ASP 서비스 성공요인에 관한 실증적 분석 (An Empirical Analysis on the Success Factors of ASP Services)

  • To overcome rapidly changing business environment, companies are focusing on their core business areas. Outsourcing in general has become a standard to sustain competitive advantage. ASP(Application Service Provider) service, another form of IT outsourcing, is business model for providing a contractual service offering to deploy, host, manage and rent access to an application from a centrally managed facility. The main purpose of this study is to investigate on the factors contributing to the success of ASP services by conducting an empirical research to enterprises using ASP service. For this purpose, we developed a research model based on the literature reviews of ASP services, IT outsourcing, and relational exchange. A total of 106 usable survey responses has been used in the analysis. The unit of analysis was relationship and respondents were person in charge of ASP service of each corporation. The findings indicates that (1) service tangibles, customization, partnership, IS maturity and monitoring of the vendor had an positive influence upon non-economic benefits, (2) service tangibles, IS maturity and monitoring of the vendor had an positive influence upon economic benefits, and (3) service tangibles, reliability, partnership and monitoring of the vendor had positive influence upon satisfaction about outcomes of relationships.

  • "The Act on Medication Treatment of Sexual Impulse of Sex Offenders" known as chemical castration has been effective since July 2011 in Korea. According to the law, monitoring of male sex hormone in urine is enforced to request National Forensic Service more than once a month after injection of medicine designed to reduce sex impulse. We established a rapid and sensitive method for the monitoring of testosterone (T) and epitestosterone (E) in human urine by liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Three mL of urine was pretreated by solid-phase extraction for purification and performed enzymatic hydrolysis. The pretreated samples were extracted twice with 2 ml of ethyl acetate and n-hexane (2 : 3). The separation was applied on Thermo Hypersil GOLD C18 column ($1.9{\mu}m$, $100{\times}2.1mm$). A gradient elution of methanol and water of 0.1% formic acid were used as mobile phase and the retention time was less than 10 min. LC-MS/MS system coupled with an electrospray ionization source was performed in multiple reaction monitoring mode. The transitions of the analytes executed as following: m/z $289{\rightarrow}97$, 109 for T and E, m/z $292{\rightarrow}109$ for $T-d_3$ and $E-d_3$ as internal standards. The validation results of the method were satisfactory. The limits of detection were 0.05 ng/ml and the limits of quantification were 0.1 ng/ml. This method was successfully applied to real human urine sample. The developed method will be useful for monitoring T/E ratio in urine of sex offenders.

정책 기반의 합성된 웹 서비스 품질 모니터링 시스템의 설계 (A Design of Policy-Based Composite Web Services QoS Monitoring System)

  • 웹 서비스 기술이 안정화됨에 따라 기업내 혹은 기업간 웹 서비스들을 통합한 합성된 웹 서비스의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 또한, 비기능적 속성은 다르지만 유사한 기능을제공하는 웹 서비스들의 증가로 인하여 품질관리는 중요한 이슈로 여겨지고 있다. 품질관리를 위해서는 모니터링 기능이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 중개자를 통한 합성된 웹 서비스의 품질 모니터링 시스템의 설계를 제안한다. 이 시스템은 OWL-S를 사용하여 합성된 서비스의 프로세스를 명세하며 WS-Policy를 사용하여 다양한 요구사항인 정책(각 서비스 입력 출력값, 품질요소 및 품질요소 값 등)을 명세하여 합성된 서비스 프로세스모델에 첨부한다. 또한, 센서를 이용하여 명세한 정책과실제로 모니터링된 데이터의 값을 비교하여 불일치하면 위반사항이 발생하였음을 웹 서비스 제공자 및 사용자에게 통보함으로서 품질을 관리한다. 제안한 시스템의 검증을 위하여 여행 예약 시스템 예제를 가지고 평균 응답시간과 타임아웃 정책을 적용하여 모니터링한 결과를 보여 준다.

  • Sensors based bridge monitoring system (SBBMS) is designed to perform real-time monitoring and to store the performance history of in-service bridges. In general, visual inspections play a major role in maintenance of in-service bridges; however, they are not adequate to document the behavior of a bridge. Therefore, visual inspections and sensor based monitoring systems complement each other. Sensor based bridge monitoring systems consist of hardware and software systems. The hardware system contains the sensors and data-loggers to measure the behavior of a structure, the communicational equipment to transmit the measured data from the site to the monitoring center, and the computers to arrange and analyze the data. The software system controls data-loggers, arranges and analyzes the measured data, makes real-time display, stores the performance history.

