어머니의 가정관리능력이 자녀의 자기관리에 미치는 영향: 자녀의 자기조절능력을 매개로 (The Effects of Mothers' Home Management Ability on the School-Aged Children's Self Management Skills: via the Mediation of Self-Regulation of Children)

  • The aim of the current study is to examine the effects of mothers' home management ability on school-aged children's time and life management skills through the mediation effect of children's self-regulation. Study subjects were 317 5- and 6-grade children at elementary schools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area and their 317 mothers. The findings were as follows. First, in the SEM model of predicting children's time management skill, greater mothers' home management ability significantly predicted better time management skills among their children. Second, mothers' home management ability also indirectly affected children's time management skill through its significant effects on children's self-regulation. The test yielded a significantly mediation effect of self-regulation. Children's self-regualtion was strongly related to time management skills. Third, in the SEM model predicting children's life management skills, maternal ability of home management again directly predicted greater life management skills of their children. However, mediation of self-regulation was not statistically significant. The findings suggested the important role of mothers' home management ability in instilling and modeling self-regulation and self-management skills of school-aged children.

Comparisons of Seafarers' Perception of Maritime and Onshore Traffic Conditions

  • The purpose of this paper is to compare seafarers' behavior according to traffic conditions of a road and an onshore locations. Behaviors are classified into three categories: Skill-, Rule- and knowledge-based mode. Experimental data were collected using the questionnaires for navigators, working in a merchant ship. To compare the behaviors, we used the four analysis method; the degree of frequency, reliability test, correlation and linear regression. As a result of the study, it was found that Skill-based behavior shows more higher in the road traffic than the maritime traffic, and rule-based behavior shows more higher in the maritime traffic than the road traffic. Also, the behavior in the navigation situation showed statistical significance. Especially, in the case of Rule-based behavior, a high correlation between road and maritime was found. This study can be expected to apply to complementary system utilization between error management system of onshore and maritime traffic.

  • Employability has recently become the first target of the national higher education. Its model has been updated to catch the new trend of Industry 4.0. This paper aims at analyzing and ranking the determinants of undergraduate employability, focusing on business and economics majors in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In-depth interviews with content analysis have been primarily conducted to reach an agreement on a key group of factors: human capital, social capital, and identity. The Stochastic Fractal Search Algorithm (SFSA) is then applied to rank the sub-factors. Human capital is composed of three major elements: attitude, skill, and knowledge. Social capital is approached at both structural and cognitive aspects with three typical types: bonding, bridging, and linking. The analysis has confirmed the change of priority in employability determinants. Human capital is still a driver but the priority of attitude has been confirmed in the contemporary context. Then, social capital with the important order of linking, bridging, and bonding is emphasized. Skill, knowledge, and identity share the least weight in the model. It is noted that identity is newly proposed in the model but a certain role has been found. The findings are crucial for education strategies to enhance university graduate employability.

일본과 한국 대학생의 생활력에 관한 국제비교 (University Students' Life Skill Comparison in Japan and Korea)

  • 본 연구는 일본과 한국 대학생을 대상으로 국가별 학생들의 생활력 차이를 명확하게 밝히고 일본과 한국 가정과교육에의 시사점을 고찰하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 본 연구는 2008년에 일본과 한국 대학생들에게 생활력(일상 생활을 위한 능력)에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 생활력에 관한 것을 알아보기 위한 것으로 82문항을 만들었는데, 각각의 문항에 대해 조사 대상자가 스스로 생각하기에 생활에 이미 실천하고 있는지(이하 "실천") 여부, 보다 나은 생활을 위해 더 배우고 싶다고 생각하는지(이하 "과제") 여부, 또한 그러한 능력개발은 중등학교 가정교과를 통해 배워야 한다고 생각하는지(이하 "기대") 여부를 묻는 형태로 구성하였다. 연구결과, "실천"에 관해서는 일본과 한국 각각 특징적인 결과가 나타났는데 일본과 한국의 두 나라 사이에 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 발견되지 않았다. "과제"에서는 두 나라 모두 주로 "실천"이 낮게 나타난 항목에서 생활력 향상을 위해 좀더 배우고 싶다는 높은 의욕을 나타내었다. 게다가 "기대"에서는 대부분의 항목에서 한국이 일본에 비해서 통계적으로 유의하게 낮은 기대를 표하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과, 일본과 한국 가정과교육의 과제로서는 초 중 고교에서 가정과교육을 실시하는데 필요한 충분한 수업 시간 수를 확보하고, 가정과교육의 중요성에 대한 사회적 이해와 지지를 구하기 위한 노력을 하는 데 있다고 하겠다.

