위탁 급식 업체 웹사이트 이용 실태 및 중요도.수행도 분석 -식품영양학전공 학생을 중심으로- (An Evaluation of Contract Foodservice's Web sites by Importance and Performance Analysis - For Students Majoring in Food & Nutrition -)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate contract foodservice's websites. The survey sample consisted of students majoring in food and nutrition having good knowledge of foodservice. The questionnaire requested information related to demographics, internet usage, contract foodservice company websites, and the evaluation of the websites. The data were analyzed using SPSS for windows(version 12.0). The results are summarized as follows. From the results of the factor analysis in evaluating the contract foodservice's websites, 7 factors were generated and were defined as technology & interactivity, customer service, interface, design & convenience, contents, communication, and offering of information. Of these, technology & interactivity(p<0.05), customer service(p<0.01), interface(p<0.05), design & convenience(p<0.001), content(p<0.01), communication(p<0.01), and offering of information(p<0.01) had a significant effects in terms of the on satisfaction with a website. Since the beta of the "design & convenience" factor(0.319) was the largest, it had the greatest effect on satisfaction. In the importance performance analysis, the respondents showed high recognition on the importance, but low recognition on the performance, of aspects such as menu composition, attraction of the website, offering a FAQ section, and the operation of Q&A. Also, the importance score for 'offered relevant websites' was significantly higher than the performance score. Therefore, contract foodservice companies should take into account these aspects for improving their websites.

부산지역 일부 초·중학교 영양(교)사의 식품알레르기 관리 현황 및 중요도 인식 (Perception of Importance and Management of Food Allergy among Elementary and Middle School Nutrition Teachers (Dietitians) in Busan)

  • This study was conducted in order to evaluate the current status of management of students affected by food allergy and provide basic data necessary to school foodservice. A survey was conducted on 300 nutrition teachers (dietitians). For food allergy management, 79.3% of participants regularly checked on students with food allergy. The rate of providing allergy-free or alternative food for students with food allergy was 35.7%; and the reasons for not providing such food was 'lack of cooking time and employees' (69.4%). Furthermore, 79.7% of participants provided nutrition education and counseling for students with food allergy and the reasons for not providing education and counseling was 'lack of time' (59.0%). Nutrition teachers (dietitians) with experience of job training related to food allergy comprised 53.7%. The mean score of importance of food allergy management was 4.02/5.00. The items with high scores of importance of ${\geq}4.20/5.00points$ were periodical check on students with food allergy, sending newsletters or homepage posting of foods causing allergy; however, provision of allergy-free or alternative food scored 3.64/5.00 points. The score of importance was significantly higher in those who checked on students with food allergy (p<0.05), offered allergy-free or alternative food (p<0.01), and in those with experience of job training (p<0.05) than those who did not. Therefore, in order to manage students with food allergy, nutrition teachers (dietitians) require on-going training on food allergy in order to practice provision of alternative foods and administrative support to the cooking personnel and facilities.

치과위생사의 의사소통에 관한 중요도 인식과 능력 차이분석 (Difference analysis of importance perception and ability of communication among dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the importance of perception and communication ability among dental hygienists and provide evidence for the activation of communication education necessary to improve communication ability required in the actual dental field. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 227 members attending conservative education in 2020. Results: The following are mean scores of each area of communication according to importance: message conversion ability, 3.82 points; interpretation ability, 3.74 points; goal setting ability, 3.51 points; self-expression ability, 3.48 points; and role performance ability, 3.46 points. The ability was interpreted in the following order: interpretation ability, 3.61 points; message conversion ability, 3.56 points; role performance ability, 3.43 points; self-expression ability, 3.32 points; and goal setting ability, 3.10 points. The highest score in terms of importance of awareness was 4.27 points, the highest among interpretive abilities, that is, to 'listen carefully to know what the other person intends to say.' When it comes to communication skills, the highest score was 4.12 points for 'a nod or a facial expression of understanding while listening to each other.' Conclusions: In devel oping a training program related to communication for dental hygienists at the clinical site, the curriculum reflecting seven items that needs improvement should be revised; and through this, it is expected that dental hygienists' communication skills will be improved.