  • 본 논문에서는 u-헬스케어 응용 서비스 지원을 위한 액티브 모델 기반의 서비스 컴포넌트를 제안한다. 서비스 컴포넌트는 헬스케어 응용 서비스의 개발을 지원하기 위해 기능을 세분화하여 구현하였다. 특히, 분산 객체그룹 프레임워크를 기반으로 다양한 헬스케어 홈서비스에 분산객체 기술을 이용하여 통합된 환경에서 적응형 정보 서비스를 제공하는데 중점을 두었다. 그리고 본 논문에서 제안한 서비스 컴포넌트를 헬스케어 홈 모니터링, 모바일 모니터링, 웹기반 모니터링과 같은 헬스케어 응용 서비스에 적용하여 수행 결과를 보인다. 또한 응답시간과 네트워크 부하와 시스템 부하에 대한 성능 평가 결과를 보였다.

Vancomycin Therapeutic Drug Monitoring 운영 실태 조사와 업무 개선 방안 (An Improvement Plan with Assessment of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Service for Vancomycin)

  • The objective of this study was to analyze and to improve therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM) service of vancomycin in a local hospital. Patients with TDM service between September 2005 and December 2008 were included and the data were collected for vancomycin use and components of TDM. During that period, 421 cases of TDM service of vancomycin in 236 patients were retrospectively reviewed. The first dosages of vancomycin were appropriate in 135(57.2%) patients and administration of vancomycin was discontinued in 126(53.4%) patients due to therapeutic failure or adverse drug reaction. MRSA was identified in 191(80.9%) patients and 135(70.7%) samples for the identification were sputum. According to the TDM reports, 232(55.1%) serum samples were obtained at the steady-state conditions and 55.5% of the samples that were drawn before the steady-state was due to the physician's inappropriate knowledge about the steady-state. Based on the time of vancomycin administration, 35.8% of the samples were not obtained at the recommended sampling time. For the patients in general wards, the most common reason for the incorrect samples was routine serum sampling by the laboratory medicine phlebotomists between 6 and 8 a.m. except sunday. In contrast, samples drawn by nurses or physicians at inappropriate time were the most common reason for the incorrect samples with patients in the intensive care units. Physicians accepted 68.5% of the recommendations for vancomycin dosage and administration. In conclusion, TDM service of vancomycin needs to be improved in inappropriate sampling time and vancomycin dosage. For solving these problems, current team made of TDM pharmacists and physicians of laboratory medicine can be expanded to include a physician of infectious diseases, nurses and laboratory medicine phlebotomists as new members. Through the TDM service of vancomycin by the new team, we can settle the problems and make the guideline for the scientific controversies associated with therapeutic monitoring of vancomycin.

  • In this paper, we present a real-time remote patient monitoring service through world-wide web, which allows the medical doctor to monitor his patients in remote sites using popular web browsers. The real-time service consists of two services: Patient Locator Service (PLS) and Vital Sign Monitoring Service (VSMS). The PLS provides the information of patients currently being monitored. The VSMS allows the user to observe a stream of vital sign data of a specific patient. The vital sign data include ECG, respiration, temperature, $SPO_2$, invasive blood pressure and non-invasive blood pressure.

  • 생태환경 감시 시스템은 센서노드, 게이트웨이, 서비스플랫폼, 그리고 웹브라우저로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 생태환경 감시 서비스에서 다뤄질 수 있는 서비스 기능과 게이트웨이 리소스트리를 설계하였다. 게이트웨이 서비스기능은 oneM2M 규격의 공통 서비스 기능을 근간으로 하며, 게이트웨이 리소스트리는 센서 들의 데이터들을 처리하는 애플리케이션 부분과 게이트웨이에 링크되어 처리되는 부분, 마지막으로 디바이스 등록, 센싱, 제어, 프로파일을 관리 처리하는 부분 구성된다.

  • As indoor pollutants such as carbon dioxide and dust mainly affect the respiratory and circulatory systems, there is an increasing need for real-time indoor / outdoor environmental monitoring. In this paper, we have developed a real - time environmental monitoring system using the cloud-based 3G integrated environmental sensor module for environmental monitoring. A highly reliable environmental information monitoring system requires various IT technologies such as infrastructure (server, commercial software, etc.), service application software, security, and authentication. A real-time environment monitoring system based on cloud service that can provide reliable service satisfying these configuration requirements is proposed and implemented. It is expected that this system can be applied to various technologies such as indoor automatic window opening/closing system based on the Internet.
