사출성형기의 고장모드 영향분석(FMEA)을 활용한 위험 우선순위 (Risk Priority Number using FMEA by the Plastic Moulding Machine)

  • Plastic injection moulding machine is widely used for many industrial field. It is classified into mandatory safety certification machinery in Industrial Safety and Health Act because of its high hazard. In order to prevent industrial accidents by plastic injection moulding machine, it is necessary for designer to identify hazardous factors and assess the failure modes to mitigate them. This study tabulates the failure modes of main parts of plastic injection moulding machine and how their failure has affect on the machine being considered. Failure Mode & Effect Analysis(FMEA) method has been used to assess the hazard on plastic injection moulding machine. Risk and risk priority number(RPN) has been calculated in order to estimate the hazard of failures using severity, probability and detection. Accidents caused by plastic injection moulding machine is compared with the RPN which was estimated by main regions such as injection unit, clamping unit, hydraulic and system units to find out the most dangerous region. As the results, the order of RPN is injection unit, clamping unit, hydraulic unit and system units. Barrel is the most dangerous part in the plastic injection moulding machine.

  • The purpose of this paper is to find an effective control system for a hydraulic motor-load system using matlab. The Hydraulic control system consists of a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic proportional control valve, hydraulic pipelines, a hydraulic motor and a load system. The simulation models were verified by comparing the simulation results with measured data from the real hydraulic proportional position control system. In order to compensate the nonlinear friction characteristics in a hydraulic motor-load system, a discrete time PD controller and Friction torque observer has been applied.

  • This paper deals with introduction of testing equipments for the evaluation of dynamic tensile characteristics of auto-body steel sheets and the crashworthiness of auto-body members. The servo-hydraulic high speed material testing machine was developed for tensile tests at the intermediate strain rate to obtain the tensile material properties at the strain rate under 500/sec. The split Hopkinson bar apparatus using the elastic wave was developed for dynamic material characteristics at the high strain rate ranged from 1,000 to 10,000/sec. The servo-hydraulic high speed crash testing machine is the equipment for the evaluation of the collapse load and crashworthiness of auto-body members. High speed carrying truck crashes to specimen with the maximum velocity of 17 m/sec.

  • Hydraulic breakers, the attachment devices of the excavators, refer to a machine that converts back and forth motions of pistons into energies to break objects down finely. As the use of hydraulic breakers has been steadily increasing world-wide, consumers have become more interested in not just the quality of hydraulic breakers but their reliability. This study show functions and usages of several main parts on hydraulic breakers. In addition, based on the effect of action of hydraulic breakers, FMEA was performed to figure out the major causes and manifestations of malfunctioning. As above mentioned, we analyzed reliability of hydraulic breakers by models, and the data that had been used for the analyses were obtained from malfunctioning data in the field.

  • The micro electronic control technology with developing microcomputers make great contribution to electrohydraulic control systems. The electrohydraulic pulse control simplifies in conjunction with power electronic amplifier and high speed operated solenoid valves. It is necessary to valves to convert electronic pulse signal to hydraulic pulse flow as fast as possible. This study deals with the speed control of an oil hydraulic motor operated by two way high speed solenoid valves. The valves acts as converters of electronic-pulse signals to hydraulic power. By constructing systems in which a hydraulic motor is operated by two solenoid valves, the pulse with modulation method (PWM) has adopted as the speed control of hydraulic motor systems. The static and dynamic characteristics of the systems are investigated by the experiment. It is clarify that a hydraulic motor operated PWM show good performance as a control component, achieving accurate velocity control.

  • In this research, we are trying to research about hydraulic system design and vehicle dynamic modeling far the development of the tire roller. The reason why we would like develop it is that tire roller is one of the most useful machine for the road construction site and application other construction equipments. Here, we conceptualize the new hydraulic system and derive the equations of motion fur dynamic analysis and also investigate system modeling by using a DAQ board. We design the hydraulic circuit of steering and traction mechanism system. This design can be used to create virtual prototypes of construction equipment. So, we studied tire roller to integrate development technology. In system analysis, we formulate hydraulic traction system model and hydraulic steering system model. Also, we integrate DAQ system to acquire experimental results in real tire roller equipment.

시추공 수리 이상점 탐지를 위한 기계학습 알고리즘의 적용성 연구 (A Study on the Applicability of Machine Learning Algorithms for Detecting Hydraulic Outliers in a Borehole)

  • 한국원자력연구원은 심부 암반의 수리/지화학 특성 분석을 위해 KURT (KAERI Underground Research Tunnel)를 건설하였고, 다수의 조사용 시추공을 시추하여 각종 시험을 수행 중이다. 시추공 조사에서 목적에 적합한 조사 구간 선정은 매우 중요하며 수리 유동 파악 및 지하수 채수가 목적인 경우, 유량이 풍부한 구간이 조사 목적에 부합한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 구간을 수리 이상점으로 정의했으며, 심도 1km 수준의 시추공 물리검층 자료(온도, 전기전도도)를 활용하여 이를 탐지하고자 하였다. 체계적이고 효율적인 이상점 탐지를 위해 기계학습 알고리즘 중 DBSCAN, OCSVM, kNN, isolation forest을 적용하고 그 적용성을 파악하였다. 데이터 전처리와 알고리즘 최적화를 수행했으며, 그 결과 네 가지 알고리즘은 각각 55, 12, 52, 68개의 수리 이상점을 탐지하였다. 본 논문을 통해 기계학습 알고리즘의 활용 가능성을 확인했으나, 학습에 활용된 입력자료가 제한적이었기 때문에, 향후 추가적인 검증과 보완이 바람직한 것으로 판단된다.

  • The equipment of textiles let off is a part of inspection machine which inspects finished textiles and it checks up textiles through that. This study suggests a method to select the capacity and initial gas pressure of accumulator to control surge rising pressure occurring when suddenly braking action to a desired degree. An accumulator in hydraulic systems is by hydraulic machinery which stores kinetic energy of inertia body during braking. A series of computer simulations were done for the brake action The results of the simulation work were compared with those of experiments.

액압벌징에 의한 보온용기의 제조방법 개발 (Development of Manufacturing Method of Vessel for Keeping Warm by Hydraulic Bulging)

  • Bulging is a forming method to shape of die cavity by using hydraulic pressure in tube or vessel. Bulging machine and die were developed in order to produce vessel for keeping warm. Bulging machine is a double type with two horizontal cylinders for bulging of two pieces at the same time. The developed die system has one bulging die and two drawing dies for necking at the both ends of tube. The diameter of tube expands by hydraulic pressure in tube. at the same time, thrust at the both ends of tube. pushes tube in the direction of expansion to obtain high expanding rate with no crack. In this study, the bulging properties were investigated to solve tube crack and necking in manufacturing vessel by the combination method of bulging and drawing. As a result, high expanding rate of tube radius without crack, precision necking and high productivity were obtained.
