Recently, measuring instruments for SHM of structures had being developed. In general, the wireless transmission of sensor signals, compared to its wired counterpart, is preferable due to its absence of triboelectric noise and elimination of the requirement for cumbersome cable. However, the research on the tall buildings with relatively small vibration levels is insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, we used the wireless MEMS sensor and iPad to compare and analyze the vibration measurements of three tall buildings and two towers.

본고에서는 ITU-T P.910 권고사항을 이용하여 영상 화질의 주관적 평가를 실시하였다. 최악의 평가 결과의 경우를 고려하더라도 스마트폰 등의 무선단말기에서는 500kbps 이상으로 부호화할 경우 원본의 영상과 뚜렷한 차이를 인지하지 못하는 것으로 분석되었으며, 원본영상 대비 테스트 영상의 주관적/객관적 화질평가 결과는 시각적으로 원본 영상과 테스트 영상 간의 품질 차이를 인지하지 못하는 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 점을 고려할 때 입력 영상 및 출력 영상 그리고 대역폭 관계를 고려하여 타깃 비트 레이트(target bitrate)를 적절하게 설정하는 것이 필요하다. 비트 레이트가 증가함에 따라 느끼는 이용자들의 주관적인 만족도는 점차 감소하지만, 네트워크 비용은 체증하기 때문에 적절한 수준의 비트 레이트 설정이 사회적으로 바람직할 수 있다.

KODAS is made up of the Central Control System(CCS) as four Vax workstations linked up with LAN networks, six Substation Communication Control Units(SCCU) installed in substation to transfer data, 125 Feeder Remote Units(FRU) located at the lower position of automated switch to provide the information of Fault Indicator(FI) and three kinds of automated switches to have remote control functions such as SF6 gas feeder automation switch, recloser and gas insulated pad mountes switchgear for under ground line. This paper explains the functions and characteristics in detail about each devices mentioned above.

최근 전자책 시장이 활성화 된 계기는 잘 알다시피 2007년 아마존에서 킨들(Kindle)이란 전자책 단말기를 출시하고 부터이다. 전자잉크(e-Ink) 디스플레이 화면 기술을 적용하여 매우 가볍고 읽기 편한 화면의 단말기를 출시하였다. 2008년에는 빈스앤노블에서 Nook라는 단말기를 출시했으며 올해 4월에는 애플에서 LCD 화면에 태블릿 형태의 아이패드(iPad)라는 단말기를 출시해 사용자들의 획기적인 반응을 얻고 있다. 단말기 하드웨어가 전자책 시장의 중요한 성공요인 중에 하나이지만 이에 못지않게 콘텐츠의 확보와 서비스 모델이 중요하다. 이들 회사는 도서유통에서 시작해 다량의 전자출판 콘텐츠를 확보하고 또한 독자들이 용이하게 콘텐츠에 접근하도록 서비스하고 있다. 전지출판물 콘텐츠 시장에서 사용자들이 원하는 콘텐츠를 제작업체나 공급업체에 독립적으로 서비스 받으려면 콘텐츠 포맷과 DRM 기술 등에 대한 표준화가 지원되어야 한다. 이러한 표준화를 통하여 저자가 작성한 전자책 콘텐츠를 어느 출판사든 사용할 수 있어야 하며, 어느 유통사를 통해서든 최종 독자들에게 근본적인 변환 없이 서비스될 수 있어야 한다. 이번 특집호에서는 최근 주목을 받고 없는 전자출판물 시장의 동향을 살펴보고 국내에서의 전자출판물 육성방안, 전자책 포맷의 표준화 동향, 디지털교과서 표준화 동향, 그리고 전자출판 서비스 및 솔루션 기술에 대해 살펴보기로 한다. 이를 통해 전자출판물에 대한 이해를 돕고 향후 전자출판물 시장이 성장하는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

CRM은 기업이 고객과 관련된 내외부 자료를 분석 통합해 고객 중심 자원을 극대화 하고 이를 토대로 고객특성에 맞게 마케팅 활동을 계획, 지원, 평가하는 과정이다. 본 논문은 Enterprise 환경에서 기존에 구축되어 있는 정보시스템을 활용하여 실시간 접근이 가능한 모바일 기기와 연동을 함으로써 효율성을 증대시킨 iPad 용 MobileCRM Application을 설계하였다.