한국여성의 ′인적자본′이 취업에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (The Effect, of Korean Women′s Human Capital on the Employments)

  • 이 연구는 개인들의 노동공급행위를 설명하는 중요한 이론 중 하나인 '인적자본론'이 여성들의 취업특성을 설명하는 데에 여전히 유효한지에 대한 문제제기에서 출발했다. 구체적으로 이 연구는 여성들이 지닌 인적자본이 여성들의 취업결정과 취업직종에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 경험적으로 분석했다. 이 연구에서 살펴보고자 하는 가설은 크게 두 가지로서, 첫째는 여성들의 인적자본이 여성들의 취업률에는 어떤 영향을 미치는지이며, 둘째는 여성들의 인적 자본이 여성들의 취업직종에는 어떤 영향을 미치는지이다. 한국사회 고학력 여성들의 경제활동참여율이 매우 저조하다는 데에서 알 수 있듯이, 여성들이 지닌 인적자본이 여성들의 취업률에 별다른 영향을 미치지 못할 것이라는 점이 이 연구의 주된 가설이다 하지만 일단 취업을 한 여성들의 경우에는 그들이 갖고 있는 인적자본이 취업직종에서는 상당한 설명력을 지닐 것으로 여겨져 이러한 내용으로 두 번째 가설이 구성되었다. 분석 결과, 가설에서 설정한 대로 인적자본론의 이론적 예측과 달리, 여성들의 취업결정에 인적자본은 별다른 영향을 미치지 못하거나 혹은 정반대로 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 가장 중요한 인적자본 중의 하나인 '학력'의 효과를 살펴보면, 학력이 높을수록 뚜렷하게 일률적으로 취업률이 낮아짐을 확인해 볼 수 있었다. 그밖에, 여성들이 지닌 자격증이나 취업 훈련 여부, 또 건강 상태 등과 같은 인적자본 요소도 여성들의 취업결정에는 별다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다 한편 인적자본은 여성들의 취업직종에는 상당한 정도의 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만. 이 분석결과도 실질적인 내용을 따져보니 그다지 유효한 영향 효과라고 보기 어려웠다 취업직종과 연령 및 학력과의 회귀분석 결과 여성 취업직종의 열악한 상황을 재확인해 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 한국사회 여성들의 인적자본은 여성들의 취업 결정 및 취업유형에 의미있는 변수가 되지 못한다고 할 수 있다.

  • Presented in the paper is an approach to developing an intelligent mold shop as a means to overcome the difficulties faced by mold-makers due to skill shortages and increased global competition. A machine shop where as much as of the human skills are replaced by a set of intelligent systems is called an intelligent machine shop, and an intelligent mold-making machine shop is called an intelligent mold shop(MS). By analyzing the contents of operator's skill. three intelligent S/W stations have been designed: Technical Data Processing(TDP) Station, Loading Schedule Station, and Real-time Monitoring Station. A detailed architecture of the TDP station is described, and measures of effectiveness of IMS are elaborated.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of environment aesthetics for environment education. This study analyzes in accordance with theory of the environment aesthetics of Berleant, A. The results of this study are as follows. The result of analysis the contents of Berleant's environment aesthetics, in his philosophy of environment aesthetics the environment is defined to be inclusive of all and the unity of human and environment is stressed on more than in the current prevailing philosophy of environment education. And environment aesthetics propose the most part of theory and methodology suited for environment education, but, do not mention about a definite theory of 'Skill'.

임상간호사-환자 관계의 인간커뮤니케이션 이해 (A Study about the Human Communication between Clinical Nurse and Patient)

  • This study tried to the answer to the question : “How does the human communication happen between clinical nurse and patient\ulcorner” To answer that, a micro-ethnographic research method was used and I performed field work at the orthopedic ward in one Korean metropolitan city. After analysis of interview data, observational data and field notes, I could understand that clinical nurse-patient communication performed for clinical decision making, providing patient education and emotional support. Prepared nurse communicate with patient more effectively, eventually can establish more trust relationship with patient. Conclusively I discussed about the way of nurse's skill acquisition, need of collaborative conference with doctor and nurse, and curriculum development to promote nurses's understanding of human.

  • The standard theory of production treats human and non-human inputs in the same way. Inert Areas Theory drops this assumption. One distinction is obvious. Human capital, the source of human inputs, can not be purchased outright by firms. Usually what is purchased are units of labor time. What is critical is directed effort, at or beyond some level of skill. Direct effort, however, involves choice and motivation, and these are the critical variables left out of the standard theory. Leibenstein introduces the concept of "inert areas" by which he means "a set of effort positions whose associated levels of utility are not equal but in which the action required to go from a lower to a higher utility level involves a utility cost that is not compensated for by the gain in utility." This idea is used when discussing the behavior of firm's management.f firm's management.

국내 헬리콥터 조종사 인적오류 사고 분류 및 분석 (Classification and Analysis of Human Error Accidents of Helicopter Pilots in Korea)

  • There are two to three helicopter accidents every year in Korea, representing 5.7 deaths per 100,000 flights. In this study, an analysis was conducted on helicopter accidents that occurred in Korea from 2005 to 2017. The accident analysis was based on the aircraft accident and incident report published by the Aircraft and Railway Accident Investigation Board. This Research analyzed the characteristics of accidents occurring in Korea caused by human error by pilots. Accident analysis was done by classifying the organization, flight mission, aircraft class, flight stage, accident cause, etc. Pilot's huan error was classified as Skill-based error, decision error and perceptual error in accordance with the HFACS taxonomy. The accidents caused by pilot's human error were classified into five categories: powerlines collision, loss of control, fuel exhaustion, unstable approach to reservoir, and elimination of tail rotor.
