The purposes of this study were to (1) examine the sub-dimensions of time management behaviors and satisfaction with time management, and (2) to identify the variables that can affect satisfaction with time management. Data was collected through an Internet survey answered by 611 working men and women. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. As a result of the study, the sub-dimensions of time management behaviour were extracted into three subordinate categories, which were, planning, human relation orientation, and urgency. The sub-dimensions of the satisfaction with time management were extracted into three subordinate categories, which were, satisfaction with the management results, satisfaction with time distribution, and satisfaction of spare time. Management result satisfaction displayed a positive relationship with planning and work time. The satisfaction with time distribution displayed a positively relationship with planning, relations-intention, the level of education, and sleeping time, while displaying a negative relationship with work time. Also, Women tended to be more satisfied with time distribution than men. Finally, the satisfaction of spare time was positively related with age, while negatively related to urgency and work time.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the physical-related stress on the appearance management behavior of middle-aged women. The questionnaires were administered to 414 middle-aged women living in Gwang-ju city, Korea. For analysis of data, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, ANOVA and Duncan-test were applied. The result was as follows. First, the middle-aged women's physical-related stress was classified as follows: 1) body-related stress, 2) face-related stress, 3) hair-related stress. The middle-aged women were under a lot of pressures from hair. Second, usually, between the group of physical-related much stress and a little stress. There was not significant difference in appearance management behavior: existence in a purchasing experience. But there were significant differences in it: intention of purchasing. Third, among demographic factors(age, educated level, job, income, and existence or nonexistence menstruation), there were significant differences on a physical-related stress. Finally, among demographic factors(age, educated level, job, income, existence or nonexistence her husband, and existence or nonexistence menstruation), there were significant differences in appearance management behavior.
Objectives: Quality of Working Life(QWL) is a set of employee's physical, mental conditions which are perceived at their work. Most employees and managers are concerned about the quality of working life as a strategy for improving organizational effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between QWL and organizational effectiveness of employees at the general hospital. Methods : Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires at the general hospital in Kyunggi-Do. Survey was conducted to 675 workers. QWL was measured by using 5 items from the scale developed by Walton(1973). Organizational effectiveness was measured by measuring organizational commitment, intention of job-shift, and job satisfaction. Results: The recognitions to each component of QWL were significantly different by socio-demographic characteristics such as sex, age, education levels and working duration. Also, QWL were significantly different by types of organizational culture. Multiple regression analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis were applied to find the relationship of QWL and organizational effectiveness. As a result, job-pride, compensation, working condition, human relationship and development showed significant relationship with organizational effectiveness. Conclusions: These results show that QWL is significantly related to organizational effectiveness. So we expect that this result will be used as basic informations for management and motivation of employees at the general hospital.
Identifying the selection criteria of wedding planners, who are the main human resource that contribute to the overall satisfaction level of a wedding's preparation, can produce important data for the wedding industry as it faces a transition period. To develop a scale for wedding planner selection criteria, preliminary items were prepared based on in-depth interviews with an experienced wedding planner group and a comprehensive review of previous studies, such as studies on selection criteria in the wedding industry and service work similar to wedding planners and wedding planner selection criteria. The preliminary items were tested for content validity using a focus group interview, comprising people in the wedding industry, and were refined accordingly. Then, the definitive quantitative questionnaire items were developed after conducting a preliminary survey. The main survey for this study was conducted using the responses of 295 consumers taking an Internet questionnaire. Exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and confirmatory factor analysis were adopted to develop the scale, which was tested for convergent validity and discriminant validity. This study is academically significant in that it developed a selection criteria scale tailored to wedding planners to address an area that has not been covered in previous studies. It is recommended that future studies conduct empirical analyses using the selection criteria developed in this study to compare influential variables that could affect behavior intention.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors that affect the intention of HPV vaccination in 12-year-old female adolescents and their mothers. Method: A descriptive study was conducted with 64 HPV-unvaccinated female adolescents and their mothers in W city, Republic of Korea. Data collection was conducted from October to November in 2019. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 24.0 Program. Descriptive statistics, paired t-test, independent t-test, χ2-test and logistic regression analysis were conducted. Result: According to the results, 57.8% and 62.5% of female adolescents and mothers had the intentions of HPV vaccination, respectively. In the logistic regression analysis for the factors affecting female adolescents' and mothers' HPV vaccination intentions, there was no significant factor in female adolescents. In the case of mothers, the significant factors were cervical cancer knowledge and perceived disability. Conclusion: In order to increase the HPV vaccination rate, educational programs are needed to provide knowledge of cervical cancer. A variety of intervention strategies should be developed to decrease the perceived disability of HPV vaccination health beliefs.

