Since the World Health Organization (WHO) classification for central nervous system neoplasms was declared in 2000, chordoid glioma of the third ventricle has been noted as a newly recognized tumor for central nervous system neoplasms. Although there is not enough universal experience to know the nature of this tumor due to its rarity, the origin of chordoid glioma was guardedly proposed to be the ependymal cells of the third ventricle. Such an idea has been primarily based on the specific location of the tumor, that is, third ventricle, suprasellae, and hypothalamus. However, we report a rare case of histologically confirmed chordoid glioma located in the left thalamus, not attached to any of the midline structures having unusual neuroradiological characteristics.

As the technology, global economy, and social structures and patterns have rapidly been changing since the 20th century, the forward-thinking leaders in the world begin to realize that they must embrace a new paradigm in management and organizational theories. The new idea of management is focused on equality rather than hierarchical structure, and more responsive to the external environment, more flexible, and better prepared to give customers what they want. From this new paradigm revolution, the nonprofit organizations like youth development organization are trying to approach and implement the new theories and models. This study attempted to introduce the historical trend and a new paradigm of youth development organizational structures and programs in the USA that may help Korea to improve youth organizations and programs. The youth development sector should create healthy, thriving organizations and structures that cultivate staff, programs, partnership between youth and adults, and community.

We can efficiently collect crops or minerals by operating multi-robot foraging. As foraging spaces become wider, control algorithms demand scalability and reliability. Swarm robotics is a state-of-the-art algorithm on wide foraging spaces due to its advantages, such as self-organization, robustness, and flexibility. However, high initial and operating costs are main barriers in performing multi-robot foraging system. In this paper, we propose a novel method to improve the energy efficiency of the system to reduce operating costs. The idea is to employ a new behavior model regarding role division in concert with the search space division.

The most remarkable and characteristic problem of design is that of creativity of design. Originality is a part of creativity. In the process of designing, we used to handle design thoughts that shows some patte군 of divergent and productive thoughts. During design thinking, for example 'Idea sketch', We also are under Pattern Recognition and Gestalt principles organization. In this study, it is reorganized that the 'Originality Test of Line Drawing(OTLD)'is a measurement system for personal originality. There is a regression on two tests of OTLD, which has 1 Semester Interval. From the regression data, Test2 = 7.763 + 0.643Test1, F value : 55.219, Prob : 0.0001. We would suggest a measurement system for an ability of originality in design fields, but we couldn't find any reliability and validity for Fine Art fields. In this point, OTLD could be a development tool for design creativity.

In this study, we investigate the possibility of deploying a recently emerging Internet-based technology, called Web log or Blog, to address the problems of knowledge transfer and sharing, particularly in the case of tacit knowledge. We examined the use practice of four blogs and then identified several properties relevant to knowledge transfer and sharing. They include the specific style of blog format, content ownership attribution, posted article organization, communication tools and method, news feed function, and various links from/to outside websites. These features were argued to facilitate knowledge transfer and sharing. In particular, we discussed a great deal about the structure of comments and links as tools for collaboration and idea sharing, which enables the knowledge conversion processes (socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization), We then provide several guidelines to develop blogs as a knowledge management tool.

In this study, an overall survey of ERP system and methodology are first introduced, then an efficient way of const겨cting ERP system is suggested through a case study on S company S company has not reached the goal of ERP system as it planned and is still working on the project. The main idea for the efficient construction methodology of ERP system is that BPR (Business Process Reengineering) should be accomplished and the company should have enough time to test the ERP package and a proper ERP team organization before the ERP system is introduced. It is suggested that introduction of ERP system bring about benefits to companies in terms of effective management system.

The purpose of this study is to review and evaluate the proper planning for 2030 Incheon Urban Parks & Green Space Master Plan. Some of the plans are aimed at multiple small districts within the city's old town, as local governments are planned to be sub-subsidized by Incheon Metropolitan City. However, these plans have become simple plans for each district and therefore find it difficult to collect from the perspective of the using system of the residents who are directly used. First, the construction of the urban park and green space network requires the construction of a service using system that can be felt by the users. Second, the basic idea of each district planned as the detailed strategy of the master plan should be planned through consultation with nearby the district. Third, specific targets and directions for the urban park and green space plan through the urban development project are needed.

The purpose of this research is to highlight the importance of customer experience relating to servitization of manufacturing and to develop an index to analyze customer experience management. It occurred that customer experience management analysis should perform in diverse dimensions to get higher customer satisfaction. Following to this idea, new idex is designed : CEMC(Customer Experience Management Competency scale). CEMC includes three parties which are internal expert, external expert and customer, as evaluators of the appraisal. Each evaluator participates in the inspection about customer experience management through a questionnaire which composed four sections : Product and service, Business process, Culture and Asset. Researchers apply this index to one small manufacturing business and analyze the state of customer experience management. The result would be a reference for building strategy and align inside organization.

Correspondence security between IoT devices is a significant concern, and the blockchain makes the latest difference by reducing this matter. In the blockchain idea, the larger part or even all organization hubs check the legitimacy and precision of traded information before tolerating and recording them, regardless of whether this information is identified with monetary exchanges or estimations of a sensor or a confirmation message. In assessing the legitimacy of a traded information, hubs should agree to play out an uncommon activity. The chance to enter and record exchanges and problematic cooperation with the framework is fundamentally decreased. To share and access the executives of IoT devices data with disseminated demeanour, another confirmation convention dependent on block-chain is proposed, and it is guaranteed that this convention fulfils client protection saving and security. This paper highlights the recent approaches conducted by other researchers to secure the Internet of Things environments using blockchain. These approaches are studied and compared with each other to present their features and disadvantages.

본 연구는 요양보호사의 직무자율성에 대한 인식 확산 및 고령화가 급격히 증가되는 시점에서 요양보호사를 대상으로 직무자율성과 혁신행동의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이에 서울지역에서 근무하는 요양보호사를 대상으로 직무자율성과 인구통계학적 특성 요인들이 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 직무자율성, 작업스케줄, 의사결정, 방법론, 연령, 학력, 시설유형, 시설규모, 직급 등이 혁신행동에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 요양보호사는 조직 환경에서 직무에 대한 자율성이 많이 부여될수록, 조직풍토가 새로운 아이디어를 지양하는 분위기일수록 그리고 요양보호사에게 직무자율성이 많이 부여될수록 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이를 바탕으로 시설장은 요양보호사들이 보다 새로운 아이디어를 제시할 수 있는 조직풍토를 제공하는 한편, 요양보호사들의 직무자율성 향상을 위한 경영전략 및 개발이 요구되어진다.
