CrN박막 세라믹 압력센서 (Ceramic Pressure Sensors Based on CrN Thin-films)

  • The physical, electrical and piezoresitive characteristics of CrN(chromium nitride) thin-films on silicon substrates have been investigated for use as strain gauges. The thin-film depositions have been carried out by DC reactive magnetron sputtering in an argon-nitrogen atmosphere(Ar-(5∼25 %)Na$_2$). The deposited CrN thin-films with thickness of 3577${\AA}$ and annealing conditions(300$^{\circ}C$, 48 hr) in Ar-10 % N$_2$deposition atmosphere have been selected as the ideal piezoresistive material for the strain gauges. Under optimum conditions, the CrN thin-films for the strain gauges is obtained a high electrical resistivity, $\rho$=1147.65 ${\mu}$$\Omega$cm, a low temperature coefficient of resistance, TCR=-186 ppm/$^{\circ}C$ and a high temporal stability with a good longitudinal gauge factor, GF=11.17.

  • 금속 alkoxide를 출발물질로 PZT-PNN 3성분계 압전박막을 제작하여, 박막의 결정성과 전기적 특성을 평가하였다. 박막의 X-RD 분석결과 $550^{\circ}C$ 소결온도에서 결정성이 가장 양호하였다. D-E 이력곡선의 관측 결과 항전계는 28.8 kV/cm, 잔유분극은 $18.3\;{\mu}C/cm^{2}$ 이었다. 박막의 진성파괴전압은 $76.0\;{\sim}\;27.0\;MV/m$이었고, 소결온도가 상승함에 따라 특성이 저하되었다. 박막의 비유전율은 조성비에 따라 (50:40:10)은 406, (50:30:20)은 1084, (45:35:20)은 723, (40:40:20)은 316이었다.

  • Magnetoelectric composites with compositions (1-x)[0.5PZT-0.25PNN-0.25PZN](ferroelectric) - x[$(Ni_{0.9}Zn_{0.1})Fe_2O_4$](ferrite) in which x varies as 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 were prepared by conventional ceramic process. The presence of two phases (ferroelectric phase with large grain and ferrite phase with small grain) in the particulate ceramic composites was confirmed by XRD, SEM and EDX. The ferroelectric and magnetic properties of the composites were studied by measuring the P-E and M-H hysterisis loop on the composite composition (x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 1), they were strongly affects of the phase content in composite. The magnetoelectric votage was measured as a function of DC magnetic field and the maximum magnetoelectric voltage coefficient of 14 mV/cm Oe was observed in x=0.2(80 mol% ferroelectric and 20 mol% ferrite phase).

마이크로에멀젼을 이용한 우르솔릭산 피부 적용제제의 설계 및 평가 (Formulation Design and Evaluation of Ursolic Acid Microemulsion Delivery System for Topical Formulation)

  • Ursolic acid (UA), a bioactive triterpene acid, has been known to increase collagen content in human skin in addition to other actions such as anti-inflammatory, skin-tumor prevention and anti-invasion. However, it is poorly soluble in water. Therefore, we firstly prepared microemulsion system with benzyl alcohol, ethanol and Cremophor EL, RH 40 and Brij 35 as surfactant in order to increase solubility of UA and then prepared microemulsion was dispersed in o/w cream base for the topical delivery of UA in an effort to improve anti-wrinkle effect. The pseudo-ternary phase diagrams were developed and various microemulsion formulations were prepared using benzyl alcohol as an oil, Cremophor EL, RH 40 and Brij 35 as a surfactant. The droplet size of microemulsions was characterized by dynamic light scattering. The accumulation of VA in the skin from topical cream was evaluated in vitro using hairless mouse skins. The mean droplet size was $26.8{\pm}6.6$ nm for microemulsions II with Cremophor EL. All UA creams showed pseudoplastic flow and hysterisis loop in their rheogram, depending on the type of materials added in topical creams. The in vitro accumulation data demonstrated the UA topical cream prepared with the combination of Poloxamer 407 and Xanthan gum as a copolymer showed higher accumulation percentage than those prepared with either Poloxamer 407 or Xanthan gum. These results suggest that UA topical cream using microemulsion systems may be promising for the topical delivery of UA.

