도시주부의 성역할 태도와 가정관리에 대한 가치의식이 가사노동 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Sex Role Attitude and The Value Consciousness of Home Management on Urban Housewive's Satisfaction of Household Work)

  • The purpose of this study are to investigate the actual conditions of urban housewive's sex role attitude, the value consciousness of home management and the satisfaction of household work. Further, basic data fro the improvement of the satisfaction of household work and the value consciousness of home management will be produce through grasping the relationship of them. For these purposes, the data are collected by using questionnaire distributed to 394 housewives living in Taegu. The data are analyzed using frequency, pecentile, one way anova, pearson's correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis. The results of this research are as follow: 1. Urban housewive's sex role attitude comparatively took the transitional position and the value consciousness of home management was middle. Housewive's satisfaction of household work was generally usual. 2. There were significant differences in the sex role attitude according to housewive's age, educational level, the youngest child's age, durations of marriage. Specially, the variables which significantly affected sex role attitude were housewive's educational level, the youngest child's age. 3. The value consciousness of home management of urban housewives was variable according to housewive's age and educational level, monthly family income, durations of marriage, the youngest child's age, the type of housing, husband's educational level and job. 4. Among the independent variables, the houswive's educational level was variable to have influence on the satisfaction of household work. 5. There were significant differences in the satisfaction of household work according to housewive's sex role attitude. 6. Among the domains of the value consciousness of home management, the value consciousness about family relationships, consuming, educational and leader ship were variable to have influence on the satisfaction of household work.

서울시 아파트 실거래가의 변화패턴 분석 (Analysis of Pattern Change of Real Transaction Price of Apartment in Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 국토교통부에서 제공하는 아파트 실거래가자료를 이용하여 2006~2010년까지 5년간의 서울시 아파트실거래가 변화패턴을 시공간적으로 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 아파트별 평균 실거래가, 동별 평균 아파트 실거래가 자료를 위치정보자료와 연결하여 GIS데이터로 구축하였다. 분석방법으로는 먼저 공간보간기법 중 크리깅(kriging)을 이용하여 개별 아파트의 시기별/면적별 실거래가의 변화패턴을 분석하였다. 둘째 행정구역(행정동)별 아파트실거래가의 변화패턴을 분석하기 위해 단위 면적별 실거래가의 평균을 계산하여 Moran I 값으로 변환한 후 거래가격의 공간상의 군집도를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 시공간상의 분포패턴을 파악하고, 변화유형까지 유추할 수 있어 주택 및 지역정책에 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. 시계열 자료를 바탕으로 종적인 변화패턴과 GIS를 이용한 횡적 변화패턴을 분석하기 때문에 아파트가격의 지역 불균형을 한눈에 살펴 볼 수 있다.

북촌도시한옥의 지붕가구(架構) 특징에 관한 연구 (The Roof Construction Method of Urban Hanok in Bukchon, Seoul)

  • We have focused on the roof construction method of Urban Hanok in Bukchon, Seoul. The Urban Hanok, urban traditional housing type, had been evolved In modern context from 1930's to 1960's. We have confused Urban Hanok with traditional Hanok, because they have similar figures. But Urban Hanok have the characteristics as a result of the roof construction method. The purpose of this paper is to define Urban Hanok more concretely, thus we payed attention to the roof structure, specially to the comer that each roof structure meets. So we got some characteristics of the roof construction method of Urban Hanok in Bukchon. First, the roof construction methods of the roof are transformed at the corner parts, where three purlin structure and five purlin structure meet. The collision of the different roof structure has made a lot of types. Second, the roof slope of Urban Hanok is more gentle than traditional Hanok, that is caused by ornamental double eaves and awnings. Finally these characteristics are results of the compact lot size in urban neighborhood. The construction method is a inclusive word that contain materials, composition, ornament and social common sense. With the understanding on the roof construction method of Urban Hanok, we can define the identity and the value of Urban Hanok, And we can suggest the policy and the design guidelines for the reservation and rehabilitation for Urban Hanok of Bukchon, Seoul.

