The purpose of this study is to propose a conceptual model for the tourism application of the block chain consensus construct and to test the intention of technology acceptance of potential consumers. First, we have tried to investigate the security, reliability, functionality was derived. Secondary, structural validation of the proposed model confirmed the factors influencing the acceptance of block chain technology in terms of consumers. Based on this, we apply the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to evaluate. Individual innovation and block-chain technology have a strong causal relationship with the proposed block chain acceptance intentions based on the Hybrid Block Chain Consensus system, which shows strong innovation and strong cognitive status. In addition, the factors directly affecting the acceptance of block-chain are the benefits expected from the block chain, the technical infrastructure required to use the service, the perceived benefits available. The influence of the surrounding environment on the adoption of technology and ease of use on new technology did not affect the acceptance intention significantly.

This study proposes a novel automation system that integrates Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies to enhance the efficiency of the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) document review process. The proposed system improves text recognition accuracy by applying an ensemble model-based image preprocessing algorithm and hybrid information extraction models in the OCR process. Additionally, the RAG pipeline optimizes information retrieval and answer generation reliability through the implementation of layout analysis algorithms, re-ranking algorithms, and ensemble retrievers. The system's performance was evaluated using certificate images from online portals and corporate internal regulations obtained from various sources, such as the company's websites. The results demonstrated an accuracy of 93.8% for certification reviews and 92.2% for company regulations reviews, indicating that the proposed system effectively supports human evaluators in the ESG assessment process.