  • 고은 초전도체 $Y_{1-X}Sm_{x}Ba_{2}Cu_{3}O_{7-y}$(x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0)의 시료들을 제조하여 온도에 따른 자기 모우먼트를 측정하였다. 또한 자화율과 자기 임계전류밀도 같은 30K의 온도에서 자기이력 곡선으로부터 구하였다. 자화율 측정 결과로부터 고온 초전도상의 양이 14.7~49.175 범위에 있었으며, 입계전류밀도의 값은 $10^{3}~10^{4}A/cm^2$범위에 있었다. 그리고 침투깊이는 간섭성 길이보다 대략90배 정도 큼을 알 수 있었다

이방성 Sr-페라이트/ 레진본드 영구자석에서 Sr-페라이트 자성분말의 방향성 (The alignment of Sr-ferrite magnetic powder in anisotropic Sr-ferrite/resin-bonded magnets)

  • 이방성 Sr-페라이트/레진본드 영구자석에서 외부자장과 성형체의 유동성이 Sr-페라이트 자성분말의 방향성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 조사하였다. 이방성 Sr-페라이트 자성분말의 방향성은 외부자장의 세기와 충전율과 성형온도의 함수인 유동성에 따라 변화하였다. 자성분말의 방향성은, 자성분말의 충전율이 56vol%이고 $1000sec^{-1}$의 전단속도에서 성형체의 겉보기점도가 약 3000 poise 이하인 성형온도에서 5 kOe 이상의 자장을 가해주었을때, 본 실험에서 얻을 수 있는 최대값을 나타내었다. 이러한 조건에서 직류자기이력곡선으로부터 측정된 Sr-페라이트 자성분말의 방향성은 배향도가 84~85%(0.84~0.85)이었다. 이 결과는 ${23~40}^0$ 범위의 $2{\theta}$에서 X-선 회절분석 결과인 0.85의 방향계수와 일치하였다. 이러한 Sr-페라이트 자성분말의 방향성에서 이방성 레진본드 영구자석은 잔류자 속밀도가 2.2kG, 최대자기에너지적이 2.2 MGOe인 자기특성을 나타내었다.

결합재의 입도분포가 슬래그 시멘트 페이스트의 유동 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Particle Size Distribution of Binder on the Rheological Properties of Slag Cement Pastes)

  • The rheological properties of slag cement pastes by effect of particle size distribution of binder were investigated using a Rheostress 1 rheometer (Haake) with a cylindrical spindle and the relationship between fluidity particle size distribution using the Rosin-Rammler equation. Samples are combined the two types of slag powder and OPC, fine slag particles sized Elaine specific surface area $8,000cm^2/g$, coarse slag particles sized Elaine specific surface area $2,000cm^2/g$, intermediate OPC particles $3,450cm^2/g$, used to search for the combination that would yield the best quality product. The all flow curves which were measured by rheometer showed hysterisis and could be classified into 4 types. When the combination was based on a ratio of 15-20 vol% fine particles, 40-50 vol% intermediate particles, 30-40 vol% coarse particles of the total volume, a high fluidity and low yield-strength was achieved. The Rosin-Rammler function can explain aboved correlation flow curve types. On type 1, the n-value had a correlation with plastic viscosity however the blend of type 2 and 3 showed consistent n-value regardless of plastic viscosity. In addition, the blend in type 4 tended to a rise in fluidity according to the increase of the n-value.