소지역모형 추정기법을 활용한 전·월세 추정 (A case study of small area estimation about charter and monthly rent price index)

  • 조사를 통한 자료생성은 시간과 경제적인 제약이 많고, 조사 방법 및 특성에 따라 자료의 질이 결정되며, 수집된 조사정보를 통계정보로 활용하기까지 오랜 시간이 소요된다. 이와 같은 어려움을 줄이고자 조사 표본설계 단위 보다 작은 지역 또는 다른 영역에 대한 자료를 기존에 조사된 자료 및 행정자료를 이용하여 추정하는 소지역추정 통계방법 활용 연구는 꾸준히 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 소지역추정기법을 이용하여 인간이 기본적인 삶을 영위하는데 반드시 필요한 필수재이며, 동시에 우리나라에서 투자재로서의 특징을 나타내는 주택과 관련하여, 요즈음 새로운 주거형태를 차지하는 전세와 월세 지수에 모형기반 소지역추정기법을 적용하고자 한다. 적용된 소지역추정 모형은 회귀모형 추정법, 계층적 베이지안 추정법, 시-공간적 추정법이며, 분석결과 전세와 월세에서 시-공간적 추정모형이 가장 효율적인 것으로 나타났다.

입자 군집 최적화를 이용한 FCM 기반 퍼지 모델의 동정 방법론 (Identification Methodology of FCM-based Fuzzy Model Using Particle Swarm Optimization)

  • In this study, we introduce a identification methodology for FCM-based fuzzy model. The two underlying design mechanisms of such networks involve Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering method and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO). The proposed algorithm is based on FCM clustering method for efficient processing of data and the optimization of model was carried out using PSO. The premise part of fuzzy rules does not construct as any fixed membership functions such as triangular, gaussian, ellipsoidal because we build up the premise part of fuzzy rules using FCM. As a result, the proposed model can lead to the compact architecture of network. In this study, as the consequence part of fuzzy rules, we are able to use four types of polynomials such as simplified, linear, quadratic, modified quadratic. In addition, a Weighted Least Square Estimation to estimate the coefficients of polynomials, which are the consequent parts of fuzzy model, can decouple each fuzzy rule from the other fuzzy rules. Therefore, a local learning capability and an interpretability of the proposed fuzzy model are improved. Also, the parameters of the proposed fuzzy model such as a fuzzification coefficient of FCM clustering, the number of clusters of FCM clustering, and the polynomial type of the consequent part of fuzzy rules are adjusted using PSO. The proposed model is illustrated with the use of Automobile Miles per Gallon(MPG) and Boston housing called Machine Learning dataset. A comparative analysis reveals that the proposed FCM-based fuzzy model exhibits higher accuracy and superb predictive capability in comparison to some previous models available in the literature.

실내디자인 스타일에 대한 노인들의 선호이미지 연구 (Senior Citizens' Image Preference for Interior Design Styles)

  • As Korea has rapidly entered the aging society, the Korean government and academia are currently undergoing many researches on senior citizens. There also has been an increase in senior citizens' awareness on the importance of spatial designs that reflect the newly emerged needs brought out by their psychological and emotional changes as well as their physical aspects. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to propose a model for senior citizens' image preference to be adopted in future developments for senior-friendly spatial designs. A literature review and a questionnaire survey were implemented as research methods. The questionnaire survey was conducted at two senior welfare centers located in Seoul and Ansan and two disparate senior colleges, on the subjects of 86 senior citizens aged 60 and older. 7 styles of Romantic, Classic, Country, Modern, Natural, Casual, and Traditional were chosen for the study and the realms to apply the image preference were divided into Space, Element1 and Element2. For Space, its subcategories have been restricted to living room and bedroom while color, furniture and lighting for Element1 and material, pattern and props for Element2. Survey results were statistically analyzed for the correlation among socio-demographic factors of senior citizens, spaces and the elements. The study result showed that older age and men tended to prefer the modern style than younger age or women, and younger women preferred the romantic style. For the color preference in Element1, older men preferred the classic style while women preferred the romantic style. And, for the furniture preference, men with higher income preferred the natural style while women preferred the romantic style. For the pattern preference in Element2, younger people preferred the casual style and it showed that the housing type was the main reason for their preferences. Therefore, the image preference according to their age and gender shall be taken account of as the most important factors when designing environments for senior citizens.

