Recently, the environment has been recognized as an important factor in increasing competitiveness in the industry. In agriculture and rural areas, the environment is becoming important in terms of the competitive advantage of agricultural products and continued regional development. This study intended to provide farmers with basic data for the continuous development of local agriculture through exploratory studies of environmental behaviors and regional development. In this study, 107 questionnaires were used for analysis of farmers in Jinan County to analyze the impact of farmers' environmental consciousness on regional development, and the research model was verified using a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that among the components of the environmental consciousness of farmers, environmental health has a statistically significant positive effect on environmental behaviors, while environmental interest and soil environment do not have an impact. The environmental behaviors of farmers have not been shown to be statistically significant to regional development. As a result of the analysis of this research, first, it is necessary to foster at the local level by establishing a customized fostering system for each village and region, such as education and technical support to vitalize the participation of young farmers and small and medium-sized farmers through the establishment of an Eco-friendly agricultural organization support system. It is necessary to raise public awareness of the public good function of agriculture and expand opportunities for sharing the value of Eco-friendly agriculture.

Purpose: The study identified the impact of health status, health promoting behaviors, and social problem ability on college adjustment among nursing students. Method: The subjects consisted of 208 nursing students. Data collected from October to November 2011 were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Result: The mean scores of health status ($3.20{\pm}.56$), social problem ability ($3.20{\pm}.43$), and college adjustment ($2.95{\pm}.57$) were above the average. But health promoting behaviors ($2.31{\pm}.39$) was the average. Health status was significantly different according to grade, dwelling, and academic achievement. Health promoting behaviors was significantly different according to gender. College adjustment was significantly different according to gender, grade, religion, dwelling, reason of nursing department application, and academic achievement. But social problem ability was not significantly different according to general characteristics. Significant correlations were found among health status, health promoting behaviors, social problem ability and college adjustment. Health promoting behaviors, social problem ability, academic achievement, and gender were influencing factors of college adjustment (47.3%). Conclusion: These findings indicate that it is considered to gender, academic achievement, health promoting behaviors, and social problem ability to improve college adjustment of nursing students. Will also reflect the need to develop programs to promote desirable college adjustment among nursing students.

Impact behavior of polycarbonate in various defect state was investigated using an instrumented impact fester. A mettled of analyzing raw impact data was developed and successfully demonstrated the impact behavior in terms of load-displacement and energy-displacement curves. This technique was shown to be capable of separating defect, no-defect initiated fractures as well as their propagation behaviors.

Transformational leadership styles are seen as key to inspiring employees to embrace change, as well as to build a sense of responsibility and autonomy at work. This study aims to examine the impact of managers' emotional capacity on transformational leadership behavior in enterprises in Vietnam. Using quantitative research methodology, through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and linear structure model (SEM), with survey data of 632 samples who are managers of different levels in the enterprise. Research results show that the emotional capacity of managers has both a direct and indirect impact on transformational leadership behavior through the intermediary factors of knowledge sharing at work and corporate social responsibility for employees. Based on that, the study proposes a number of recommendations to promote transformational leadership behavior in enterprises. The findings of this study have demonstrated the importance and impact of managers' emotional capabilities across multiple dimensions of transformational leadership behavior. These are both theoretical and practical contributions that provide managers with greater insight into their emotional capabilities and the need for transformational leadership behaviors. At the same time, the results of this study will also be an important foundation for further research.

This paper aims to identify the impact on self-satisfaction of shopping tendencies and purchase behaviors for luxury goods. The research was conducted by survey method using questionnaires. The subjects of this study were female consumers from 20 to years old with a high purchasing capability for luxury goods. Using the statistics program SPSS 21.0, factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, and multiple-regression analysis were executed. The analysis results are summarized below. For shopping tendency depending on ages, pleasure pursuit tendency showed insignificant difference in 40~50s, but significant difference in 20~30s. For the self-satisfaction, the interpersonal satisfaction showed the difference by age group, which was much higher in the respondents in 30~50s than those in 20s. Individuality pursuit tendency and rational shopping tendency had impact on self-satisfaction and rational shopping tendency on interpersonal satisfaction in 20s. Pleasure pursuit tendency and rational shopping tendency had impact on self-satisfaction and interpersonal satisfaction and pleasure pursuit tendency on the economic satisfaction in 30s. Pleasure pursuit tendency had impact on self-satisfaction and economic satisfaction and rational satisfaction on interpersonal satisfaction in 40s. Pleasure pursuit tendency and rational shopping tendency had impact on self-satisfaction and interpersonal satisfaction in 50s. High quality had impact on self-satisfaction and economic satisfaction and practicality on interpersonal satisfaction in 20s. High quality had impact on self-satisfaction and interpersonal satisfaction in 30s. High quality had impact on interpersonal satisfaction in 40s. High quality had impact on all elements of self-satisfaction for the respondents in 50s, practicality had negative impact on interpersonal satisfaction.