The solar cells should be protected from the moisture and oxygen in order to sustain the properties and reliability of the devices. In this research, we prepared the protection films on the flexible plastic substrates by spray coating method using organic-inorganic hybrid solutions. The protection characteristics were studied depending on the various process conditions (nozzle distance, thicknesses of the coatings, film structures). The organic-inorganic solutions for the protection film layer were synthesized by addition of $Al_2O_3$ ($P.S+Al_2O_3$) and $SiO_2$ ($P.S+SiO_2$) nano-powders into PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) and SA (sodium alginate) (P.S) organic solution. The optical transmittances of the protection film with the thicknesses of $5{\mu}m$ showed 91%. The optical transmittance decreased from 81.6% to 73.6% with the film thickness increased from $78{\mu}m$ to $178{\mu}m$. In addition, the protective films were prepared on the PEN (polyethylene naphthalate), PC (polycarbonate) single plastic substrates as well as the Acrylate film coated on PC substrate (Acrylate film/PC double layer), and $Al_2O_3$ film coated on PEN substrate ($Al_2O_3$ film/PEN double layer) using the $P.S+Al_2O_3$ organic-inorganic hybrid solutions. The optimum protection film structure was studied by means of the measurements of water vapor transmittance rate (WVTR) and surface morphology. The protective film on PEN/$Al_2O_3$ double layer substrate showed the best water protective property, indicating the WVTR value of $0.004gm/m^2-day$.
This study reviews three eco-friendly energy towns with hybrid thermal energy supply systems and borehole thermal energy storage (BTES) in Canada and Denmark. The district heating and cooling systems were designed by using multi-source energy for the higher efficiency and reliability as well as environment. ADEU (Alexandra District Energy Utility) located at the developing area in the city of Richmond, Canada was designed to supply district energy with the installation of 726 borehole heat exchangers (BHEs) and a backup boiler using natural gas. DLSC (Drake Landing Solar Community) located in the town of Okotoks, Canada is a district system to store solar thermal energy underground during the summer season by seasonal BTES with 144 BHEs. Brædstrup Solpark district heating system located in Denmark has been conducted energy supply from multiple energy sources of solar thermal, heat pump, boiler plants and seasonal BTES with 48 BHEs. These systems are designed based on social and economic benefits as well as nature-friendly living space according to the city based energy perspective. Each system has the energy center which distribute the stored thermal energy to each house for heating during the winter season. The BHE depth and ground thermal storage volume are designed by the heating and cooling load as well as the condition of ground water flow and thermophysical properties of the ground. These systems have been proved the reliance and economic benefits by providing consistent energy supply with competitive energy price for many years. In addition, the several expansions of the service area in ADEU and Brædstrup Solpark have been processed based on energy supply master plan. In order to implement this kind of project in our country, the regulation and policy support of government or related federal organization are required. As well as the government have to make a energy management agency associated with long-term supply energy plan.
In line with the trend of industrial innovation, IoT technology utilized in a variety of fields is emerging as a key element in creation of new business models and the provision of user-friendly services through the combination of big data. The accumulated data from devices with the Internet-of-Things (IoT) is being used in many ways to build a convenience-based smart system as it can provide customized intelligent systems through user environment and pattern analysis. Recently, it has been applied to innovation in the public domain and has been using it for smart city and smart transportation, such as solving traffic and crime problems using CCTV. In particular, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the easiness of securing real-time service data and the stability of security when planning underground services or establishing movement amount control information system to enhance citizens' or commuters' convenience in circumstances with the congestion of public transportation such as subways, urban railways, etc. However, previous studies that utilize image data have limitations in reducing the performance of object detection under private issue and abnormal conditions. The IoT device-based sensor data used in this study is free from private issue because it does not require identification for individuals, and can be effectively utilized to build intelligent public services for unspecified people. Especially, sensor data stored by the IoT device need not be identified to an individual, and can be effectively utilized for constructing intelligent public services for many and unspecified people as data free form private issue. We utilize the IoT-based infrared sensor devices for an intelligent pedestrian tracking system in metro service which many people use on a daily basis and temperature data measured by sensors are therein transmitted in real time. The experimental environment for collecting data detected in real time from sensors was established for the equally-spaced midpoints of 4×4 upper parts in the ceiling of subway entrances where the actual movement amount of passengers is high, and it measured the temperature change for objects entering and leaving the detection spots. The measured data have gone through a preprocessing in which the reference values for 16 different areas are set and the difference values between the temperatures in 16 distinct areas and their reference values per unit of time are calculated. This corresponds to the methodology that maximizes movement within the detection area. In addition, the size of the data was increased by 10 times in order to more sensitively reflect the difference in temperature by area. For example, if the temperature data collected from the sensor at a given time were 28.5℃, the data analysis was conducted by changing the value to 285. As above, the data collected from sensors have the characteristics of time series data and image data with 4×4 resolution. Reflecting the characteristics of the measured, preprocessed data, we finally propose a hybrid algorithm that combines CNN in superior performance for image classification and LSTM, especially suitable for analyzing time series data, as referred to CNN-LSTM (Convolutional Neural Network-Long Short Term Memory). In the study, the CNN-LSTM algorithm is used to predict the number of passing persons in one of 4×4 detection areas. We verified the validation of the proposed model by taking performance comparison with other artificial intelligence algorithms such as Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) and RNN-LSTM (Recurrent Neural Network-Long Short Term Memory). As a result of the experiment, proposed CNN-LSTM hybrid model compared to MLP, LSTM and RNN-LSTM has the best predictive performance. By utilizing the proposed devices and models, it is expected various metro services will be provided with no illegal issue about the personal information such as real-time monitoring of public transport facilities and emergency situation response services on the basis of congestion. However, the data have been collected by selecting one side of the entrances as the subject of analysis, and the data collected for a short period of time have been applied to the prediction. There exists the limitation that the verification of application in other environments needs to be carried out. In the future, it is expected that more reliability will be provided for the proposed model if experimental data is sufficiently collected in various environments or if learning data is further configured by measuring data in other sensors.