2007년 Amazon.com이 미국에서 e-Book 전용 단말기 'Kindle'을 출시한 이래, Sony와 대형 서점 Barnes&Noble등 메이저 업체는 물론 다수의 중소업체들이 e-Book 시장에 진출하고 있다. 최근에는 Apple이 iPad를 출시하고 e-Book 시장에 진출한 가운데, Google 역시 6월 이후 e-Book 시장에 진출할 것을 발표함으로써 e-Book 시장의 경쟁이 더욱 치열해지고 있다. e-Book의 급속한 보급증가와 함께 이런 방대한 도서를 관리하는 곳에서 자동 도서 분류의 필요성도 증가하고 있다. 기존의 문서분류 방법들은 대게 수작업, 텍스트(단어)의 집합으로 간주하여 기계 학습방법을 그대로 적용하거나 약간의 변형을 가한 방법들이 대부분 이었다. 본 제안서에서는 데이터 마이닝 분야에서 사용되는 DRFP-Tree 구조를 이용하여 e-Book 내의 문장들의 패턴을 저장하고 이를 사용하여 e-Book을 분류하는 방법을 제안한다.

In this paper, we consider the rational approximation of multiple input delay systems. The method of computing Hankel singular values and vectors is firstly introduced, where explicitly shows the structure of the corresponding Hankel singular vectors. Secondly, rational approximants are obtained from output nor- mal relizations, which are constructed by Hankel singular values and vectors. As a result, it is shown that rational approximants by output normal realization preserve intrinsic properties of time delay systems than Pad'e approximants.

Many people are now enjoying mobile games using various smartphone platforms. However, we have to develop games separately for each smart device platforms so far. Cocos2d-x, a game development framework is released to solve this problem. As a multiplatform version of the existing Cocos2d, Cocos2d-x can make one source code run on various platforms. It is an open software that is able to be used by everyone, and when using it, mobile games can be developed easily based on C++ and OpenGL. In this paper, we implemented a PC laboratory decorating game application, named ILove501, using Cocos2d-x. The 501 is a room number of our PC lab. ILove501 includes an educational feature of solving quizzes in order to highlight positive effects of game. For implementation of a multiplatform game, ILove501 was developed in Windows and iOS environment at the same time, and we verified the results of the execution by porting on a variety of devices such as Android, iPhone, iPad and Galaxy Tab.

This experimental study was designed to investigate the effects of FOENICULI FRUCTUS freeze dry powder (FF) on the change of cerebral hemodynamics [regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and mean arterial blood pressure (MABP)] in normal and further to determine the mechanism of action of FF. The results in normal rats were as follows ; FF significantly increased rCBF in a dose-dependent, but decreased MABP, This results were suggested that FF significantly increased rCBF by dilating PAD. The FF-induced increase in rCBF was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with 1H[1,2,4]oxadizolo[4,3-a]quinoxalin-1-one (ODQ, 10 ${\mu}$g/kg, i.p.), an inhibitor of guanylate cyclase and indomethacin (IDN, 1 mg/kg, i.p.), an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase and propranolol (PPN, 3 mg/kg, i.p.), a blocker of adrenalic f receptor and Lu-Nitro-L-Arginine (L-NNA, 1 m9/kB, i.p.), an inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase. The FFE-induced decrease in MABP was significantly increased by pretreatment with L-NNA and was increased by pretreatment with PPN, Dut was inhibited by pretreatment with ODQ and IDN, This results were suggested that the mechanism of FF was mediated by nitric oxide synthase and adrenalic ${\beta}$ receptor.

Assistive listening devices (ALDs) refer to various types of amplification equipment designed to improve the communication of individuals with hard of hearing to enhance the accessibility to speech signal when individual hearing instruments are not sufficient. There are many types of ALDs to overcome a triangle of speech to noise ratio (SNR) problems, noise, distance, and reverberation. ALDs vary in their internal electronic mechanisms ranging from simple hard-wire microphone-amplifier units to more sophisticated broadcasting systems. They usually use microphones to capture an audio source and broadcast it wirelessly over a frequency modulation (FM), infra-red, induction loop, or other transmission techniques. The seven types of ALDs are introduced including hardwire devices, FM sound system, infra-red sound system, induction loop system, telephone listening devices, television, and alert/alarm system. Further development of digital wireless technology in hearing instruments will make possible direct communication with ALDs without any accessories in the near future. There are two technology solutions for digital wireless hearing instruments improving SNR and convenience. One is near-field magnetic induction combined with Bluetooth radio frequency (RF) transmission or proprietary RF transmission and the other is proprietary RF transmission alone. Recently launched digital wireless hearing aid applying this new technology can communicate from the hearing instrument to personal computer, phones, Wi-Fi, alert systems, and ALDs via iPhone, iPad, and iPod. However, it comes with its own iOS application offering a range of features but there is no option for Android users as of this moment.