본 연구에서는 저속 충격에서 충격 속도에 따른 금속복합재료의 동적 거동을 연구하였다. 시험에 사용된 재료는 모재로 AC8A와 보강재로 알루미나($Al_2O_3$)와 탄소를 사용하였으며 용탕 주조법을 이용하여 금속복합재료를 제조하였다. 금속복합재료에는 15%의 부피분율을 가진 알루미나 예비성형체와 알루미나와 탄소를 각각 12%와 3% 사용한 혼합 에비성형체가 사용되었다. 제조된 금속복합재료는 인장 시험과 진동 시험을 통해 인장 강도와 탄성계수를 구하였으며, 저주파 여파기(low pass filter)와 계장화 충격 시험기를 이용하여 충격 속도에 따른 금속복합재료의 충격 거동을 연구하였다. 저주파 여파기를 이용함으로써 충격 속도에 관계없이 안정적인 실험치를 확보할 수 있었다. 충격 속도의 증가에 따라 모재와 금속복합재료의 충격에너지는 증가하였으나, 동적인성치는 일정한 값을 보였다. 충격 속도가 증가할수록 충격에너지 중 균열전파에너지의 향상이 두드러졌으며, 재료의 변형량이 증가하였다. 충격에너지 중 균열개시에너지와 동적파괴인성치의 관계를 설명하기 위하여 변형율 에너지와 노치에서의 응력 분포를 이용하여 간단한 모델을 제시하였으며, 이로부터 균열개시에너지는 동적 파괴 인성치의 자승에 비례하고 탄성계수에 반비례하는 것을 보였다.

본 연구는 인터넷 소비자의 구매지연행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 하였고, 인터넷 소비자의 상황적 요인과 지각된 불확실성이 구매지연행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 서울 수도권 지역의 인터넷 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 394부의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 전반적 구매지연에는 부정적 경험과 후회회피가 정(+)의 영향요인으로 나타났다. 결제단계 지연에는 시간압박성, 구매변경 가능성, 부정적 경험 및 후회회피가, 장바구니 포기에는 시간압박성과 부정적 경험, 후회회피가 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 전반적인 구매지연과 결제단계 지연에는 정보, 선호 및 심리불확실성이, 장바구니 포기에는 정보 및 심리 불확실성이 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 본 연구는 인터넷 소비자의 구매지연행동의 상황적 요인과 지각된 불확실성을 분석함으로써 인터넷 분야 연구의 이론 확장 및 다양화에 기여하였고, 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 고객관리와 마케팅 전략에 유용한 자료를 제공한 의의가 있다.

Dynamic behaviors of the impact damper are studied experimentally and numerically. In order to investigate wide range of excitation frequencies and amplitudes, a simple but high amplifying and bias-free experimental setup is designed. Experiments focused on the harsh operation condition demonstrate Accelerated mass loading which not only deteriorates the performance of the impact damper but also involves the structural resonance which should be avoided for the stability of the system. In the previous studies, instability or deterioration of the performance was reported for the off resonance frequency region. But this paper shows that the performance deterioration and structural resonances can be predicted. Using finite element modeling and analysis, accurate system parameters were derived and used for the numerical modeling employing the conservation of the momentum. Numerical study of the transient responses using 4th-order Runge-Kutta method demonstrates general performance of the system, and shows that accelerated mass loading phenomenon is deeply related with the vibration amplitudes and the mass of the auxiliary system.

In this study a computer program is developed for analyzing the elasto-plastic dynamic behaviors of the plate subjected to line-loading by a low-velocity impactor. The equilibrium equation associated with the Hertzian contact law is formulated to evaluate the transient dynamic behaviour of the impacted plate. Compared with an elastic analysis, the effects of material plasticity are presented. Consequently, in the case of elasto-plastic analysys, impulse decreases, displacements increase and contact time duration is longer than the elastic case for same finite element model. And the time variation of the impacting load is not significant due to the plasticity except at the beginning of impact duration, and the induced stresses of the plate are more realistic.

In this work, effects of oxygen plasma on surfc1ce characteristics of carbon fibers were investigated in impact strength of carbon fibers-reinforced composites. The surface properties of the carbon fibers were determined by acid/base values, FT-IR, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Also, the mechanical properties of the composites were studied by impact strength measurements. As experimental results, the $O_{IS}/C_{IS}$ ratio of the carbon fiber surfaces treated by oxygen plasma was increased compared to that of untreated ones, possibly due to development of oxygen-containing functional groups. The mechanical properties of the composites, including impact strength had been improved by the oxygen plasma on fibers. These results could be explained that the oxygen plasma resulted in the increase of the adhesion of between fibers and matrix in a composite system.