The wireless communication system adopts an appropriate retransmission scheme on each system protocol layer to improve reliability of data transmission. In each system protocol layer, the retransmission scheme operates in independently other layers and operates based on the parameters without reference to end-to-end performance of wireless communication system. For this reason, it is difficult to design the optimal system parameters that satisfy the QoS requirements for each service class. Thus, the performance analysis of wireless communication system is needed to design the optimal system parameters according to the end-to-end QoS requirements for each service class. In this paper, we derive the mathematical model to formulate the end-to-end performance of wireless communication system. We also evaluate the performance at the MAC and transport layers in terms of average spectral efficiency and average transmission delay. Based on the results of performance evaluations, we design the optimal system parameters according to the QoS requirements of service classes. From the results, the HARQ combined with AMC is appropriate for the delay-sensitive service and the ARQ combined with AMC is appropriate for a service that is insensitive to transmission delay. Also, the TCP can be applied for the delay-insensitive service only.
The development of lithium-ion battery (LIB) technologies and their application in the field of large-scale power sources, such as electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid EVs, and plug-in EVs require enhanced reliability and superior safety. The main components of LIBs should withstand to the inevitable heating of batteries during high current flow. Carbonate solvents that contribute to the dissociation of lithium salts are volatile and potentially combustible and can lead to the thermal runaway of batteries at any abuse conditions. Recently, an interest in nonflammable materials is greatly growing as a means for improving battery safety. In this review paper, novel approaches are described for designing highly safe electrolytes in detail. Non-flammability of liquid electrolytes and battery safety can be achieved by replacing flammable organic solvents with thermally resistive materials such as flame-retardants, fluorinated organic solvents, and ionic liquids.

In-situ observation of electromigration in thin film pattern of 63Sn-37Pb solder was performed using a scanning electron microscope system. The 63Sn-37Pb solder had the incubation stage of electromigration for edge movement when the current density of $6.0{\times}10^{4}A/cm^2$ was applied the temperature between $90^{\circ}C\;and\;110^{\circ}C$. The major diffusion elements due to electromigration were Pb and Sn at temperatures of $90-110^{\circ}C\;and\;25-50^{\circ}C$, respectively, while no major diffusion of any element due to electromigration was detected when the test temperature was $70^{\circ}C$. The reason was that both the elements of Sn and Pb were migrated simultaneously under such a stress condition. The existence of the incubation stage was observed due to Pb migration before Sn migration at $90-110^{\circ}C$. Electromigration behavior of 63Sn-37Pb solder had an incubation time in common for edge drift and void nucleation, which seemed to be related the lifetime of flip chip solder bump. Diffusivity with $Z^*$(effective charges number) of Pb and Sn were strongly affect the electromigration-induced major diffusion element in SnPb solder by temperature, respectively.
We designed and fabricated the single mode fiber pigtailed DFB-LD module for 2.5 Gbps optical communication system. In the design of the DFB-LD module, we made the module divided into two parts of inner sub-module and outer 14-pin butterfly package and cylindrical shaped sub-module contain quasi confocal 2 lens system including optical isolator and electrical connection between these parts via hybrid substrate of bias T circuit. Laser welding was used to assemble the sub-module which requires accurate fixing between optical elements. The fabricated DFB-LD module showed optical coupling efficiency of 20% and - 3 dB small signal response of more than 2.6 GHz. We confirmed mechanical reliability of the module by temperature cycle test where the tested module exhibit optical power fluctuation of less than 10%. Finally we evaluated the performance of the fabricated DFB-LD module as light source of 2.5 Gbps optical communication system, sensitivity of - 30.2 dBm was obtained through 47 km optical fiber transmission under the criterion of $1\times10^{-10}$ BER and transmission penalties were 1.5 dB caused by extinction ratio and 1.0 dB caused by chromatic dispersion of normal single mode fiber. fiber.

This study is to analyze the adoption of environmentally friendly fanning(EFF) by Actor-Network Theory(ANT). ANT declares that the world is full of hybrid entities containing both human and non-human elements and maintains that adoption of an innovation comes as a consequence of the action of everyone in the chain of actors who has anything to do with it. In this study, adoption of EFF will be analysed through the role of actors and networks. And this paper try to identify the intermediaries and obligatory passage point(OPP) in each networks. In study area, 5 actors, -nature, governmental institute, food processors, consumers and farmers-, have each roles in their networks, But only 18 farmers adopted EFF. This study revealed that three OPPs were not overcome in each network. The one is nature, such as water and soil pollution. Another is shortage of reliability between farmers and governmental institute. The other is shortage of information about agricultural commodity trade. And through this application of ANT to the EFF, we contend that ANT can be useful for studies of diffusion of EFF and sustainability of rural systems in situations where interactions of the social, technological and political are regarded as particularly important.
