  • In this paper we introduce the notion of quotient in-cline and obtain the structure of incline algebra. Moreover, we also introduce the notion of prime and maximal ideal in incline, and study some relations between them in incline algebra.

  • In this paper, we introduce the concept of a generalized right f-derivation associated with a derivation d and a function f in 𝚪-incline algebras and give some properties of 𝚪-incline algebras. Also, the concept of d-ideal is introduced in a 𝚪-incline algebra with respect to right f-derivations.

  • In this paper we show that if K is an incline with multiplicative identity and I is an r-ideal of k containing a unit u, then I = K. Moreover, we show that in a non-zero incline K with multiplicative identity and zero element, every proper r-ideal in K is contained in a maximal r-ideal of K.

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to show the effectiveness of performing squat exercises at various angles to show the maximum muscle activity of the Vastus Medialis Oblique (VMO) and Biceps femoris (BF). Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: A total of seventeen healthy young adults (8 males and 9 females) voluntarily participated in the study. All subjects randomly performed three different squat variations as follows: A squat performed with the ankle joint at $0^{\circ}$ of incline, a squat performed with the ankle joint at $5^{\circ}$ of incline, and a squat performed with the ankle joint at $10^{\circ}$ incline. Muscle activity was measured using surface electromyography. Electrodes were placed on the VMO and BF to measure the muscle activity on the various ankle angles for comparison analysis. Results: There was a significant increase in bilateral VMO muscle activation at $10^{\circ}$ of incline compared to $0^{\circ}$ and $5^{\circ}$ (p<0.05). Greater increases in muscle activation and exercise effect was observed with increasing incline angles of the board. Changes in bilateral BF muscle activity were found; however, none were found to be significant. Conclusions: Bilateral VMO activity was found to be significant when the squats were performed at an ankle angle of $10^{\circ}$ of incline when compared to at an ankle angle of $0^{\circ}$ and $5^{\circ}$ of incline. Squats performed on an incline can be recommended as an effective method to facilitate lower extremity muscle activities.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of one repetition maximum between flat bench press exercise and incline bench press exercise, and so 40 male students of U-university were sampled purposedly, who were skilled in flat bench press and incline bench press exercises. After measuring lRM of each exercise by free barbell weight, the correlation analysis and the simple regression analysis were examined by using SPSS 120 at a significance level .05. The conclusions were as follows; Firstly, it was identified that 1RM of flat bench press exercise and incline bench press exercise were $89.2{\pm}25.9kg$, $67.1{\pm}22.1kg$ respectively, and the coefficient of correlation between two variables was 0.969, so the relationship was positive correlation. Secondly, it was identified that the regression equation predicted 1RM of incline bench press exercise was significant actually and statistically, so it was expressed that the equation was -6.648 + 0.827 (1RM of flat bench press exercise).

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of 8 direction incline and rotation exercise on pain and dynamic balance in the patients with chronic low back pain(CLBP). 20 patients who were diagnosed with CLBP were included for the study. 10 patients(experimental group) were treated by modality{Hot Pack(H/P), Transcutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation(TENS), Ultra Sound(U/S)} and then performed 8 direction incline and rotation exercise. The other 10 patients(control group) were only treated by modality. The therapeutic intervention was taken three times a week for 6 weeks. Dynamic balance was assessed by Star Excursion Balance Test(SEBT) and pain was assessed by Visual Analog Scale(VAS). VAS scores of both groups were decreased. However, the experimental group was more significantly decreased than the control group. The dynamic balance of both groups was significantly increased in anterior, posterior, medial, lateral direction. But experimental group was more significantly increased than the control group. In conclusion, 8 direction incline and rotation exercise was effective on pain and dynamic balance in CLPB.