소 농장 HACCP 평가항목의 점수부여 체계 개선을 통한 현장 적용 연구 (A Study on the Field Application through the Improvement of Scoring System for HACCP Evaluation Items of Cattle Farm)

  • 본 연구는 동일한 평가점수 체계를 이용하여 HACCP 심사를 하고 있는 소 농장 HACCP 평가항목에 대한 문제점을 개선하기 위한 방안으로 최근 3년간 심사결과 지적비율 분석, 위해의 심각도 수준 분석 그리고 중요도 수준 분석 등을 평가항목별로 분석하여 이를 토대로 평가점수를 차등 부여하였다. 최근 3년간 지적사항 발생비율을 조사하여 평가항목별로 발생 비율을 조사하였다. 위해의 심각도 수준은 한국식품안전관리인증원의 심사관 자문을 통해 해당 평가항목이 가축(원유) 또는 인체에 미치는 영향이 안전성에 직접 관련 된 경우와 시정조치에 많은 시간이 걸리는 경우에는 '상(3점)', 해당 평가항목이 가축(원유) 및 인체에 미치는 영향이 안전성에 간접적으로 관련된 경우(위해정도가 상대적으로 낮은 경우)와 시정조치에 많이 시간이 걸리는 경우에는 '중(2점)', 해당 평가항목이 가축(원유) 및 인체에 미치는 영향이 안전성에 간접 관련된 경우와 즉시 시정이 가능한 경우에는 '하(1점)'으로 설정하였다. 지적사항 발생비율과 위해의 심각도 수준을 이용하여 포트폴리오 맵을 사용하여 선행요건 관리 분야에서 최종적으로 중요도가 높은(발생비율, 위해 심각도가 높은 영역에 포함된 평가항목) 항목으로 11개(19.0%,) 중요도가 중간(발생비율, 위해 심각도 중 한 곳만 높은 영역에 포함된 평가항목)인 항목은 18개(31.0%) 그리고 중요도가 낮은(발생비율, 위해 심각도 모두 낮은 영역에 포함된 평가항목) 평가항목 29개(50.0%)로 구성되었다. HACCP 관리 분야는 중요도가 높은 항목 4개, 중간항목 5개, 낮은 항목은 6개로 구성되었다. 배점기준은 중요도 높은 항목은 3점, 중간 항목은 2점, 낮은 항목을 1점으로 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 개발된 평가항목별 배점기준과 현재 사용하고 있는 평가항목별 배점 기준을 소 농장에 적용하여 비교분석한 결과 그 차이점이 명확하게 나타나 심사의 객관성이 향상될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 아울러 HACCP 제도의 목적인 안전한 축산물의 생산과 소비자에게 안전한 축산물 공급에도 부합할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

병원 간호사의 지각된 간호관리역량에 대한 중요도와 수행도 (Clinical Nurses' Perception on the Importance and Performance of Nursing Managerial Competencies)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate clinical nurses' perception on nursing managerial competencies. Methods: This was a descriptive study. The data were collected from 198 nurse managers who had worked in six general hospitals using a self-reporting questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Importance-Performance Analysis. Results: Only 32% of the participants had experienced nursing managerial competency training. The mean score for perceived performance of nursing managerial competency was lower than that for perceived importance. There were significant differences in perceived importance, performance, and importance-performance gaps among head, charge, and staff nurses. Importance-performance analysis showed that three of the 30 nursing managerial competencies require further development: staffing, human resources development and education, and nursing standard development competency. There were significant differences in importance-performance gaps according to age, career years in current hospital, work shift, position, nursing delivery system, and nursing managerial competency-education experience. Conclusion: A training program for developing and improving nursing managerial competencies which is focused on the gaps in importance and performance level is needed for clinical nurses. In addition, it should be considered to improve nursing work conditions such as nursing delivery system and formal appointment in order to increase the performance of nursing managerial competencies.

