This study conducted an empirical study on fashion cultural products that targeted foreign visitors to identify variables related to foreigners' purchase intention towards fashion cultural products. A total of 424 surveys were returned (with 393 deemed usable). The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 to provide the following results. The purchase intention model for fashion cultural products was verified along with an identification of a causal relationship where personal factors and attitudes lead to purchase intention. In particular, the effect of universalism and the exposure degree to Korea was greater than global-mindedness. Two factors (attitudes toward authenticity and towards aesthetic elements) exerted a significant effect on purchase intention; comparatively, the attitude toward authenticity showed a greater influence on the purchase intention.
The purpose of this research is to examine the images and interest degree and purchase intension of consumer and images according to demographic characteristics for Hanji clothing products. 207 subjects evaluated images for Hanji clothing and attitudes and behaviors of consumer were analysed. For statistical analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, mean, pearson correlation coefficients, regression, crosstabs and ANOVA were used. The results were as follows: Image factors of Hanji clothing products were 'luxurious', 'practical', 'wellbeing', and 'traditional'. differences of according to the age and occupation were showed at 'practical', 'wellbeing', and 'traditional' image. Hanji clothing products having highest consumer interest degree and purchase intention were shirts, scarf and handkerchief and Hanji clothing products having highest experience of use was socks. interest degree, experience of use, and purchase intention for Hanji clothing products were increased at high age, office worker. For consideration of Hanji clothing products according to demographics variables, age of 20's-30's and students considered design and functionality and age over 40's and office workers regarded price and quality as important consideration.
The purpose of this study is to provide information to Efficient utilization of human resources management by studying the factors influencing the turnover intention of employees working in the Hospital. The study, the area of medical institutions located in more than 30 hospital-grade medical workers engaged in the collection of data aimed at the September 2010 and October 1 days and 1, 794 were used for the analysis, data processing and analysis package, SPSS 18.0 was used. The findings are as follows: First, the study found that age, job position had a significant and negative effect on turnover intentions. The turnover intention rates were highest among nursing staffs, followed by medical technicians and healthcare supporters and then administrators. Secondly, high degree of autonomy, job skills recognition and less job satisfaction in a positions have been identified to affect the significant. It also has turned out that job suitability and emotional commitment have influenced the turnover intentions.
This study examined the variables that affect whether consumers change broadband internet services by examining their past experiences and intention to switch carriers by targeting consumers who have switched broadband internet service providers. Among adult consumers who intended to switch broadband providers, 341 people who had experience were subject to logistic regression analysis using SPSS for Windows ver. 17.0 to examine frequencies, means, percentages, and factor analysis. The following results were revealed. First, the targets were currently using broadband internet service in the order Company S > Company L > Company K > others. Excluding the others, Company K had the most conversions (from 96 to 78), followed by Company S (from 107 to 97), and Company L (from 43 to 97), which more than doubled the number of subscribers. The reasons for switching carriers in the past were as follows: for Company K, consumers switched to other companies because of unsatisfactory fee services; for Company S, consumers switched to other companies because of quality, advertising and promotional activities, and commitment periods ending; for Company L, the consumers switched to other companies because of fee, quality, and service; and for other companies, the consumers switched to other services because of unsatisfactory quality. Second, the analysis of the elements that determined whether a consumer will switch broadband internet service providers showed that college graduates and individuals who had switched carriers voluntarily in the past were more likely to switch to a new broadband internet service provider. Furthermore, passive consumers had a higher probability of switching. Moreover, when consumers were less satisfied with the fees and services, there was a greater chance of switching to another company.
Background: Maintaining a skilled workforce by minimizing the turnover of competent dental hygienists is very important for securing dental competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to find a predictor of turnover and lower turnover intention. To understand dental hygienist turnover, it is necessary to study the resilience, a positive factor of personal characteristics and job embeddedness that induces residual tissue. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dental hygienists' job embeddedness and resilience on turnover intention. Methods: A survey was conducted on licensed dental hygienists nationwide, from March 19 to July 19, 2020. T-test and one way ANOVA analysis were performed to compare the job embeddedness, resilience, and turnover intention according to the general characteristics. Pearson's correlation analysis was performed to identify the correlation between job embeddedness, resilience, and turnover intention. Multiple regression analysis was performed to determine the effect on the turnover intention. Results: Job embeddedness was the highest with link and resilience scoring 3.57 and 4.16, respectively. The turnover intention scored 3.53. Among the general characteristics, age, marriage, total dental clinic career, education degree, and position showed statistically significant differences in job embeddedness, resilience, and turnover intention. Suitability, link, and sacrifice of job embeddedness were shown to affect the degree of turnover intention, with an explanatory power of 26.2%. Conclusion: In order to reduce the dental hygienists' turnover intention, job embeddedness and resilience should be increased. Thus, measures should be undertaken for professional and systematic program development and human resources management.

