Let $\mathcal{A}$ be a factor von Neumann algebra with dimension greater than 1. We prove that if a linear map ${\delta}:\mathcal{A}{\rightarrow}\mathcal{A}$ satisfies $${\delta}([[a,b],c])=[[{\delta}(a),b],c]+[[a,{\delta}(b),c]+[[a,b],{\delta}(c)]$$ for any $a,b,c{\in}\mathcal{A}$ with ab = 0 (resp. ab = P, where P is a fixed nontrivial projection of $\mathcal{A}$), then there exist an operator $T{\in}\mathcal{A}$ and a linear map $f:\mathcal{A}{\rightarrow}\mathbb{C}I$ vanishing at every second commutator [[a, b], c] with ab = 0 (resp. ab = P) such that ${\delta}(a)=aT-Ta+f(a)$ for any $a{\in}\mathcal{A}$.

In this paper, we generalize some results about Bertrand curves and Razzaboni surfaces in Euclidean 3-space to the case that the ambient space is Minkowski 3-space. Our discussion is divided into three different cases, i.e., the parent Bertrand curve being timelike, spacelike with timelike principal normal, and spacelike with spacelike principal normal. For each case, first we show that Razzaboni surfaces and their mates are related by a reciprocal transformation; then we give B$\ddot{a}$cklund transformations for Bertrand curves and for Razzaboni surfaces; finally we prove that the reciprocal and B$\ddot{a}$cklund transformations on Razzaboni surfaces commute.

We study the characteristic Jacobi operator ${\ell}={\bar{R}({\cdot},{\xi}){\xi}$ (along the Reeb flow ${\xi}$) on the unit tangent sphere bundle $T_1M$ over a Riemannian manifold ($M^n$, g). We prove that if ${\ell}$ is pseudo-parallel, i.e., ${\bar{R}{\cdot}{\ell}=L{\mathcal{Q}}({\bar{g}},{\ell})$, by a non-positive function L, then M is locally flat. Moreover, when L is a constant and $n{\neq}16$, M is of constant curvature 0 or 1.

The research purpose of A Study on the Effect of Aviation Safety over the Air Passenger's Behavior for enhancement of aviation safety management lies at the judgement that passenger's airlines choice criteria has much changed after several serious aviation accidents as before when we used to overlook "aviation safety" variable through surveying to Korean aviation passengers and foreigners visit or travel Korea on various purposes. This study will be regarded significant in terms that empirical analysis was used to prove "Aviation Safety", a variable which had not been regarded as a airline choice factor within Korea air transport market so far, and has an effect on the air passengers' airline preference change and choice after recent frequent aviation accidents. I wish, it can be another opportunity for Korean two national flag airlines to reappraise and reinforce the significance of "aviation safety" and set forth immediate vigorous efforts to support the government's aviation safety improvement countermeasures.

Efficiency of plastic master cylinder can modularize higher, light weight anger of parts, several piece parts by single parts, prove NVH(Noise, Vibration, Harshness) than aluminum master cylinder as analysis result. Also, structure is easy simplicity, exchange, maintenance costs can be reduced and decrease environmental pollution because recycling is superior.

What can easily be concluded is that the Orgalime's General Conditions will be preferred by contractors to the Silver Book. However, it is probable that for some projects the Orgalime's General Conditions will not be acceptable to employers without significant amendment, particularly to such matters as design obligations, limitation of liability, force majeure and possibly the extension of time provisions. It is doubtful, however, whether the Orgalime's General Conditions will prove to be an alternative to the Silver Book. For projects for which the Silver Book was intended, the Orgalime's General Conditions will usually be unacceptable to employers and leaders. Notwithstanding this, the Orgalime's General Conditions is a welcome addition to the ever-growing suite of international contracts. And I strongly suggest that we must prepare our "General Conditions for Turnkey Contracts", etc. reflecting our law and practices as soon as possible.

The inhibitory effects of Curcuma longa rhizome-derived materials against nitric oxide (NO) production were assessed. The inhibitory effect (57%) on NO production was evidenced by the methanol extract of C. longa at $1\;{\mu}g/mL$. In the fractionation of the methanol extract, the ethyl acetate fraction evidenced an inhibitory effect greater than 62.1% at $1\;{\mu}g/mL$. The active constituent was identified as curcumin. Curcumin exerted potent inhibitory effects of 78.7 and 65.7% at concentrations of 1 and $0.5\;{\mu}g/mL$, respectively. Furthermore, the inhibitory effect of ar-turmerone was measured as 31.3 and 15.8% at 1 and $0.5\;{\mu}g/mL$, respectively. The iNOS expression-suppressive effects of curcumin were assessed via western blot analysis. Our results suggest that curcumin and ar-turmerone may prove useful in the development of new types of NO inhibitors.

Let $S_p(\alpha)$ denote the class of the Spirallike functions of order $\alpha, 0 < $\mid$\alpha$\mid$ < \frac{\pi}{2}$ Let $\Pi_N$ denote the subset of $S_p(\alpha)$ consisting of all products $z\Pi^N_{j=1}(1-u_j z)^{-mt_j}$ where $m = 1 + e^{-2i\alpha},$\mid$u_j$\mid$ = 1, t_j > 0$ for $j = 1, \cdots, N$ and $\sum^{N}_{j=1}{t_j = 1}$. In this paper we prove that extreme points of $S_p(\alpha)$ may be found which lie in $\Pi_N$ for some $N \geq 2$. We are let to conjecture that all exreme points of $S_p(\alpha)$ lie in $\Pi_N$ for somer $N \geq 1$ and that every such function is an extreme point.

Let R be a prime ring with center Z and characteristic different from two, U a nonzero Lie ideal of R such that $u^2{\in}U$ for all $u{\in}U$ and $d$ be a nonzero (${\sigma}$, ${\tau}$)-derivation of R. We prove the following results: (i) If $[d(u),u]_{{\sigma},{\tau}}$ = 0 or $[d(u),u]_{{\sigma},{\tau}}{\in}C_{{\sigma},{\tau}}$ for all $u{\in}U$, then $U{\subseteq}Z$. (ii) If $a{\in}R$ and $[d(u),a]_{{\sigma},{\tau}}$ = 0 for all $u{\in}U$, then $U{\subseteq}Z$ or $a{\in}Z$. (iii) If $d([u,v])={\pm}[u,v]_{{\sigma},{\tau}}$ for all $u{\in}U$, then $U{\subseteq}Z$.

Let m, n, r be nonzero fixed positive integers, R a 2-torsion free prime ring, Q its right Martindale quotient ring, and L a non-central Lie ideal of R. Let D : $R{\rightarrow}R$ be a skew derivation of R and $E(x)=D(x^{m+n+r})-D(x^m)x^{n+r}-x^mD(x^n)x^r-x^{m+n}D(x^r)$. We prove that if $E(x)=0$ for all $x{\in}L$, then D is a usual derivation of R or R satisfies $s_4(x_1,{\ldots},x_4)$, the standard identity of degree 4.