호부직물의 초음파 수세에 의한 역학적 특성의 변화 (On the Change of Fabric Mechanical properties in Ultrasonic Fabric Washing System)

  • Peach skin fabrics were washed by the general and ultrasonic washing systems using different conditions. The physical properties of the washed fabrics were estimated. The following results were obtained through experimental data and their analysis. The tensile properties were changed due to fabric running speed and washing methods. The lower the running speed, the higher the extensibility and resilience and the lower the linearity and tensile energy. In the general washing method, the extensibility and resilience had lower values than those of the ultrasonic washing method and the linearity and tensile energy had the higher values than those of the ultrasonic washing system. The bending properties, bending moment and histeresis, were estimated. These values were generally lower in the ultrasonic washing system than those of the general washing system. The faster the washing speed, the higher the value of hysterisis. The shear properties were affected by the fabric running speed and washing methods. Shear stiffness and hysteresis of shear forces increased according to the increase of the fabric running speed. The values were higher in the general washing system than those of the ultrasonic washing system. The compressional energy was affected by the fabric running speed. The higher the fabric speed the higher the compressional energy. The ultrasonic washing system had lower compressional energy than the general washing system. The higher the running speed, the lower the coefficient of friction and geometrical roughness. The values of geometrical roughness were infienced by the removal of the sizing agent. The higher the remaining sizing agent, the higher the fabric weight and the thicker the thickness of fabric.

포스포늄 염을 포함한 폴리스티렌 공중합체의 감습 성질 (Humidity Sensitive Properties of Copolymers of Polystyrene Contains Phosphonium Salts)

  • Vlnylbenzyl triphenyl phosphonim chloride (VTPC) 단량체를 감습막으로 사용하기 위하여 합성하였다. 감습막 성분은 서로 다른 조성의 VTPC와 스티렌의 공중합체(VTPC : ST=1 : 0, 7 : 3, 1 : 1, 3 : 7)들이며 감습막의 상대 습도 변화에 대한 전기적 성질의 변화를 측정하였다. 임퍼던스는 감습막중 VTPC의 함량이 증가할수록 감소하였으며, 또한 전극위에 도포한 감습막의 두께가 증가하면 임퍼던스 역시 감소하였다. 감습막중 VTPC와 ST의 성분비가 1대 1인 감습막의 임피던스는 상대습도 70~90%RH 범위에서 12M$\Omega$에서 100K$\Omega$ 사이에서 변하였으며 고습이나 결로를 감지할 수 있는 센서로서 응용이 가능하였다. 15$^{\circ}C$~35$^{\circ}C$범위에서의 은도 의존상수는 -0.5%RH/$^{\circ}C$이었으며 히스테리시스는 $\pm$2%RH의 범위 안에서 나타났다. 응답속도는 상대습도가 75%RH에서 95RH%까지 또는 역으로 변화할 때 40초이었다.

결함 이중 Perovskite La1/3TaO3 단결정의 유전 및 전도특성 (Dielectric and conductivity properties of defect double Perovskite La1/3TaO3 single crystal)

  • A-자리 결함 이중 Perovskite La1/3TaO3 단결정 시편을 제작하여 10~800 K 온도범위에서 유전특성을 조사하였다. 500 K 이하에서는 상유전성 거동이 나타났으며, 550 K 이상에서 유전이상과 유전상수의 열이력(thermal hysterisis)가 나타났다. 교류전도도 측정에 의한 활성화 에너지는 560 K 이하 영역에서 1.83 eV로 가장 크며, 560~690 K 영역에서 0.35 eV, 690 K 이상인 고온 영역에서 0.28 eV로 나타났다 이러한 결과로부터 500 K 이하 영역에서는 La3+-이온과 공공-자리가 무질서하게 배열하여 상유전상을 유지하며, 가장 높은 활성화 에너지를 나타낸 560 K 부근 영역에서는 La3+-이온이 공공-자리로의 전도 혹은 점프에 의한 재배열에 기인하여 유전이상이 나타난 것으로 판단된다.
