is incongruent, because the electrode bound with CMC is rigid and easy to crack during a press and winding process for fabrication of capacitor. The unit cell capacitor using the electrode bound with binary binder composed of CMC and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), especially in composition CMC : PTFE : 60 : 40 wt.%, has exhibited the better mechanical properties than those of the unit cell with CMC. On the other hand, it was also noted that the mechanical properties of CMC+PTFE electrode, coated on underlayer composed of CMC and carbon black, were much improved the binding force.

본 연구는 산업폐기물을 이용한 인공경량골재의 제조에 관한 실험적 연구이다. 실험결과, 산화슬래그를 부원료로 사용한 경우, 소성온도 $1,150^{\circ}C$에서 낮은 절건밀도와 낮은 흡수율을 나타내었고 유리연마슬러지의 경우는 본 연구에서 사용한 범위 이상을 사용하여야 경량화가 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 고로슬래그 미분말은 경량골재 원료로 사용하기에는 부적합한 것으로 판단된다.

${\mu}-PD KLN$법에 의해 육성한 KLN 단결정은 적색 레이저를 이용한 제2 고조파 발생(SHG) 특성 평가에 의해 noncritical phase-matching(NCPM)의 파장의 균일성과 우수한 온도 특성을 갖고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 융액의 조성을 변화시키면서 성장된 결정의 NCPM 파장 측정에 의해 조성과 SHG 특성 사이에는 민감한 상호관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이로부터 원료의 조성제어를 통한 ${\mu}-PD KLN$은 청색에서 녹색파장을 걸치는 넓은 범위에서의 선택적인 SHG 응용이 기대된다.

It is important to determine supporting locations for structural stability of a structure under non-uniform load in space interfered by other parts. In this case, There are many local optima with discontinuous design space. Therefore, The traditional optimization methods based on derivative are not suitable. Whereas, Genetic algorithm(GA) based on stochastic search technique is a very robust and general method. This paper has been presented to determine supporting locations of the vertical supports for reducing stress of the KSTAR(Korea super Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Research) IVCC(In-vessel control coil) under non-uniform electromagnetic load and space interfered by other parts using genetic algorithm. For this study, we develop a program combining finite element analysis with a genetic algorithm to perform structural analysis of IVCC. In addition, this paper presents a technique to perform optimization with FEM when design variables are trapped in an incongruent design space.

This study was carried out to evaluate the ciliates Euplotes sp. as a live food for marine fish larvae. The ciliates and the rotifers Brachionus plicatilis, which were cultured with the baker's yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae and the $\omega$-yeast emulsified with cuttle fish liver oil, were supplied to the larvae of flounder Paralichthys olivaceus and grouper Epinephelus akaara. Considering the size difference between the ciliates 68 $\cdot$ 7 $\mu$n and the rotifers 160 $\cdot$ 20 $\mu$n, the rotifers and ciliates were supplied to the larvae tank with the density of 2 inds./mL and 20 inds./mL, respectively. The survival rate and growth in length of the flounder larvae fed on rotifer were significantly higher than those on Euplotes sp.. In grouper larvae which have a small mouth diameter, even the survival rate of the larvae fed on the ciliates was better than that on the rotifers, it was very low less than $20\%$. Therefore, Euplotes sp. seem to be incongruent as a live food for marine fish larvae.

무선 센서 네트워크는 다양한 분야에서 연구되고 있다. 그 중 해양 센서 네트워크는 해양 환경 감시와 같은 다양한 목적으로 사용 될 수 있다. 그러나 무선 센서 네트워크는 주로 지상에서 연구된다. 기존에 지상에서의 연구는 해양에 적용하기에 부적합하다. 따라서, 해양 환경을 고려한 해양 센서 네트워크 구조를 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 해양 센서 네트워크에 클러스터링 기법과 기능별 노드 구축을 적용하였다. 각 클러스터는 클러스터 데이터를 수집하여 전송한다. 이중의 슈퍼 클러스터 헤드는 각각 수신한 클러스터 데이터를 베이스 스테이션에 전송한다. 제안한 해양 음파 센서 네트워크 라우팅 알고리즘을 구현하고, 테스트 베드를 구축하여 클러스터 데이터의 수신율을 분석한다.

Background: Wolbachia are among the most prevalent endosymbiotic bacteria and induce reproductive anomalies in various invertebrate taxa. The bacterium has huge impacts on host reproductive biology, immunity, evolution, and molecular machinery. However, broad-scale surveys of Wolbachia infections at the order scale, including the order Coleoptera, are limited. In this study, we investigated the Wolbachia infection frequency in 201 Coleopteran insects collected in Korea. Results: A total of 26 species (12.8%) belonging to 11 families harbored Wolbachia. The phylogenetic trees of based on partial 16S rRNA gene sequences and partial Wolbachia surface protein (wsp) gene sequences were largely incongruent to that of their hosts. This result confirms that Wolbachia evolved independently from their hosts, Conclusion: Phylogenetic trees suggest that complex horizontal gene transfer and recombination events occurred within and between divergent Wolbachia subgroups.