Flow has attracted more interests in consumer behaviors, with pleasure and fantasy getting more important in shopping. "Flow" means the experience with which consumers feel as pleased and satisfied as in playing pleasantly, and the optimal experience they feel when they are indulged in an activity. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among challenges, skills, flow experience, and future behavioral intention in online shopping malls. In addition, a 3D shopping mall and a 2D shopping mall were selected as the stimuli in order to examine the differences in flow experience in accordance with web site types. A survey questionnaire was developed and 700 data(2D group: n=380, 3D group: n=320) were used for analysis. Data were analyzed through structural equation model to explore effects of challenges and skills on flow. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the perception of higher challenges and skills led to positive flow experience and higher time distortion. Second, the higher the level of time distortion was, the higher the flow experience was. This means that a shopping mall will increase flow experience, if it is interesting enough to be unaware of time passing. Third, flow experience had a positive influence on future behavioral intention. Finally, in all variables except skills, the impact of 3D shopping mall is greater than that of 2D shopping mall, which means that web site types affect flow experience.
Since discount stores should be operated mostly by the non-human resources regarding the natural characteristics of the business, it is possibly said that their physical environments have been extremely significant. This study attempts to develop the measurement items and construct factors which are especially relevant to the physical environments of the discount stores and examine how the customer satisfaction and intention influence on these construct factors. These provide a useful framework for understanding the problems of measuring and evaluating the physical environments of discount stores. The final factor analysis for each construct factors resulted as four factors, and two categories(amenity and convenience) represented the characteristics of same construct such as the visibility. Then convenience is eliminated, and an attempt was made to add the new variable what is called the visibility. As a result, final construct factors that would be used in this study are made of four items; amenity, accessibility, POP and visibility. This study utilizes the LISREL 8.12 to evaluate the validity of factor structures and measurement model involving the physical environment in discount store. Finally, for the success of the projects, I think that it is necessary to provide comprehensive efforts continuously.

This study: 1) identifies differences in consumers' perceived similarity of extended products to their parent product in terms of brand attributes, 2) identifies the influence of the perceived similarity on consumer's attitude toward and purchase intention of extended products (i.e., brand extension effect), and 3) examines the moderating effect of Brand Relationship Quality (BRQ) on brand extension effects. A survey questionnaire was distributed to a convenience sample of individuals aged 20-39. A total of 576 valid responses were used for the final analysis. The results showed that: 1) the consumers perceived more similarity in the extended products when the extended products maintain more consistent attributes with their parent product, 2) the higher the perceived similarity was then the higher the brand extension effect, and 3) brand relationship quality moderated the influence of perceived similarity on attitude and purchase intention. When consumers build a high relationship quality with a brand, then the brand extension effect is likely to be high regardless of the perceived similarity of the extended products. This study consequently has its own contribution in that it empirically examined the brand extension effect in the fashion field and evidenced the role of BRQ in brand extension.

This study aims to discover how the perceived attributes of luxury fashion platforms affect consumer trust and satisfaction as well as online word-of-mouth intention. Based on a literature review, this study derived four dimensions of perceived attributes: brand assortment size, exclusivity, convenience, and personalization. The paper presents findings from an online survey targeting 359 consumers in their 20s to 30s who had recent experience with luxury fashion platforms. Based on the collected data, a structural model equation analysis was performed using AMOS 22.0 and SPSS 26.0. The findings illustrated that brand assortment size, exclusivity, and personalization had positive effects on consumers' platform trust. In addition, brand assortment size and convenience had a positive impact on satisfaction. Overall, the findings of the study illustrate that perceived attributes of luxury fashion platforms have a significant impact on consumers' platform trust and satisfaction and online word-of-mouth intentions. This study reveals that consumers' trend orientation moderates the effects of consumer attitude and behavioral intention. The academic practice of this study has laid the foundation for understanding mechanisms of marketing strategies by providing the characteristics of platforms in the luxury fashion industry.

New drug discovery and development research enable clinical treatment that saves human life and improves the quality of life, but the possibility of success with new drugs is significantly low despite a long time of 14 to 16 years and a large investment of 2 to 3 trillion won in traditional methods. As artificial intelligence is expected to radically change the new drug development paradigm, artificial intelligence new drug discovery and development projects are underway in various forms of collaboration, such as joint research between global pharmaceutical companies and IT companies, and government-private consortiums. This study uses the TOE framework and the Value-based Adoption Model, and the technical, organizational, and environmental factors that should be considered for the acceptance of AI technology at the level of the new drug research organization are the value of artificial intelligence technology. By analyzing the explanatory power of the relationship between perception and intention to use, it is intended to derive practical implications. Therefore, in this work, we present a research model in which technical, organizational, and environmental factors affecting the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies are mediated by strategic value recognition that takes into account all factors of benefit and sacrifice. Empirical analysis shows that usefulness, technicality, and innovativeness have significantly affected the perceived value of AI drug development systems, and that social influence and technology support infrastructure have significant impact on AI Drug Discovery and Development systems.