지역약국 필수 실무실습 교육의 중요도, 수행도 및 교육요구도 분석 연구 (A Study on the Importance, Performance, and Educational Needs of the Community Pharmacy Practice Education)

  • Objective: The purpose of the study was to analyze the difference in the importance and performance of the educational content of the community pharmacy practice and find the factors that influence it. Methods: A 5-point Likert scale questionnaire asked about the importance and performance of the pharmacy practice education items to community pharmacy preceptors, current students, and professors. Data were analyzed using Microsoft office 365 Excel and IBM SPSS 21.0. Results: A total of 117 people participated. The averages of importance and performance were 4.34±0.34 and 3.71±0.45, respectively. Except for the computational entry of prescriptions and medication history, the average score for the importance of all educational items was statistically significantly higher than the one for performance. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) identified over-the-counter medication counseling, over-the-counter drug selection consultation, pharmacy management, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and understanding and implementation of drug use evaluation as the items that needed focused effort. Borich's needs were highest in the adverse drug reaction monitoring. Conclusions: Overall, high importance and low performance indicate a need for improvement in community pharmacy practice education. Since the demand for education was high in over-the-counter medication counseling, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and OTC drug selection consultation, various supports are urgently needed to strengthen pharmacy practice education in this area in the future.

호스피스자원봉사자가 지각한 호스피스자원봉사자 활동의 중요도 및 수행도 (The Importance and Performance of Hospice Volunteer's Activities Perceived by Hospice Volunteers)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 호스피스자원봉사자가 지각한 자원봉사자 활동의 중요도 및 수행도를 파악하고자 수행되었다. 방법: 연구대상은 대구와 경북지역 소재 6개 종합병원의 호스피스 병동 및 호스피스 팀에서 활동하고 있는 자원봉사자 259명이다. 대상자가 지각한 자원봉사자 활동에 대한 중요도 및 수행도 조사를 위해 문헌고찰 및 호스피스자원봉사자 면담을 기초로 작성된 호스피스자원봉사자 활동 목록이 사용되었다. 자료수집 기간은 2007년 9월부터 10월까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 12.0을 이용하여 서술통계, T-test, One-way ANOVA와 사후검정으로 Scheffe test, Pearson's product-moment correlation 등으로 분석 하였다. 결과: 호스피스자원봉사자가 지각한 자원봉사활동 중요도의 평균은 3.09점, 수행도는 2.31점으로서 중요도에 비해 수행도가 상대적으로 낮았다. 대상자가 지각한 자원봉사자 활동의 중요도와 수행도에는 유의한 상관관계가 있었다(r=.487, P=.000). 대상자의 종교, 교육수준 및 자원봉사활동 기간에 따라 자원봉사자 활동에 대한 중요도 지각에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대상자의 연령, 종교 및 자원봉사활동 기간에 따라 자원봉사활동 수행도에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 결론: 호스피스자원봉사자가 지각한 자원봉사자 활동의 중요도는 높은 수준이었으나 수행도는 여기에 미치지 못하고 있었으며, 일부 자원봉사자의 특성이 호스피스자원봉사자 활동에 대한 중요도 지각과 수행도에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이상과 같은 본 연구의 결과는 호스피스자원봉사자 교육 프로그램 개발 시에 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 뿐 아니라 자원봉사자에 대한 효율적 관리에도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

근대 문화유산의 평가 기준과 상대적 중요도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Value Criteria and Relative Importance for Conservation of Modern Cultural Heritage)