This research investigates the mechanism of ethical fashion consumption by examining the effects of benefit and risk perception on ethical fashion consumption attitudes and behavioral intention. To test the hypotheses, 300 female consumers between the ages of 20 and 49 were invited as study participants. The reliability and the validity of multi-item constructs were tested by Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The hypotheses were tested by utilizing Structural Equation Analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The benefit perception of ethical consumption was composed of three benefit types, which were altruistic benefit, social image benefit, and self-oriented benefit. Benefit perception, except social image benefit, had significant effects on consumer attitudes towards ethical fashion consumption; similarly, benefit perception had significant effects on behavioral intention (except self-oriented benefit) which had an effect on behavioral intention only when it was mediated by attitudes. Further analysis was conducted to understand the reason for the weak relationship between attitudes and behavioral intention. Financial and performance risk perceptions were tested for the moderating roles of attitudes and behavioral intention; subsequently, only financial risk interacted with attitudes and showed that the positive effects of attitudes on behavioral intention were weakened by a high financial risk perception. Performance risk had a main effect on behavioral intention independent of attitudes. Managerial implication and future study directions are also discussed.
The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effects of salespeople's self-determination, shared value; and communication satisfaction on their job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention in a fashion company. Questionnaires were administered to 475 salespeople who worked in fashion shop at the time of the study. The data was analyzed via factor analysis, correlation analysis, and a structural equation model. The results indicated that self-determination was extracted as autonomy, competence, and relatedness. Only the relatedness of self-determination factors was positively correlated with formal and informal communication satisfaction. In addition, recognizing hared value was positively correlated with formal and informal communication satisfaction; whereas, the practice of shared value was positively correlated with formal, but not informal communication satisfaction. Formal communication satisfaction was significantly correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Conversely, informal communication satisfaction was significantly correlated with job satisfaction, but was not related to organizational commitment. Finally, job satisfaction was significantly correlated with organizational commitment and negatively correlated with turnover intention. Moreover, organizational commitment was negatively correlated with turnover intention. The implications of this research for human resources management within fashion companies are discussed in the concluding section of this paper.

Purpose: This study aims to explore the service improvement and marketing strategy to measure the effect of the DISC (dominance, influence, steadiness, conscientiousness) behavior type of hair salon workers on service quality and marketing. Research design, data and methodology: 236 responses were analyzed by distributing questionnaires to hair salon workers through SNS. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were applied and the influence of job factors on work satisfaction and turnover intention, and the statistical significance of the DISC behavioral type adjustment effect verified. Results: First, among the general characteristics of the survey subjects, the most common respondents were women and interns in their twenties, with less than four years of experience and less than three years of work experience on site. Second, the working environment, employee relations and compensation policies caused by work-related factors have shown a major influence on work satisfaction. Third, the working environment and human relationships among the job factors have an impact on turnover intention. Conclusions: The working environment, human relations, and compensation system derived as job factors had a crucial effect in service quality and marketing on job satisfaction, and among job factors, working environment and human relations had a significant influence on turnover intention.

This study investigated development of Intention to Leave concept or model, by positioning psychological capital and gratitude, and job satisfaction as mediator to Intention to Leave. It is expected that findings contribute to Human Resource Management theories, specifically ones which are related to employee behavior. This study used qualitative approach in which survey and questionnaires were employed during data collection. This study was conducted in PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur located in Bontang, East Kalimantan. PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur was selected as the setting since it has had a lot of achievement. Population was 500 employees of PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur in Bontang, while total samples were 250. This study uses a sampling technique of proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis methods were descriptive and quantitative. Inferential statistics, namely Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) were used to confirm model developed based on empirical data. This study showed that there is a significant and positive influence between Psychology Capital (X1) on Job Satisfaction (Y1) and Gratitude (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y1). Gratitude is the strongest influencing variable on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, a significant but negative effect between Job Satisfaction (Y1) on Intention to Leave (Y2). This means that high job satisfaction will reduce the intention to leave.
Purpose - A trading area is very closely related to consumer life. A trading area is a cultural and social space that consumes culture and promotes human relationships as well as an economic space where consumers live their daily lives. In this context, a trading area research should be conducted objectively and empirically because it deals with the activities of consumer's life. The purpose of this study is to identify the intrinsic psychological motivation(push motivation) caused when consumers visit a trading area and to demonstrate how the push motivation for a trading area influence on consumer's flow, satisfaction, revisit intention. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to develop research hypotheses for this study, the development procedures for push motivation scale are as follows; (1) generating initial pool of items based on previous studies, (2) expert judgement to evaluate content and face validity, and (3) assessing convergent and discriminant validity using confirmatory factor analysis. In order to achieve these purposes, online surveys were conducted on frequent or familiar visitors to the trading areas around the Gangnam, Kunkuk University and Hongik University Station. Among the 1,343 questionnaires collected, 1,157 cases were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 statistical package program, except for 186 responses in which responses were judged to be unfaithful. Results - The push motivation was classified into five sub-dimensions of excitement/stimulus, rest/relaxation, exit/refreshing, knowledge/learning and human relationship promotion as multidimensional and complex factors composed of individual and social-related dimensions. The excitement/stimulus and human relationship promotion of push motivation have positive effects on satisfaction. However, all dimensions of the push motivation have positive effects on flow. And flow has a positive effect on satisfaction and revisit intention. Meanwhile, the mediation test using boostrapping shows that flow plays a full mediating role in the relationship between rest/relaxation, exit/refreshing, knowledge/learning and satisfaction, but a partial mediating rol e between excitement/stimulus, human relationship promotion and satisfaction. Finally, satisfaction plays a partial mediating role between flow and revisit intention. Conclusions - This study shows that the push motivation is multidimensional and compositive depending on the situation of a consumer. In addition, it is found that the human relationship promotion(a social-related motivation) has a much more important effect on flow and satisfaction than other push motivations of individual dimensions. It also shows that satisfaction increases when consumers are being flowed at their visit and degree of revisit intention also grows as satisfaction increases. As implications of this study, a marketer should try to understand consumer's visit motivation at first and then develop factors that increase their flow, satisfaction, revisit intention. It also requires a marketer to approach subjects on a trading area more objectively and empirically based on the psychology and behavior of consumers, in order to establish a proper and efficient strategy on development of a trading area.