  • 국내 건설기업들은 최근 금융위기, 미분양 주택의 증가 등 외부적인 경영환경의 악화로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 경영환경의 변화에 대처하기 위하여 기업은 환경의 변화에 신속하고 탄력적으로 적응할 수 있는 효율적인 경영조직의 구성이 필요하다. 그러나 대부분의 기업은 조직에 대한 분석과 이해가 부족하여 사업 물량과 유형에 따라 경영조직을 구성하고 있다. 국내 시공능력순위 30위 이내의 건설기업들 역시 서로 다른 경영조직과 사업구조를 가지고 있으며 또한 각기 다른 경쟁력과 위기요인도 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설기업의 경영 및 조직현황을 조사하여 경영성과와 조직특성을 파악하고 효율적인 경영전략 수립과 기업의 경영조직을 구성하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

근대기 대구지역 벽돌조 강당 건물의 건축특성과 파사드 구성에 관한 연구 - 남산초등학교 강당을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Architectural Characteristics and Facade Construction of the Brick Masonry Auditorium in Daegu During the Modern Age - Focused on the Auditorium of Namsan Primary School -)

  • This study was to analyze the architectural characteristics and facade construction of brick masonry auditorium through the Auditorium of Namsan Primary School in 1936. The results of this study were described separately as follows. 1. The auditorium is located away from the school buildings, and its plane is a chamber of rectangle type with an entrance installed on each of the four sides. 2. The external appearance is Renaissance eclectic style, laid red bricks on the lower wall of the window and having a mansard roof. The front and the rear are symmetric with respect to the projected wall at the center. 3. As to the structure of the building, a concrete lower wall was built on the concrete continuous footing, and the brick wall was constructed on the lower wall. The roof is queen post roof truss, and the wall girders were installed on the brick wall. 4. The auditorium has had a number of repairing and maintenance works, which changed the roof and windows outside and the floor, walls, ceiling, etc. inside. 5. The decorative elements of external appearance include lower wall, brick wall, entrances, windows, roof, and dormer windows. The brick wall gives verticality and solidity to the surface of the wall, and the lower wall and wall girders are connected like a cornice of the wall. The surface of the mansard roof and dormer windows express a stable vertically oriented shape.

조선전기 맞배직교형 건축의 유형과 전파 (A Study on the Type and Spread of Framed Structure of Gable Roof Meeting at Right Angle in the early Joseon Dynasty)

  • This study investigates the types and spread of framed structures of gable roofs meeting at right angle showed in old architecture and documentary paintings of houses, which were well liked in the early Joseon Dynasty. The conclusions of this study were as follows. First, the framed structure of gable roof meeting at right angle can be divided or recognized in 4 types according to their structure's size and purlin's position. Three of those types were noted to be in Seoul. Second, the framed structure of gable roofs meeting at right angle begun from the awareness of their independence from one another. Each space was divided based on their functions. Therefore, it could be extended in various forms, not only in the square plan physique but also in many different forms. And allowed free plan configuration regardless of column layouts or size of structure. Third, 5 purlins and 3 purlins crossing structure were preferred in Han-yang, the early Joseon Dynasty. It is related to the specific construction conditions of urban houses, such as the slope of land, limited land area, and economic power. Fourth, urban housing techniques were diffused throughout the country by officials who lived in Kae-gyeong and Han-yang at the end of Goryeo and early Joseon Dynasty. In other regions, framed structure of gable roof meeting at right angle households decreased, but in some regions of Gyeongsang-province, framed structure of gable roof meeting at right angle has maintained with Staggered purlin.

Numerical analysis of channel connectors under fire and a comparison of performance with different types of shear connectors subjected to fire

  • The behavior of shear connectors plays a significant role in maintaining the required strength of a composite beam in normal and hazardous conditions. Various types of shear connectors are available and being utilized in the construction industry according to their use. Channel connectors are a suitable replacement for conventional shear connectors. These connectors have been tested under different types of loading at ambient temperature; however, the behavior of these connectors at elevated temperatures has not been studied. This investigation proposes a numerical analysis approach to estimate the behavior of channel connectors under fire and compare it with the numerical analysis performed in headed stud and Perfobond shear connectors subjected to fire. This paper first reviews the mechanism of various types of shear connectors and then proposes a non-linear thermo-mechanical finite element (FE) model of channel shear connectors embedded in high-strength concrete (HSC) subjected to fire. Initially, an accurate nonlinear FE model of the specimens tested at ambient temperature was developed to investigate the strength of the channel-type connectors embedded in an HSC slab. The outcomes were verified with the experimental study performed on the testing of channel connectors at ambient temperature by Shariati et al. (2012). The FE model at ambient temperature was extended to identify the behavior of channel connectors subjected to fire. A comparative study is performed to evaluate the performance of channel connectors against headed stud and Perfobond shear connectors. The channel connectors were found to be a more economical and easy-to-apply alternative to conventional shear connectors.