  • 본 연구는 지역주민, 향토사학자들이 찾아낸 근대 문화유산을 1차적으로 평가할 수 있는 기준을 제공하기 위함이다. 최근 근대 문화유산을 보전하기 위해 정부 차원에서 등록문화재 제도를 도입하고 있으나, 정부와 전문가의 손길이 닿지 않는 곳곳에 숨겨진 지역 문화유산의 발굴을 위해서는 지역에 기반한 현황조사가 필요하다. 하지만 현재의 기준은 서술적으로 기술되어 있어 다소 모호하고, 일부 가치만을 반영하고 있어 적용하는데 어려움이 있다. 반면, 80년대 이후 서구 유럽에서도 유사한 논의가 전개되었으며, 평가기준에 있어 초기 건축적, 미학적 가치만이 아닌 사회문화적, 학술적 가치와 최근에는 경제적 가치를 중요한 평가가치로 제시하며 발전해 왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서양에서 시계열적으로 확장되어온 문화유산의 선정가치를 참조하여, 보전 가치와 관련한 역사적, 미학적, 사회 문화적, 학술적 가치, 활용 가치와 관련한 교육적, 경제적 가치로 구분하여 재구성하여 제안하였다. 다만 선정된 가치를 동일한 수준으로 평가하는 것이 적절하지 않음에 따라, 쌍대비교(paired comparison)를 이용하여 상대적 중요도와 값을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 전통적으로 중요한 가치로 인식되었던 역사적 가치는 여전히 가장 주요한 선정 기준이었음을 확인하였다. 반면, 과거 중요한 가치였던 미학적 가치는 새롭게 등장한 사회 문화적 가치 비해 낮게 평가되었다. 개별 시설의 아름다움보다는 근대문화유산의 사회, 환경적 관계를 보다 중요시함을 알 수 있었다. 활용가치의 경우, 보전 가치에 비해 상대적으로 낮게 평가되었다. 본 연구의 의의는 현재 건축적 가치와 미학적 가치 중심으로 평가되어 사라지고 있는 근대 문화유산에 대해 다각화된 가치를 선정 기준으로 반영함으로써, 지역민 스스로도 지역 내 근대 문화유산을 비교적 쉽게 평가할 수 있도록 하기 위함이다.

섭취식품군 점수에 근거한 대구경북지역 초등학생들의 식사의 다양성과 영양섭취상태 평가 (Food Diversity and Nutrient Intake of Elementary School Students in Daegu-Kyungbook Area)

  • This study was intended to investigate the relation between nutrient status and food diversity of elementary school students in Daegu-Kyungpook area. The subjects were 164 elementary school students (82 boys, 82 girls) who participated in "Dietary Intake Survey of Infants, Children and Adolescents" conducted by Korea Food & Drug Administration and Korea Health Industry Development Institute. We analyzed the nutritional status for two non-consecutive days by 24 hour recall method. Adequacy of dietary intake was evaluated by the proportion of subjects consuming nutrients less than Estimated Average Requirements (EAR). Food diversity was compared by using Dietary Diversity Score (DDS) and Dietary Variety Score (DVS). Nutrients intake was significantly higher in boys than girls. Subjects who consumed all food groups showed higher intake of energy and other nutrients. Boys maintained better diet quality than girls, measured by Dietary Diversity Score (DDS) as well as Dietary Variety Score (DVS). Based on these results, nutrition education for elementary school students should focus on the importance of consuming all food groups with more attention for girls.

급식소 선행요건프로그램에 대한 영양사의 중요성 인지도 평가 (Evaluation of Dietitians' Perception of Importance about Prerequisite Program in Foodservice Facilities)

  • The purpose of the study was to evaluate the perception of importance about prerequisite program(PRP) of dietitians. A questionnaire was developed to achieve research objectives and sent to random samples of 450 dietitians by a mail from July to August in 2000 ; 242(54%) responses were analyzed. The respondents used three-point-scale to rate their perception of importance about PRP from 1-"will be necessary" to 3-"very important". All statistical analyses were conducted using SAS package(version 8.12) in order to have means, standard deviations, One-way analysis of variance, Duncan’s multiple range test and t-test. The study results were summarized as follows. The rates of perception of importance about PRP were significantly different from 21 of the 37 contents among business and industry, health care and school foodservice and were significantly different from 16 of the 37 contents among direct and contract management(p<.05 or p<.01 or p<.001). Dietitians in business and industry had lowest perception of importance about PRP of other respondents. Generally, the item related to ‘‘employee hygiene practice’ had the highest perception level score among PRP in foodservice facilities. Results indicate that there is a need for increased education of dietitians about PRP and appropriate practices.
