Over the last decade, the field of supply chain management (SCM) and e-business has received an enormous amount of attention from practitioners and academicians. However, little has been known about how and to what extent small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are implementing SCM initiatives and e-business practices. This paper proposes a comprehensive research model and presents the survey results of these practices of SMEs located in Wisconsin and illinois, U.S., In terms of competitive strategy and priority, value chain activity priority, supply chain and e-business integration focus, SCM best practices implementation focus and challenges, and business performance. The analysis reveals several valuable insights into how SMEs should run their businesses in today's volatile, rapidly changing customer economy.

Since 1990's, many enterprises have implemented ERP System. Especially, they want to become an advanced company use ERP implementation. Already, ERP system come to high level which is stabilized and support independent business process of many industry sectors. Although most companies had previous good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and had many problem about Project team operation. Therefore, important success factors for ERP project are change management and organization activation for Project team. The purpose of this study is suggest to improve method about team activation through analysis the Project team member's individual personality as a factor that makes the success of Project team. This paper studied success factors of project team and plan for organization activation. The results of this study can be used for a successful implementation of the ERP system as make of Project team consider of individual personality and administer a Project team.

This paper presents the implementation of comparator which is self-testing with respect to the faults caused by any single physical defect likely to occur in NMOS and CMOS integrated circuit. The goal is to use it for the fault-tolerant system. First, a new fault model for PLA(Programmable Logic Array) is presented. This model reflects several physical defects in VLSI circuits. It focuses on the designs based on PLA because VLSI chips are far too complex to allow detailed analysis of all the possible physical defects that can occur and of the effects on the operation of the circuit. Second, this paper shows that these design, which has been implemented with 2 level AND-ORor NOR-NOR circuit, are optimal in term of size. And it also presents a formal proof that a comparator implemented using NOR-NOR PLA, based on these design, is sol f-testing with respect to most single faults in the presented fault model. Finally, it discusses the application of the self-testing comparator as a building block for the implementation of the fault-tolerant system.

This study was examined the relationship between the exogenous and endogenous variables in our model to measure ERP system performance using path analysis. The exogenous variables are system quality, user participation, user training, top management support and self-efficacy, and the endogenous variables are system usage, user satisfaction, and work efficiency. The results of the study are shown as follows. First, all the exogenous variables in our model have a direct effect on user satisfaction, and system quality, training, and self-efficacy have a direct effect on system usage. Second, system usage has a direct effect on user satisfaction and user satisfaction has a direct effect on work efficiency. The findings show that the exogenous variables in the model are important to increase ERP implementation success.

In this paper, we achieved software and hardware implementation of SHA-1 hash function for sensor network. We implemented the software to be compatible with TinySec. In hardware design, we optimized operation logics for small area of hardware and minimized data transitions of register memory for low power design. Designed the software and hardware is verified on commercial sensor motes and our secure motes respectively.

An analysis is made of a new 1Gbps MB-OFDM system having same bandwidth and transmission power as conventional 480Mbps system. $2{\times}2$ MIMO scheme and MLD with soft decision demodulation algorithm are proposed in this paper. As a result of hardware implementation, it showed as same performance as conventional MB-OFDM system, while presenting doubled data rates and low complexity.

본 논문에서는 사람의 감성에 의해 판단되는 음악의 표절에 대한 논란을 IT 기술을 이용해 표절 판단의 근거를 제공할 수 있는 음악콘텐츠 표절분석시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이를 위해 음악콘텐츠의 요소 파악을 기초로 유사한 서로 다른 두 음원의 표절분석을 수행하여 유사도를 측정하는 시스템을 개발하고자 하였다.

This paper is intended to trace and management of a medical specimen and its report in a hospital. To avoid missing and decaying specimen and to establish of order in the circulation of specimen, at the moment sampling, RFID tags for each are on examiner. And then, specimen is monitored easily, quickly and, correctly. We developed implementation LIS system has better CQI (Continuos Quality Improvement) using RFID and XML, ADO.net, ASP.net, C# 2.0. RFID technology replaces to an existing the bar-code system. Also for more convenience, we used a PDA-RFID module. The LIS system consists of main sorrel, SQL 2005, event display and analysis web page developed using asp.net 2.0 and sharing specimen data information using XML technology.

In this paper, we suggest the system analysis method that integrate IDEFO and IDEFIX. Based on the method, we propose the procedure which can be used to build CALS/EC system in manufacturing industry. Also, applying the procedure and method to electronic company, we construct the CALSEC prototype system. With the three types of view-point, process, information technology and standard, we proceed the implementation of CALS/EC in manufacturing industry. We divide the electronic company's process into five core process, 1)processes-product concept planning process. 2)product development process, 3)procurement process, 4)delivery/distribution process and 5)customer service process.

This paper presents the analysis and design of an active electromagnetic interference (EMI) filter (AEF) for the common-mode (CM) noise reduction of switching power converters. The features of the several types of AEFs are discussed and compared in terms of implementation. The feed-forward AEF with a voltage-sensing and voltage-cancellation (VSVC) structure is implemented for an LLC resonant converter to replace a multiple-stage passive EMI filter and thereby reduce CM noise. The characteristics and performance of the VSVC-type AEF are investigated through theoretical and experimental works.
