Recently, the importance of systematic Land-monitoring has been emphasized. The existing Law does not include any definitions or regulations of monitoring. Although there exist laws regarding examining and measuring the current status of region, utilization, distribution, share, security and management of the data need to be improved. In order to upgrade the Land-monitoring system, several tasks such as terms, building cycle, forms, scope, management team should be well-defined. In this study, problems of the Land-monitoring is investigated by understanding the legislation in the land planning system and its operating system. The setting of the land-monitoring concept in Framework Act on the National Land and revision of specific laws in this field were introduced. Finally, new Land-monitoring legislation covering the improvement of the data-acquisition and co-utilization were suggested.

With the cyber incidents increasing every year, opinions are being raised that legal system relating to incident reporting needs to be revised to improve the cyber incident reporting rate, etc. Accordingly, this paper suggests a legal improvement to enhance the effectiveness of cyber incident reporting. First, by analyzing domestic media coverage, this paper defines the problems which need to be improved regarding an incident reporting system as "unreported" and "not timely reporting". Then, this paper finds four requirements for legal improvement like "a reporting entity", "a starting point of reporting", "a reporting deadline" and "a protection of reporting information" by analyzing the relationship between reporting relating problems and issues published by overseas institutions and additionally by analyzing the need to revise the law. Finally, through an analysis of legislative cases, this paper suggests a legal improvement for the requirements.

In this study, the disaster management and disaster medical improvement was described in underground space(specifically underground shopping center) in case of fire disaster occurred. Firstly, statue and system was discussed concerning building law, safety, fire services, refuge. The underground in Seoul management is classified as to space and form and management agent is different according to the type form. Because the difficulty of emergency rescue arises due to individual management system unified system needs to be established and improvement of facility management agent is necessary. For the patient to be transfer on the ground, corporation between command head quarter and emergency rescue team are essential. And disaster information and emergency medical information are also need to be considered. Therefore, effective countermeasures for emergency saving is urgent considering distribution of medical institution and medical treatment.

Recently, various platforms utilizing blockchains have appeared. In order to develop the blockchain, it is required to improve related laws and institutions. In this respect, we analysis of the laws and systems related to domestic blockchains, draw out the limitations, and suggest directions for improvement. The research method was analyzed the literature and related laws through literature review. It is difficult to analyze the whole law and system at one time, so we examined the necessary laws and systems to revitalize the blockchain. It is confirmed that legal improvement is needed on the scope of electronic transactions and electronic financial transactions, electronic commerce, digital signatures, import and export, personal information protection, blockchain industry promotion and research. Through this, we expect a balanced development of effective blockchain revitalization and protection of national fundamental rights. Individual studies on the legal provisions and systems for each item in the future can be conducted.

In this paper, we present a effective method to control robotic systems by an iterative learning algorithm. This method is based on the concepts of the learning control law which is introduced in this paper, that is, avoidance of using derivative of system state and ignorance of high frequency influence in system performance. By means of the betterment of performance due to the improvement of estimated unknown information, the learning control algorithm compels the system to gradually approach in desired trajectory, and eventually the tracking error asymptotically converges upon zero. In order to verify its utility, one degree of freedom of manipulator has been used in the experiments and the results illustrate this control scheme is very effective.

An agriculture which is one of the national security industry, has recognized the importance. International country have attention to the automatization of machine for the improvement of agriculture. However, because of modernization of agriculture, the rate of accurrence about agriculture accident has increased dramatically. Especially the rate of accurence of agricultural accident is higher than the other industrial accident in the developed country. Because of these reasons, developed country has efforted to the agriculture system about safety. Australia law for the safety system of agriculture is very well and the rate of accident in the self-management agriculture is included in the statistics of industrial But The rate of accident in self-management agriculture is very higher In future we have to try new method about Agricuture Safety of Korea.

set of building has to be amended by applying the provisions for matters relating to collateral responsibility to protect actively the owner of the induction of sets that were built to builder to rights and convenient improvement of set building, other laws are the same is applied to a set of building, for work of confusion is expected, in the present study, to understand the defect liability of recently revised set building method, and reasonable set of buildings through a comparative analysis of related laws by presenting the direction of defect liability is to be considered a countermeasure after presenting the effect of laws through survey.

This study intends to suggest the improvements for the legal systems related to the conservation of mountain ridge areas. The 4 legal systems directly related to the conservation of mountain ridge areas are reviewed and the current conditions of adaptive reuse of mountain areas and destroy cases in Hwasung are examined. For solving the problems on the basis of the analysis, three proposals for the improvement on legal systems are suggested. First, the integration of present dual legal systems related to adaptive reuse of mountain areas on the assumption that the related criteria and provisions should be amended, second, activation of the legal systems such as natural landscape district and natural landscape review to make up for the laws related to adaptive reuse of mountain areas, third, the enactment and application of the ordinances related with the 'mountain area management law'.

This study is about the Type classification of architectural assets in Seosungro (one of the 4 Roads of Rampart in Junggu, Daegu), the main stronghold of Urban Regeneration projects according to the recent Urban Regeneration law. The purpose of this study is to suggest the basic data about Operation management method of Original Downtown modern buildings and valuable hanok, and Conservational Regeneration of Architectural property of Urban Environmental Improvement and Architectural assets. By researching, analysing the feature and classifying the type of the buildings in Seosungro, The type classified Conservation plan can be suggested. The Types of the Architectural assets will be the basic data of the application plan of modern buildings which is for the urban regeneration, and this can predict the quantity and the demand of the building for effective urban regeneration, and also can be an effective Urban regeneration policy data.
